This new refreshing hamburger place is just what was needed in the area . The vibe of the place is totally cool the staff is super nice and helpful and most important the food is goood! . 1 thing that needs to be considered is all the hamburgers came well done!, my partners for the night needed it like that but most of the people I know would rather have it medium or at least to be asked what is the desired cooking level .

Vegan burger is super poor. Looks of the restaurant nice , staff friendly. But the way restaurant works is horrible. It's more like university cantina. You need to get all by yourself (glass, drink , order ) plus all od that mozzarella sticks are the same one like frozen ones from Rewe from company JA! Also onion rings are super super bad.

Could be worse but could also be way better. I had the BBQ burger which was pretty dry to be honest. Unfortunately the patty was fully cooked and there wasn't enough sauce for my taste. I'll try another one next time, the BF burger looked more promising.

The place is nicely set up, they work very fast and you don’t need to wait long or feel boring while waiting. The bread is dry, and meat too it is not juicy at all and the layers are set up in hurry so it doesn’t keep the construction. I had big burger with egg inside which was not well done so that egg white was leaking… so that is the reason to rate 3* it can be better if they don’t hurry to serve the quantity but better to pay attention to quality . Fries are super ..

What a great burger. It was great to see a toasted bun. The quality of the patty was amazing. The thing I loved most was that everything in the burger held together until the last bite, as most burgers fall apart after the first bite. Everything was made fresh in front of me. The price point was perfect. Friendly staff, good atmosphere. Would 100% recommend it here to anyone.

Wow, this is a gem in the middle of my journey. Didn’t planned to stop here, but exterior and interior designer did really good job and captured my attention. Ok I stepped inside and have been welcomed by gentleman behind the counter - good first emotion and restaurant already got my 2 stars. So let’s keep collecting more stars… Ordered BF burger menu and got Fritz-Kola as a drink- well done! Meal arrived very quickly and surprised me pleasantly - one more star added. Meal looks amazing, yet taste is the key to get last two stars and on this aspect I have a mixed feelings. Burger ingredients are well crafted and balanced revealing palette of flavours and fourth star collected! I am not going for 5 stars because I would like medium rare, yet that was not the case (more like medium well) and waiter didn’t asked how to make patty. I added this place in to my maps to remember it and to come back next time while I will be around.

If you look to have a nice, tasty, and extremely big burger in Refrath, Brugerfaktur is the place to go. The fries are also totally decent! My favorite part? Except the fact that it's impossible that you are still hungry after this, the decoration in this industrial style is also awesome. Totally worth the price, so you know what? Just go there and enjoy 😁

Fantastic burgers. Big and tasty. Fries are also very very tasty and crunchy. It's self service and good value for money.. Totally recommend and we are coming again for sure. A big 5☆

The staff does their best to deliver fast and tasty burgers, and makes it a pleasant visit that feels more personal and friendly than if you go to a fastfood chain. Keep it up. Good value for money, good size portions and fresh ingredients between the burger made it a succes.
