I
recently
had
an
appointment
with
Dr.
Adi
Zoabi
at
M1
Charlottenburg
after
being
recommended
by
a
friend.
The
facility
is
modern
and
the
receptionist
was
friendly.
Dr.
Adi
is
a
true
class
act
and
impressed
me
with
his
high
level
of
professionalism
and
intelligence.
He
also
spoke
excellent
English,
which
was
a
huge
relief
for
me
as
an
Australian
with
basic
German
skills.
I
went
specifically
for
filler
treatment
in
my
nasolabial
folds,
and
I
am
extremely
satisfied
with
the
results.
I
have
received
compliments
on
how
youthful
and
refreshed
I
look!
However,
there
were
a
few
areas
where
improvements
could
be
made.
I
was
running
a
few
minutes
late
and
tried
to
call
to
inform
them,
but
nobody
answered.
As
a
result,
someone
else
took
my
place,
and
I
had
to
wait
approximately
40
minutes
to
be
seen.
The
toilet
wasn't
as
clean
as
I
would
have
liked,
and
the
elevator
wasn't
working
during
my
visit,
so
I
had
to
climb
the
stairs
to
the
fourth
floor.
Lastly,
when
I
finished
my
appointment,
I
attempted
to
book
a
new
appointment
with
the
same
doctor
for
two
months
later,
but
I
was
informed
by
the
receptionist
that
it
was
not
possible
and
that
I
should
try
again
online.
This
was
somewhat
unusual
and
inconvenient,
as
I
prefer
to
see
the
same
doctor,
and
not
a
new
one
every
visit
