I visited on 10/5/22. The red-haired man on the front desk was hostile as soon as I arrived. I was the only person in the sauna. He proceeded to mock me, follow me, watch me and harass me. I felt physically unsafe. I left after less than twenty minutes. I was shaking and in tears when he told me "I don't care about you or your life".

Nice neighborhood sauna, ring the bell to enter, there is an infusion on the hour, then it tends not to open.

A hidden paradise. The woman that owns this place is so passionate and kind. Their aufguss's are done with love and attention, and there are ample places to sit and relax in the sauna. I'd love to see them accept cards and also to offer soap in the showers. Otherwise, very nice. Thanks!

Absolutely excellent place. The ideal spot in the city to switch off and unwind. The team were welcoming and professional and it was an absolutely amazing experience.

Nice place but can get crowded and staff is not very friendly. The sauna is pretty small and it gets packed before the "infusion time". Maybe they should have the infusion more often than once an hour to avoid this? On my first time there, the staff offered me towels without telling me that they charge from them (I had my own with me, but thought "hell if the towels are included in the price"), which caused a problem when I was checking out. The staff offered no understanding and I had to argue hard so I wouldn't have to pay the few euros from the towels, which felt ridiculous.

Nice small sauna in a Berlin neighborhood. Mostly the people are local and we had very nice experience. The saunas are two, one inside the building and another which is on a small yard outside. It's good to know the rules for the saunas and spa centers in Germany before you go in general, not only for this sauna.

Me and my wife have been going there for 2 years, it’s an amazing little oasis in the middle on the city. Hourly infusions make you feel alive again, and the overall atmosphere is relaxing. Be aware though that it is rather small, and the men’s and women’s lockers aren’t really separated. But cmon it’s a German sauna :) and it’s inside a residential building. I think they made the most of the available space.

A really lovely sauna. I have felt the most welcome here compared to others in Berlin. Reception was very nice, accommodating our lack of good German and then even explaining things in English during the Aufguss. The different Aufguss infusions are also really nice - the only other place I’ve been to that does 3 different infusions in a single Aufguss is Vabali. Lastly, the garden is lovely, and the quiet room is cozy. Highly recommended.

It all depends on taste and point of view The place is not bad, good location But the changing room was not very clean and the lockers were dirty The sauna is ok and has a nice atmosphere But it smells musty Here you can rest and relax. It is not a high quality sauna. I have been to many saunas and swimming pools so that I can compare them. Nevertheless, I wish you a lot of fun and enjoyment.

Nice sauna with “Aufguss” hourly. Outdoor are to chill and hang out. No smoking allowed. Reasonably priced. Friendly attendant.

The sauna is pretty good. But it was the worst service I ever got in sauna. It was very rude and uncomfortable. I can’t describe all moments but in the end after I squeezed out my towel to the floor, the service lady threw a towel to me and told me to wipe it immediately (I always see people squeezing it like that and never heard this is something wrong). As a customer I’m expecting much more polite manners…

Really cozy sauna with great staff and a pleasant atmosphere. The infusions every hour are great, the asking price is reasonable and I think it's brilliant that there are no reservations, but there is a sign outside that says: "first come, first sweat" However, I have never experienced a situation where I couldn't get in or had my toes stepped on. Absolute recommendations for all sauna lovers who don't need five thousand extra temperature and humidity differences to be happy.

The service is ok! It’s clean and cozy. The infusions are great. Only cash payment and the deposit for the keys is way too high and unnecessary!

Really great Finnish sauna, Aufguss was great with three phases: camphor & orange, geranium, and European cedar, don’t leave during the Aufguss (cover your face if it’s too hot or move down), four stars because guard your towel, and the Finnish sauna gets pretty full - like over 20 people - but the lower temp one is good and has nice birdsong/meditation musik. A little on the more expensive side, no “schnell” sauna option available for less than two and a half hours.

I used to be a regular guest in this sauna, even though I was flirted with in a rather cheeky, cheeky and not really charming way by some of the staff. (But it was ok for me at the time) But this time €4.50 was deducted from my deposit for pretzel sticks, which I had never ordered! Apparently there was a misunderstanding, but instead of approaching me and listening to me, I was aggressively dismissed by both male gentlemen behind the bar. (These pretzel sticks used to be available free of charge in the bar - at least that's what I always assumed. I asked a small group of people if I could take 8 pretzel sticks from their glass for me and my friend. They didn't listen to me and when I got annoyed they got annoyed I was canceled and lectured in an authoritarian manner. You would be happy if I stopped coming, and that after 10 years of being a regular customer. I felt very alone and treated quite unfairly. I am willing to take this post back if you start a conversation with me.

Even though I don't speak German, they tried to take care of me. The only question about the employee at the bar is that it could be cleaner, but the employees are very polite, naive and respectful. They made it a nice activity for me.

Very warm, friendly staff, we were able to choose the oils ourselves. So in Jaden's case, always happy

👍👍 Such a great discovery! It's very romantic. There is so much space !!! A room for the toilet, one for the tub/jacuzzi and the shower, one for the sauna.
