I had a brilliant freediving weekend at Gräbendorfer Lake (AIDA 2) with Daniel and Boris from the Freediving Center Germany. The organization was great and the dives were characterized by peace and valuable exchange, in which I was able to learn a lot and of course have a lot of fun. Daniel and Boris both have a knack for teaching & diving - I'll definitely come back for the next course!

Did my beginners, advanced and pro course in freediving here. The success of their students speaks for itself. It is a great school and Daniel a great instructor. They teach in a calm, secure, fun and overall professional way. I want to point out that they do the courses also multilingual besides German also in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Equipment can be rented as well. Recommended! Most courses they do at Helenesee near Frankfurt/O. (Easy access by train within about an hour).

I received the freediving course as a gift voucher. At first I didn't know what to expect and had/have great respect for the dives. In my opinion, Daniel led the course excellently. Everything was well structured and carried out in terms of didactics and content. I felt safe, especially during the dives, as Daniel was always at our side and ensured safety incredibly well. The disadvantage is that I now have apnea fever. I can recommend this course with a clear conscience. Bjorn

Thank you for the great introduction to freediving! Small groups, relaxed learning, crazy location (Gräbendorfer See diving center; flooded brown coal opencast mine with all sorts of underwater features). Daniel found a great individual solution for us, the courses are highly recommended!

Beautiful experience. The training with Daniel went perfectly, both in terms of didactics and content. A community with all nine and old participants should be set up so that this sport can continue to be practiced.

I completed my AIDA 2 with Daniel in Sept and he inspired me to continue on with my freediving pursuit. Daniel is very funny, informative, and provides excellent instruction. We trained at Grabendorfer See and it was very chilly, but he provided us with great rentals that kept us warm. Fantastic AIDA 2 instructor! I highly recommend.

Trying out freediving was on my list since a while. I wanted to learn how to be more relaxed under water, in order to improve my SCUBA diving skills. The AIDA 2 course showed me how amazing freediving is. I now want to learn more about it and do it regularily. Communicating with Daniel and Enrico was really great. They were very friendly and willing to cater for all special request we had. (We changed the dates several times due to the Corona situation.) The course itself was also great and Enrico really took his time to introduce us to freediving. thanks!

I went to my first freediving AIDA1 course here, and I can highly recommend this place. The contact is smooth and people are very friendly as well as high-end professional. My instructor Boris Schulmann was a great facilitator of my baby steps in freediving. He was patient, full attentive and simply kind. I will definitely come back here to dive more!

Daniel is nice and competent. I feel safe and well guided all the time. His calm and at the same time engaging manner enabled me to learn well. I would like to continue taking the next steps in this beautiful 'sport' with him.

I completed the AIDA2 freediver course on/in Gräbendorfer Lake together with other participants and had a lot of fun! With his calm, personable and humorous manner, our instructor Daniel Weißhoff not only taught the technique of freediving and accompanied us as a safety diver, but also built up trust so that we were able to improve quickly. He responded to personal requests and answered many questions. Again any time!
