Getting an appointment was easy and reception stuff was friendly, however, everything else is the victim of German bureaucracy and complete lack of empathy. (Which shouldn't be the case for doctors.) For me as an expat and am paying my taxes + health insurance - it makes me question my decision of moving here. What happened to the great health system that I was constantly listening about?

Coming to this place for about 2 years now; staff is very friendly and competent (sometimes they can be harsh, but i guess thats fair considering their amount of work and especially hearing the same questions hundred times a day). Docs are also competent and take their time to treat patients. Very happy and can recommend.
