On two occasions I had to wait more than 2 hours to be seen, the second appointment was to have my blood drawn and in the end, it was not possible because I had an appointment and I had to leave after waiting 2 hours and 15 minutes, when I asked how much longer I had to wait, I was told that there were still two patients ahead of me. It is unacceptable to wait so long just to have your blood drawn while fasting. The doctor is very nice but the waiting time makes the whole experience unpleasant.

The staff at the desk is not friendly and the waiting is too long even with appointment. I waited 1h past my appointment and had to leave without even seeing the doctor. Waste of time.

Dr. Coenen de Salazar is the best doctor I have ever had. She really cares for her patients and does everything she can to help them. She listens to what people say and empathy is one of her strength points. The staff that works with her is always very kind. You may have to wait some time in her praxis, even if you have an appointment, but it is ver worthy.

Great doctor but waiting time! Please, if you read these reviews change it. I understand that it is easy to book an appointment through Doctor Lib for this praxis - many slots available, but I would rather wait for some days to book an appointment but don't wait in the Praxis itself. My waiting time was 3 hours and 15 minutes. Again, the doctor is great , carrying, professional and nice.

The doctor is very nice and the the service in general is good. Many people complain about waiting time but is to be expected if a doctor is highly demanded. Since I don’t have a good experience with doctors in Germany I don’t mind waiting sometimes for a consult or a test.

I reserved an appointment 2 months in advance only to go there and wait for additional hour and then told that I have to wait at least half more hour. What is the point of offering appointments to be booked 2 months in advance when I could just go the next day, wait 2 hours like the other patients without an appointment and be done with it.

Really great doctor, but the waiting time is crazy. I am sitting here for 3+ hours for my appointment, and probably for longer. Overheard someone saying last time they had to wait 5 hours. That's crazy, not even back home is the waiting time this bad. Definitely take an entire day off from work to come.

You paid for your blood tests, they said they will call you next week. Next week they don't call you, you call to ask about it, they said they will call you later that day or tomorrow, well, today and tomorrow pass and nobody calls you. So at the end you have to pay for blood tests that you do not have a way to know its results.
