EXTREMELY incompetent doctor. I wonder how he even became a specialist. The doctor had no idea what the hell he was doing so I had to go see other doctors who were able to help me with treatment. To the reply from the practice: Yes correct, I had my treatment by the doctor in July. I have been meaning to post my review for a long time and I remember to do so today. The doctor suggested that I would use black tea and massage the face which IMMEDIATELY WORSEN my symptoms and irritated it. He said he had no other treatment options for me which I thought it was such a non sense. I went to see another doctor immediately after who was able to actually use correct treatment and better my symptoms.

Rude, unprofessional, and racist. Came with an uberweisung from another specialist to get a simple allergy test, and the doctor absolutely refused... I didn't ask to speak English (I spoke in German and told her that it's difficult for me to discuss medical things since it's not my mother tongue) and instead of speaking more slowly, she started yelling at me and asking me questions really quickly. I didn't really have a lot of time to process anything or answer her questions because she kept talking over me and didn't give me a single chance to explain my situation properly. She decided that the tests my gastroenterologist ordered were pointless and told me that I need to avoid my suspected allergens and schedule a Sprechstunde with her in 8 weeks after talking at me for two minutes. I tried to explain that it isn't possible without confirming that I have the allergies (via the skin tests that my specialist ordered) because of another condition that I'm caring after that already severely (VERY severely) limits my diet, and she didn't listen to me and seemed to imply that I wasn't being honest. I've been working with a seperate specialist for months now, and the only reason why I came here was to get the labwork that I needed to confirm a diagnosis and proceed with treatment with my regular doctor. Instead, this woman yelled at me, belittled me, and mocked me even though she didn't spend more than a grand total of 5 minutes in the room with me. She completely REFUSED to test me even with the paperwork stating that was it medically necessary by my other doctor, and she had the audacity to suggest that I need to come back after 8 weeks when she didn't even offer me a real treatment or a plan to safely follow her advice. Don't come to this doctor if you're a foreigner. The staff is incredibly nice, but the doctor herself doesn't seem interested in helping you if you can't express yourself in German perfectly.

Null zufrieden mit der Praxis. Ich rufe ständig an weil ich einen Termin benötige ich werde nur zu einer online Seite weiter geschickt wo man keine Termine buchen kann. Ich rufe wiederholt mal an und jedes Mal wird der Anruf angenommen und sofort wieder aufgelegt. Sehr kindisch! Nie wieder

Das Hautkrebs Screening ist sehr gründlich. Leider war meine Diagnose ein totaler Schock, aber dafür kann ja kein Arzt etwas. Es ist natürlich schwierig für den Patienten, wenn die Diagnose mitgeteilt wird, aber das ist so, wenn das Leben innerhalb von Sekunden durchgewirbelt wird. Dennoch sind ALLE sehr freundlich und machen ihren Job gründlich. Wenn man mich damals nicht so abgesucht hätte, wäre ich heute in Lebensgefahr. Da ich nun lebenslang zum Hautarzt muss, fühle ich mich dort gut behandelt und verstanden. Danke dafür.

The doctor was in quite a big lump of a bad mood on my follow up appointment. First visit 3 months ago was great. Follow up was a bad experience. I might choose another clinic for the next time. Extremely friendly staff at the front desk though. First Visit - Sep 2022 Amazing friendly discussion. Two doctors in the room. I was happy that we could speak in English. Great medicine prescribed. Follow up after the medicine finishes was suggested. My issue almost resolved till my medicines got over. The issue resurfaces. I booked an appointment. Follow up Dec 2022 - Only one of the two doctors from the first visit present. The rude one was attending me this time to my bad luck. I did not like at all, I felt like I was being ridiculed. I wish I could know if I was doing any mistake at all, for which the doctor was rude to me. She wrote me a medicine thankfully. I hope this helps me. For the bad experience, I blame my bad luck, that my appointment fell on a day where the doctor was in a bad mood. Or I wish I would have been attended by the other doctor from the first visit. She was kind. I just wish bouquets and love for the rude doctor. I hope no one else has to face her on her bad day. The clinic is far from my home. Getting an appointment is also quite a task here. I would wonder I would think twice before booking an appointment here again and look elsewhere.

* Fortunately, my skin issue appeared to be only aesthetic problem. The doctor (female doctor) explained me the problem and the possible ways of the tratment. At first, the doctor prescribed me the ointment - she justified it as the cheapest option to start with. And such attitude is very nice and perfecty fine for me . The ointment did not help . The next step should be laser problem removal. The costs, eventual consequences were clearly explained to me. On the day of the medical procedure (laser removal) I had a short interview with another doctor (male doctor). The doctor clearly explained what he can do and what he will not do and explained me the reasons. We decided that I will not undergo that procedure in this Praxis. Additionally, I asked him for the contact of specialist who would help me with the issue and, without any problem, the doctor gave me the address that may be helpful for me. I truly adore that the both doctors were fair towards me and that they didn't take my money, time and energy if they knew that effects may not fulfill my expectations. Additionally, the doctor helped me by giving me address to the specialist dealing with aesthetic skin issues. Absolutely fair and trust building attitude. Thank you very much! * It is quite easy to contact the praxis via the telehpne. Sometimes you need to wait a little till you will be conencted - there is enough personnel but they have hands full of work. * It looks like the relations between personnel are nice and friendly and it, in my humble opinion, has a good influence on the general ambience of the Praxis. * Personnel is very helpfull to the patients. It melted my heart when I saw how the stuff was taking care of the old lady who had problems with entering the Praxis. * Location of the Praxis is great - exactly in the centre of Spandau

Ich bin 100 Prozent zufrieden mit dem Praxis und Herr Dr. Hamscho. Dr. Hamscho is a very professional doctor, nice, friendly and he explains everything really exact, I have always the feeling I'm meeting one of my friends and not just my doctor, the nurses and personal are very well trained and friendly as well.

ALLE SOLLTEN LESEN! Der Arzt Herr Rami aus Syrien empfing mich so herzlich, dass ich am liebsten eine Strafanzeige wegen Rassismus gegen ihn erstattet hätte. In wenigen Minuten hat es der Arzt geschafft, ganz Ostberlin und die Deutschen im Allgemeinen zu beleidigen. Ich schätze, das Asyl bei den netten Syrern hat sich gelohnt, denn der Arzt praktiziert hauptsächlich für Araber und in meinem Fall weigerte er sich, mir die Warzenentfernung mit dem Laser zu ermöglichen, und er wollte mir nicht einmal den Preis dafür nennen. Null Punkte für die gesamte Klinik, entsetzlich unprofessionelles Verhalten…

Ich kam heute in die Praxis mit akuten Schultern. Schmerzen mit Ausschlag. Daraufhin meinte der Rezeptionist, wir haben keine Kapazitäten heute was das für ein Laden unfreundlich

Rude, unprofessional, racist. It is mentioned that you can call them and tell you are late. But the receptionist is quite rude , when I said that I tried to call them. I tried more than twice and also the previous day to intimate I would be late. Also, I was only 13 minutes late and they did tell, you have to book again.

Ich habe auf Doctolib eine Nachricht bekommen, dass Befunde besprochen werden müssen und dass ich deshalb zurückrufen soll, aber nirgends wurde eine Nummer angegeben und ich kann die Praxis nicht erreichen. Muss jetzt also auf Doctolib einen extra Termin ausmachen nur um zu hören ob alles gut ist, das ist ein riesiger Zeitaufwand für etwas was in ein paar Minuten erledigt sein könnte, echt belastend.

Die Behandlung war gut und professionell, die Wartezeit mit Termin durchaus akzeptabel. Jedoch ist die Praxis telefonisch nicht zu erreichen, mails bleiben unbeantwortet. Termine können nur über doclib gebucht werden. Absicht oder nicht, dirt kann man nur für einen kleinen Teil der Dienstleistung vor Ort buchen. Wie man sich als Praxis/Dienstleister so verweigern kann zu kommunizieren ist mir unverständlich, daher auch nur 1star. Weil ohne termin/Gespräch kommt es auch zu keiner Behandlung....

The phone German secretary is very rude, she says there is no English speaker in the admin but after hearing my broken German she handed the phone to a perfect English speaking person ! I don’t know what’s the reason to treat patients with a No for every request ! Very unprofessional people in the desk!

am liebsten würde ich null sterne gebn !!!! die behandlung war ansolut ok. ich würde auch jederzeit wieder hin gehen. ABER... ich könnte vor über einem jahr einen termin nicht wahr nehem und habe von unterwegs 7x !!!! versucht anzurufen. leider ging niemand ans tel. als ich jetzt wieder einen termin machen wollte wurde der abgelehr wegen zu häufig nicht wahrgenommenen terminen. das is ja lachhaft. anrufen kann man sich schenken. geht niemand ans tel. sowas ist großer mist. !!!!! da sollte ihre praxis dringen mal etwas ändern.

Hatte was am Rücken, was weg sollte. Angerufen, Termin für kleinen chirurgischen Eingriff bekommen. Leider fast vier Wochen später, was aber normal ist. Hingegangen, nur kurze Wartezeit. Super nettes Personal. Ärztin hat mich darauf hingewiesen, dass eigentlich erst ein Termin zum Vorgespäch hätte stattfinden müssen. Da das aber nicht mein Fehler war, ich da war, die Ärztin da war und der Eingriff notwendig war, hat sie ihn durchgeführt. Angenehm unbürokratisch und patientenorientiert! Komme gerne wieder - wenn notwendig.

Ich hatte heute einen Termin zur Hautkrebsvorsorge in dieser Praxis und muss sagen dass ich super zufrieden damit bin. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr nett zu mir (habe ihr gesagt, dass ich Sorge vor dem Termin habe, und es ewig schon rausgeschoben habe zu kommen). Sie hat super nett reagiert und obwohl es echt mega voll war hat das Personal alles sehr gut gemanagt. Ich musste ca nur 10 Minuten warten. Vor der Untersuchung hatte ich echt Angst dass ein Schlimmer Befund raus kommt. Der Arzt war so derart gründlich (von Kopf bis Fuß und zurück), ich habe so eine umfassende gründliche Untersuchung nicht erwartet. Für mich bekommt das Team in der Praxis und aber vor allem der Junge Arzt echt ein dickes Lob. Vielen Dank.

Ich möchte ein großes Lob für die Ärztin aussprechen, die mich behandelt hat. Sie war äußerst einfühlsam, kompetent und hat sich viel Zeit genommen, um meine Fragen zu beantworten und mich über meine Behandlungsoptionen aufzuklären. Ich fühlte mich sehr gut aufgehoben und gut betreut bei ihr. Vielen lieben Dank für Ihre hervorragende Arbeit und Ihr Engagement für Ihre Patienten! Kleine Anmerkung: es ist schade, dass es in dieser Praxis keine Namensschilder getragen werden. Sie können in der Tat dazu beitragen, eine persönlichere und direktere Kommunikation zu ermöglichen und es einfacher machen, konstruktives Feedback zu geben und zu erhalten. Man interessiert sich dann doch gerne, ob die behandelnde Ärztin beim nächsten Check in 2 Jahren anwesend bzw. für einen weiterhin zuständig wäre.

Habe vor 2 Jahren einen Termin versäumt und wollte heute einen Termin haben, da ich extreme Entzündungen im Gesicht habe. Wurde weg geschickt und darf nie wieder kommen, wegen dem einen versäumten Termin. Unfassbar unfreundliches Personal an der Anmeldung. Die Behandlungen waren zudem auch überhaupt nicht zufriendenstellend und Anliegen wurden nicht ernst genommen. Eigentlich kann ich nur von Glück sprechen, dass ich da nicht mehr hin muss. willkommen in deutschland.

Fachlich sind die Ärzte ok aber sie schikanieren und demütigen ihre Parteien bei jeder Gelegenheit, sorry aber das ist ein no go für mich
