I read all the great reviews and decide to go here because there was many available appointments. Should have known that this is because of a reason. The waiting time was short, and the optician who checked me first was polite and professional. But the eye doctor who consulted me later, didn't listen at all and constantly interrupted my questions. I reminded him I was pregnant, because he didn't take this into consideration in his answers (but he should have known from my papers) and I asked if the eyedrops he gave me were safe to take and he said yes. A few days later I went to my own doctor who strictly advised me NOT to use these because of harm.

Everything worked well, the doctor is friendly and helpful, I booked an appointment without any issues and I did not have to wait too long even though the waiting room was full.

I’m giving a two stars because the lady at the reception and the assistants were very kind. I had and appointment at 9am, the doctor arrived at 10am, and in the moment I asked (in German) if he speaks English, his tone switched, became very rude, gave me the needed prescription and I left the room in 30 seconds, after waiting for one hour from him to arrive. Terrible experience

Hi, I had a really positive experience at this clinic. The entire team was very kind and understanding. Also the doctor spoke English he was extremely polite. Definitely recommend this clinic for people who aren’t fluent in German.
