This Praxis is really messy. I am already a patient there and the receptionist didn't want to give me an appointment, said that I had to book it online (when online it's not possible for follow-ups and I cannot wait one month for the next). She also told me I could come on Akut-Sprechstunde on different hours than the ones shown on website. The doctors might be good but it's really poorly managed and I will try another one until I find a decent one, like everyone in Berlin does.

I used to be a patient there for almost 20 years. Usually it was always ok. And got used to the new doctors every so often. But Heiko , be careful, is bad. Went today to get some medication I been taking for a long long time and he wanted cancel it. He wouldn’t listen to anything I had to say and cut me off in middle of sentence. After a long long time I now change doctors. Do your self a favor and don’t go there!!!

Made an appointment for an urgent topic 3 weeks in advance, called to confirm the appointment for 615pm an hour before. Then I showed up on time and tried to get in the building (praxis is located in an altbau). I was kept waiting outside for over 10m until someone exited the building so I could get inside, since no one was opening the door buzzer. I kept ringing the doorbell and tried to call. I went upstairs to find out the doctor left because I was "late" with the receptionist behaving dismissively and rudely to me blaming me for being late while not acknowledging not answering the doorbell. Another experience of German customer service and blaming the customer for their own lack of processes. A process that make sense would be to let people in if you want people to be on time

Very professional, they've been the only ones to diagnose things other doctors couldn't for years..Also very friendly and caring, I've never felt judged here and they took the time to do thorough tests when needed. Highly recommend!

My experience in this medical facility is positive, the doctors along with the entire team helped me with every problem I had. I highly recommend going to them, I felt safe and treated without prejudice. Thank you for everything.

we went there early in the morning (8:30) and, after a bit of waiting, they took us without an appointment. we were treated by ms Ferrari, a very nice and extremely helpful doctor and quickly got our test results from polite and friendly staff

Everything was addressed immediately and in one appointment without delaying with unnecessary burocracy. Both the doctor and personnel are friendly, professional and with patient centered approach!

I was there today i was so mad that i had an appointment and i had to wait for 1 hour but when doctor Ernst Blume showed up he made my day better he is so nice and freindly he let me talk and listen to everything i want to say and even at the end asked if i have anymore questions it was super nice and professional thank you so much 5 stars and 1 extra to the nice doctor
