The doctors are really good, congratulations, but some girls at reception are rude. You ask them something and they answer you reluctantly and in a bad way. I know all people cannot speak German but we try and do and They answer you as if you couldn't understand. I have to be patience because i like the doctors there but the first contact with the team is really bad.

Kein Respekt für Patienten Zeit. Und unfreundlich wenn Mann nach 45 Minuten warten um dein Termin fragt. after waiting for over 45 mins when I asked about the schedule I was rudely sent away by the front desk and later told that i need to wait in line outside the door even to enquire about my appointment after an hour of waiting i saw the doctor who didnt even examine me and just worked on his computer. total waste of time. Jetzt senden die rechtsanwälten mein Rezension zu raus nehmen? sorry improve your customer service instead. spend money there instead.

Racist behavior at the front desk. The don't want to treat brown people / black people And basically hide behind the counter to not deal with them. They let foreigners du against walls, don't explain anything and are just massively rude.

I have just had my first appointment. I don't speak German, however I had really good attention. The doctors were very clear and very good. The ladies at the front desk as well. I have nothing to complain about. I'm very happy with everything.

I had a great experience here as a new patient. Dr. Lassel really helped me understand my basketball ankle inury, took time to listen to the backstory (he was the 4th doctor i visited) did a thorough examination of my ankle and MRI results and confirmed I did not need surgery but proper physio therapy. Frontdesk was also friendly and efficient :)

I’ve always had a very good experience with Dr. Bunea. In the past, I’ve had to change Berlin doctors several times due to very rude reception staff but at this practice, everyone has always been cordial at the front desk. And they even try to speak a little English when they see I don’t understand. This week I came in for routine bloodwork but had also recently sprained my ankle. I asked the nurse taking my blood about my ankle and she arranged for me to see an Orthopedist spontaneously afterwards with very little waiting time. Very helpful!
