Went there due to it was one of the nearest open clinics after i tested positive for covid. First time visiting a clinic in Germany. The staffs not good in english hence hard to communicate with them. The forms are in German too. But they asked to come back tomorrow to get prescription & doctor certification which I didn’t like it at all.I was very tired with the symptoms. But the doctor came & handed me the certificate after 45 mins, thanks for that. And since he said if anything additional consultation I have to pay first even with medical insurance which I didn’t really understand, thats not how it is stated in my insurance. So 4 stars for helping me & 1 star taking out for them to improve.

Very nice team overall. I was struggling to find a doctor to give me a prescription as I was running out of medication after my surgery. The receptionist was very nice and called me back after I got the answering machine. The doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful as he was willing to see if my surgery looks fine on top of giving my a prescription and sick leave. I can clearly see why this clinic has high reviews

The firstaid (burn) was so quick. The whole team came to help including doctor, assistant doctor and even nurses in reception. The whole team made everything quick and I was attended in minutes of time. The doctor speaks english, and explains mostly in english. Also, extra icepacks were given to carry away for extra care at home. The whole time was super nice and friendly. I never received so quick service in Berlin. Thank you from bottom of heart.

I have had a good experience in Dr. Büchner's clinic. He speaks English fluently which is needed for the international expats. Moreover he is very kind and friendly in clearing the doubts on your concern. Also the staff is very welcoming and greets well in the clinic. I also had taken the vaccine in the practice and they have cleared the doubts during the consultation. Just as everywhere in Germany, the acute speaking time is just for an hour which could be extended. Thank you

He is a wonderful physician and great person. He is knowledgeable and meticulous. He listens carefully his patients and would like to understand the problem. Most importantly he is an environmentalist! His office is very clean and cozy. His staff are very friendly. I recommend him with all my heart.

Dr Gilbert Buchner and Dr Neumann have been treating my Mother over the year. They are very attentive, accurate and actually saved her. My mum has several dangerous diagnoses. Dr Buchner's team are very friendly. Best recommends

I love that one can book a termin via Doctolib easily and without any waiting time in the clinic met the doctor. Dr Gilbert Bücher is super careful and kind. He takes his patients seriously and actually listens to them. I got a right treatment immediately from him. The receptionist are really friendly and ready to help. I would recommend going here, if you are looking for an hausartz in berlin.

I am super satisfied with Dr. Büchner. He is very dedicated, fast, efficient, knows what to ask for and where to direct you for further tests or help. He is extremely friendly and professional, fluent in English and of course in German. :) What I liked the most is that he keeps on searching until he finds the problem. He does not try to just finish talking to you quickly because he cares about his patients. If you have an emergency, you can always go without an appointment in the morning, but getting an appointment is also not as annoying as with other doctors. I have been to quite some doctors in Germany, but Dr. Büchner is beyond doubt the best one I have met!
