Worst
hotel
I
have
ever
dealt
with!
Total
lack
of
professionalism
on
the
part
of
hotel
service.
The
information
in
the
Booking
announcement
on
the
parking
space
for
guests
is
not
consistent
with
what
the
hotel
offers.
After
hard
and
long
talks,
the
hotel
was
unable
to
fulfill
the
services
it
provides
and
did
not
express
any
willingness
or
attempts
to
solve
the
problem.
No
information
from
the
hotel
about
limited
parking
spaces
for
guests.
Additionally,
the
hotel
reception
should
be
open
until
10
p.m.,
unfortunately
only
in
theory,
because
the
reception
was
closed
at
9:40
p.m.
and
there
was
no
one
in
the
hotel
and
the
front
door
was
closed.
After
10
pm
no
contact
with
the
hotel.
What's
more,
a
total
lack
of
knowledge
of
the
English
language,
even
at
the
basic
level.
In
a
message
from
the
hotel,
I
got
instructions
on
what
to
do
after
arriving
after
10
pm.
The
hotel
could
not
even
fulfill
it
and
did
not
leave
the
hotel
and
room
keys
in
the
place
designated
by
them.
In
the
end,
I
was
not
able
to
take
advantage
of
the
pre-paid
stay,
total
lack
of
respect
and
professionalism
towards
the
client.
I
do
not
recommend
anyone
to
use
this
place
!!!
