The
reception
was
very
cold
and
uninformative,
only
when
we
asked
did
we
get
the
standard
information
"where
to
go
to
the
room,
where
can
we
find
the
sauna,
where
is
breakfast"
-
for
me
it
wasn't
even
three
Worth
stars
:(
Unfortunately
we
had
no
luck
with
the
room
allocation,
but
we
had
a
view
of
the
inner
courtyard
(advantage,
no
traffic)
but
right
next
to
the
elevator,
which
you
can
sometimes
clearly
hear.
The
size
is
sufficient
and
there
are
many
features
such
as
an
iron,
hairdryer
with
diffuser,
flashlight
and
a
Samsung
tablet
with
all
the
important
information,
but
the
bathroom
is
a
bit
too
small.
The
room
was
advertised
as
having
a
Nespresso
machine,
which
was
also
there
but
the
capsules
were
a
cheap
product
from
Aldi.
Well
and
now
the
sticking
point
is
the
bed,
1.60x2.00m
(5
star
standard???),
rock
hard
mattress
(yes
I
know,
many
people
like
to
sleep
on
a
hard
mattress...
but
not
us!)
and
instead
of
a
slatted
frame
there
was
a
rigid
chipboard.
In
the
afternoon
we
went
to
the
reception
with
the
request
for
a
foam
pad,
you
would
think
that
a
5
star
hotel
would
be
able
to
offer
a
quick,
satisfactory
solution
to
this,
I
thought
wrongly,
we
only
got
a
super
thin
blanket
that
didn't
help
at
all...
:(((
that
4
star
hotels
have
done
better.
Very
friendly
service
staff
at
breakfast.
The
offer
was
plentiful
and
you
could
also
have
special
requests
fulfilled,
but
the
quality
was
on
the
lower
level.
The
check-out
was
again
not
very
welcoming
but
we
didn't
expect
it
to
be
any
different.
The
advantage
of
this
hotel
is
the
super
central
location,
Ku'damm
just
around
the
corner
and
everything
can
be
reached
in
a
very
short
time.
Conclusion,
nice
hotel
if
you
visit
it
without
5
star
expectations.
