Sehr fix. Habe an einem Tag etwas bestellt und am nächsten war es schon da. Mein Kind hat ein Geschenk bekommen da es gerade eingeschult wurde und hat sich sehr gefreut.

Gehe gerne dort hin. Auch online schon bestellt und abgeholt. Personal super freundlich

Wenn die Mitarbeiter im Laden kein Bock haben zu arbeiten dann schließt bitte und lasst alles über Amazon laufen. Infostand keiner zu sehen, also spricht man den ersten nächsten Mitarbeiter am Bestellstand an: „ne da müssen sie an der Info fragen“. Immer noch keiner da. Nächster Mitarbeiter der Bücher einräumt: „Fragen sie mal am Infostand oder beim Bestellstand ich räume nur die Bücher ein“. Ja danke für die Hilfe!!! Euch kann man alle abschaffen, danke Amazon fürs unkomplizierte bestellen !!!!

Super Auswahl für einen relativ kleinen Thalia Laden. Es gibt auch Kalender, Spiele und Deko zu kaufen. Service ist angenehm und helfen gerne. Der Stern Abzug weil an der Kasse kein Hallo und kein Tschüss gesagt wurde und die Mitarbeiterin lieber mit ihrer Kollegin gequatscht hat.

Alle Mitarbeiter waren so so freundlich! Ich wurde ganz klasse beraten und auf meine Sorgen und Besonderheiten wurde so verständnisvoll eingegangen. Keiner hat mir dort das Gefühl vermittelt, dass ich blöde oder anstrengend sei (was leider oft passiert weil ich Autistin bin). Ich habe mich einfach ganz herzlich aufgenommen und verstanden gefühlt. Vielen lieben Dank <3

Great service, good book store.

Pretty nice book store for a main stream book chain. The selection is as flat as the society standards... then again it is good that they sell still lots of books 📚 and not only call games and non literature related stuff ...

They have a little selection of books in English.

Great place for shopping.

I love their pick-up service. Sometimes books are available on the same day, sometimes you need to wait a couple of days. It's a fast and reliable service, the employees are always very kind, and you can buy books that are usually not available in this book store, without having to go to farther stores. For example, original-language books.

I think that the store is nice but they don't have many book to choose from. The one at Alexander Paltz is better.

It's bigger than it looks from the outside. Good choice of children literature, postcards, books in general. They also sell some board games and movie DVDs

I bought a book from this store yesterday and the experience was great, everything is organized and clear, great people working there and the prices are reasonable.

Was there today with a friend of mine and we were at the manga section, we always go to the manga sections since we both really enjoy manga and anime. Anywho, today my friend opened her bag to take out her phone and she walked around with the bag open and then an employee (an older woman who looked karen-ly) approached us and said to close the bag since she might be getting the idea that we are stealing from the bookstore... My friend apologized and closed the bag, but the employee stuck around our area and she kept watching us and she also talked to somebody in the staff room and it made us very uncomfortable so we left the store, (mind we weren't in there for even 7 minutes). The woman was legit under my nose while i was browsing through a manga, I also planned on getting one but the employee made us very uncomfortable so that's on them. It's also very insulting that she got the idea that we might be stealing and whats even worse she didn't leave us alone
