Strongly do not recommend, ordered a steak, it's terrible! The photo is provided below. The bruschetta was absolutely delicious. To the remarks, the waiter replied that this meat is normal and the potatoes are delicious, potatoes like potatoes are not meat. For an hour they did not remove the plates after dessert and did not change the ashtrays. We asked for water without gas, they brought it with gas. If I can put -10, then I would!

Für mich das beste Steakhaus in Berlin und das beste von allen Blockhäusern. Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr geschmackvolles Essen. Toll finde ich den Service zum Geburtstag. Prosecco gratis und eine von allen Mitarbeitern unterschriebene Karte mit Foto. Danke.

The WORST restaurant I have been to in Germany, Service is extremely slow or non existent, waiters literally ran away from us when we entered the restaurant. We ordered 2 plates of caesars salad with chicken and both had hair in them, the chicken was undercooked and the cheese was basically thrown on it straight from the fridge. Maybe they want to close down the business, who knows all I know is that I would never visit a BLOCK HOUSE again.

Two of us got here around 3.30 looking for lunch. It clean, cosy booths, warm, super friendly service. Felt like I was at home. Also menu in several different languages. We ordered: Drinks: 2 x petit clot savinon Blanc Goulash soup Carrot soup Side salad Baked potato with sour cream Carpaccio salad expecting lots of rocket but it was the other way around, rocket is like a garnish with more beef (which was tender and lovely) Mrs rumpsteak - steak, salad, baked potato and sour cream, blockhouse bread Desert: New York cheese cake it was actually a lot of food, I could have probably just eaten Mrs Rumpsteak. Glad I got to try other dishes, food tasty here you can’t go wrong eating here. 10/10 I would eat here again.

Not my first time in Block House, but it was one of the best master cut I ever had . Perfectly executed, nice waiter , I highly recommend, and sure we come again.

I recommend this restaurant for sure. I visited on a September evening. The staff is friendly and the service speed is fast in the evening. Ambiance is really enjoyable. It has a large indoor area. I ordered Fitness Pfanne Asia with beef and Karotte Ingner soup. Both were delicious. They bring some bread with meals. This was a good surprise. The pricing is fine considering the quality ans service.

If you would like to find restaurants for dinner . I recommend this restaurant because the beef is so good. Cesar salad also is good . Chocolate lava must to eat too. But services is so slow . You have to wait a long time .

Immer wieder ein guter Ort um vor dem Stadion Besuch nochmal fein was zu essen. Wie gewohnt bei Block House mit guter Qualität und Service. Es gibt in der Nähe dann doch immer noch ein paar offene Parkplätze und danach kann man entspannt ca. 25 Minuten bis zum Stadion zu Fuß laufen.

Immer wieder unser Lieblings-Block House. Wie immer ein spontaner Besuch und wieder Glück gehabt, einen Tisch zu bekommen. Die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich alle toll und sehr kundenorientiert, und das Fleisch … das Fleisch! Medium-rare bestellt und genau so bekommen, perfekt gegrillt und serviert, auch alles andere dazu toll, aber die Steaks sind nunmal die Hauptsache hier. Da lohnt sich auch der Weg aus Leipzig (wo es leider immer noch kein Block House gibt).

Es waren rappelvoll, aber wir haben noch Plätze an der Bar ergattert. Sehr nette Bedienung, super leckeres Steak: perfekt medium. Salat dazu war köstlich. Ich liebe das Knoblauchbrot. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen wieder.

Nice food quality..One of the very few places I saw that delivers high quality service in Berlin. The staff there ,Kathleen, I think, was a great example of always smiling, eager to ensure her guests are happy, very professional and patient.

Das Servicepersonal vor Ort ist ja immer nett, aber heute vielen Dank für die gute Laune der beiden Damen die um die offene Küche herum gearbeitet haben. Die abwechselnde Mittagskarte hat immer etwas spannendes zu bieten. Auch gerne mal nur eine Suppe, wenn es Mittags schnell gehen muss.

Exzellent. Von den Gerichten bis hin zum Service. Es wurden keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Einziges Manko: Man könnte an der Tür hinweisen, dass Personen mit einer Reservierung sich nicht anstellen sollen im Eingangsbereich.

Omg! This place is amazing! Never had such good food! Impeccable service, fluid and smoothly run, seated instantly, order taken, the server was kind enough to accommodate my bad German and helped me by speaking both German AND English! Food came out 10 minutes after our order was taken, we were visited regularly to check our group was ok and re orders for drinks, cleared away quickly once the group finished, and check brought over! We were in and out, but at no point felt rushed! Just a fantastic experience! Awsome food! Top class service! Well done!

Very close located to U2 Theodor Heuss Platz. Many seats and tables, and wheelchair accessible. No or few vegetarian options. Very tasty food, but a bit pricey. A bit pushy and stressed waiting staff. Tries to "sell" items from the menu; stereotypical American waiter style. Strange to not have toothpicks on the table at a steak house, as well as no options of additional spicey sauces. BBQ sauce tasted like ketchup with some herbs. The menu had several options of shots (Jägermeister, vodka, rum etc), but they had none of it in the restaurant. Very odd and strange.

Thank you for my ideal dinner! Can't find any words other than "perfect"! The food is perfekt, the service is perfect, the atmosphere is perfect. My plan for the future is to try every dish in the menu here.

Been several times over past few years and always great food and a great location to sit outside and eat. Service is great and they have menus in English if you ask for it.

Well,, after the first visit, I came here with my family. We wanted a window seat, but we're not ALLOWED to sit there, even though the places were available and no reservation signs were visible. We were placed just opposite the open kitchen, without an explanation. I asked for a well down steak, got a rare one. The waitress was OK though. A bit disappointing.

My girlfriend and I are taking holidays from Seoul to Berlin and this place deserves 6 stars! Very friendly and welcoming people and not only for this but also they are very professional. The dishes are also pretty decent, from the soup to the steak, nothing disappointed us. Try here folks, it never gets old

We were here on a very busy evening and due to its location close to the fair ground, it was packed. We were a large party, so we had to wait a while, but once we were seated we had a great experience. The waitress was fantastic, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The food took it's time, but still reasonable timing and was excellent. I'd definitely come again.

💥 Finally I find a great place to eat in Berlin at the right price. Food is so good, tasty and fresh. One the best salad that I've never eaten. Great steak, potatoes, vegetables and sauce. Waitress kind, comfortable place and nice 👍👍👍

Me and my boyfriend go here pretty often, and every single time the food is delicious, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. Last time I brought my parents, my sister and her baby, and they were extraordinary with the little baby as well. Best of all the Block Houses in Berlin!

The food was delicious, waitress were so nice, the atmosphere was lovely. We had a really nice dinner there. Even tough the meat was not cooked well as we wanted, they went and recooked another one for us. They did everything until we were satisified by the food.

Everytime I'm in Berlin I eat in block house always fresh salad. Good meat and nice desserts

The burger itself was quite tasty, but it seems weird to me to serve a burger without a top bread. I would have preferred more fresh vegetables; salad, tomato, and onion.
