Cool place with a wide variety of shoes but not much variety in terms of men’s shoes. Claim to have budget options but I couldn’t find anything less than 50 euro, nice to look around.

I was expecting some locker to put down my wardrobe and stuff. Outside was freezing because I was in Berlin in November, but the inside was around 20 degrees ... and I had to wear my winter jacket and my backpack. Beside that, this place is really nice.

Very usual stores, not very much variable or suprising findings. Food court was disappointment, only global brands.

Big shopping mall with a good selection of stores (clothing, electronics, health&beauty, food), mostly at the mid-level price range. Not the most pleasant place to visit however, the combination of the architecture and poor lighting always strikes me as a bit of dirty and dark. Also, they have a policy of not allowing pets inside the building. In an extremely dog friendly city where almost any other shopping mall and store allows dogs in the premises, that is unacceptable. The one star review reflects that (it would be 3-star without the dogs thing).

I had a very unpleasant shopping experience there. I bought pair of shoes on sale and it was not explained that they cannot be returned. When asked, the ladies who work there were very disrespectful which was a major shift in comparison to how they were super nice when I was paying for the shoes.

After waiting for 20 minutes at the counter with a shoe of my choice I was refused to get served without explanation. Anyone behind me was helped. Since I waited patiently and saw they were understaffed, I did not know what to do to get any help at all. The staff just wasnt paying attention to help me. When I said that i had been waiting so long she said 'no' and waved me away. I left the store completely in shock by this mentality. Not recommended if you seek any service or even kindness by this blond lady today
