Not an amazing experience to be honest. I've been there multiple times and their doctors are fine. However their assistants are aweful. She made my lips torn apart as she was so harsh scanning my teeth. They also kinda ignore your comments and do they’re thing. I haven't checked many other places in berlin but in general not bad neither good experience.
