This station is right by the Spree waterfront. I would recommend walking along the water and then cutting across the park to the next S station. It's a very nice stroll, about 15-20 minute walk

The best park in Berlin by a country mile. Situated at the ring, its super huge with a lot of lush greenery, scenic landscapes, and recreational facilities. The Spree runs along the park and makes it great to visit in the summer. Treptower Park offers a variety of amenities, including walking and biking paths, playgrounds, and waterfront areas, making it a popular destination for both locals and tourists seeking relaxation and outdoor activities. I made a lot of trips to the park to stroll around and attend events.

Treptower Park is a very nice place to relax and walk with loved ones, whether friends or family, there is a lot to see and visit, there is always something to eat and drink on the long way. Perfect when the weather is nice.

A very drafty train station. There is often a lot going on here. The surrounding area is not particularly nice at the moment due to roadworks. The station stalls seem a bit run down and don't invite you to linger. It quickly becomes nicer towards the park..:-)

Large train station with a few small shops and snack bars around it. It's just that you're pretty lost here at night.

Beautiful. Sunday morning walks have the echoes of church bells playing while you walk and enjoy the memorial.

Basically a nice train station and great local recreation right next to it. Unfortunately, there are often switch failures at this station, which quickly paralyzes all city traffic. Since this station connects several important S-Bahn lines, such dropouts are difficult to cope with.

The station itself is fine. However, there is a lot of dirt at the entrance. The misery and distress of the people can be seen. A shame in this country. More and more train stations are serving as a bit of protection for the homeless.

I walked from there along the water to Baumschulenweg, which I like to do on cloudy days when there are fewer people out and about and you can really enjoy this beautiful nature there. It's more fun when the sun is shining, but it's too crowded for me personally.

Treptower Park in Berlin is a fascinating place that combines nature and history. The overall atmosphere of the park invites you to relax: wide avenues, large green meadows, ponds and beautiful landscapes. One of the main architectural impressions is the Soviet War Memorial in the center of the park, which impresses with its size and a general mystical aura. This place is filled with memories and reflection of history and is worth visiting to feel the spirit of the past and enjoy the beauty of nature.

This is a place where you can just relax in the summer, there are lots of small cafes or the beautiful city tours on the ships or just sometimes take part in the beautiful open airs... I like the place very much and would recommend it to others. Relax and celebrate with a barbecue

Not very crowded due to its large size. The one south of Pushkin Allee is ideal for children to play and to give the dogs some exercise. In the middle is the Soviet Memorial as a calming pole. That's why there are small, partly natural forest areas, large open spaces and a variety of children's playgrounds. In the middle is the carp pond whose interesting history is described on one of the display boards. A variety of ducks in the pond. At the eastern end is the Archenhold Observatory, which invites you to visit and offers a number of events especially for children. If you cross the street to the side of the Spree, it has more of a park feel and you will find restaurants and the possibility of renting boats. You can also cross over a beautiful arched bridge to the Isle of Youth. Treptower Park offers peace and hustle and bustle just as you want it.

Very trendy train station. Often frequented by S-Bahn hipsters when the Deutsche Bahn line-up goes wild again. In the winter, they often stand there in the cold for hours to get to one of the changing floors. The length of the line and the probability of getting in depends largely on Mr. Frost and Ms. Gleisweiche.

The public toilet, which is located directly at the park entrance (opposite the S-Bahn station), is free of charge, but it is also a DISASTER *seems more like a public consumption room or the "communal bathroom" of the homeless people staying in the area*

For a long time now, right at the exit of the S Bhf Treptower, there has been a group of people performing a form of Thai Chi, strange and interesting at the same time. Recently there are no longer just food stalls, but also flea market-like stalls right at the entrance to the park. Unfortunately, like everywhere else, it is becoming a very commercial place. So it's best to go there on rainy days and at unusual times to be able to enjoy the park in peace, depending on your needs. Otherwise, like in every other park, there are lots of people with speakers at the start. I was on the island of youth at the beach snack bar. There are things like currywurst etc. and good news for vegetarians/vegans even without meat. Atmosphere was nice, but again very crowded that day. The most beautiful corners are more likely to be found when you walk further into the Plänterwald.

👍👍 The Brandenburg Gate is much more than just one of Berlin’s historic city gates. It is one of the world’s most famous Berlin landmarks. It is a symbol for many important historical events of the 19th and 20th centuries. Many music festivals with light and sound modern technologies
