Das Zimmer war winzig, aber das war kein Problem. Das Gebäude ist extrem hellhörig und man konnte die anderen Mieter beim Toilettengang hören.. Die Matratzen waren extrem versüfft, Blutflecken, braune Flecken, Pi-Flecken usw.. Überall war alles einfach nur dreckig-man mochte nichts anfassen. Kein Klopapier vorhanden, die Dusche auch extrem verschmutzt. Die "vollausgestattete" Küche ist eine Abstellkammer mit Kühlschrank, nicht mal ein Herd oder Backofen war vorhanden.. NIE WIEDER!

Das Zimmer war kleiner als erwartet (man konnte sich gerade so umdrehen), dazu kam, dass die Rollos eher Deko waren als ihren Zweck erfüllten und man dementsprechend aufgrund der Helligkeit im Zimmer kein Auge zudrücken konnte. Dazu kam, dass das W-LAN nicht ging und das Personal sehr unfreundlich war. Aber davon nicht genug - auch die Duschen und Toiletten wurden nicht sauber gemacht, generell scheint das Wohl der Gäste keine Priorität zu sein. Unser Fazit: lieber mehr Geld investieren als jemals nochmal wieder herzukommen!

Ich muss sagen, schrecklich. Nie wieder in so einen Knast. Erstmal das BNB zu finden war schon eine Herausforderung. Wer im 20. Jahrhundert noch auf Gemeinschaftsklos steht ist gerne willkommen. Jeder der über den Flur rennt lässt die Türen knallen. Es gab keine Sekunde Schlaf.

They steal my deposit, 3 days before my flight nobody picked up my calls. If you are a foreigner, dont book this place they know you cant reach them after you leave the country and so they dont pay your deposit back.

We were five people in total, arriving from another city to Berlin that day. We've booked the family room, but could only move in from 2pm to 6pm, other hours should be paid 15euro. Our room was nice, but had no mirror and garbage bins inside, so we had to go out to the restroom only where all those things were. Kitchen was extremely small with no spoons and forks but plates and cups. While washing dishes I was hitting my head with some other shelves that small it was. While paying they didn't have change also :/ Overall, it was okay but too expensive for the night in such a place.

Tiny rooms with as many beds as humanly possible shoved in there. Radiators you can't turn off. Windows that only open a little. It was cramped and hot. There was one tiny shower cubicle shared for 8 people. I would not stay here again. The location is great, you'd manage it for a short stay.

Would not book again and would not recommend to anyone. It is awkwardly placed on a floor in a residential apartment block. The only good thing is the location near the gate and a supermarket. Some of the issues that we encountered: - The staff speak limited english and are often not very friendly. - We had a room of 6 and were only given one key. - Reception is not always manned, therefore if you need something/help you have to wait around or all them somehow and us travelling abroad without a local sim made this very challenging. - The 'common room' is only 3 tables and 6 chairs made from very cheap plastic, therefore only a few people can use the area at one time. - We were playing cards in the 'common room' and were told very rudely to be quiet at 7pm when quiet time is stated from 10pm. When trying to discuss this point with the staff they just walked off. - Only 2 people can fit in the kitchen/laundry at a time. - The room wifi didn't work for the whole floor, therefore we had to use their alternative wifi which was very, very slow and kept dropping out.

I would not recommend staying in this hostel. The surgical looking white walls and tiniest little kitchen with no facilities to cook any food did not bring a very nice atmosphere. The "working room" was a big empty room with only a single table and two chairs (could have been turned into a nice kitchen and communal space). You can easily tell that little effort has been put into this hostel. Our labelled milk was stolen, cleaner was rude to my partner, window could only open the tiniest bit so couldn't breath in the hot weather. The front door accessing the appartment block of the hostel and its front door were often left open, didn't feel safe. Sadly, there are many things that could be changed in this place to make it enjoyable. The only good thing we liked were the showers I guess.

I had really bad experience with BNB near Brandenburg Gate - Rooms & Apartments, Berlin. i booked a room and i had to cancel it 10 minutes after the booking and they refused to return the money. They said it's our policy. My recommendation to not stay there.

It's absolutely horrible, the reservation was canceled for no reason, the payment is non refunded, and the reception is completely bad! If I had the option to rate this place with no stars I will surely!

The place is very mixed. For this price and got its central location, it's tough to beat. However, this place is only for sleeping. My group booked a bigger room, and there was unfortunately only one key, which naturally led to a ton of logistical problems. In the showers there are signs of black mold, and past pictures have shown mold in the rooms as well. The man at reception was nice, but was only there at specific times, and sometimes not there at all despite being informed someone would be at the reception desk. Only two bathrooms and two shower rooms, which ended up being mostly fine but I could definitely see leading to long lines. Aside from the mold that is likely there, the rooms were mostly fine and quite clean when we got there, though I didn't inspect the beds thoroughly.

Good location, the room was a good size, but there was no bin or mirror in it. No sink in room and nowhere to sit other than the bed. Kitchen very small. Plaster coming off the wall in the room.

Good price for the location. The room and the shared bathroom were clean. Convenient location, grocery store just below.

First the good bits... Good location and clean to a point but shower cupboards (yes they are small) had black mould on walls and ceilings. The rooms are small as are the beds, pillows are just horrible. Whole place is clinical in its look. White walls, cheap furniture, no pictures nothing. It was stifling hot with no air con and this is March, no curtains just cheap blinds that are broke. Doors bang, footsteps echo throughout the accomodation and from upstairs. You may as well be in a doctors waiting room. Would recommend you look elsewhere as we did. We moved to Safe Stay in Wittenberg which was sublime and cost £30 a night which was cheaper and just a 6 min train journey away. BNB Brandenburg gate you should be giving people refunds. Worse place I've ever stayed in.

Wer Luxus erwartet brauch hier absolut nicht herkommen. Dennoch sind die Zimmer für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend, simple und ordentlich eingerichtet. Alle vorherigen Bedenken aufgrund der schlechten Bewertungen sind nicht eingetroffen. Die Gemeinschaftsbadezimmer sind echt winzig klein und Mülleimer auf den Zimmern gibt es tatsächlich keine, aber das sind Kleinigkeiten. Laut ist es tatsächlich wenn die Fenster offen sind ansonsten völlig in Ordnung. Der Standort ist total zentral was natürlich super ist. 2min Fußläufig von der Mall of Berlin entfernt.

Very tight place to get a decent rest as a traveling company. Also I was Constantly cought up laying a brick or taking a shower in a bathroom cause damn locs doesn't work properly. I would take this awful experience on my absence of mind, but in the morning I saw a girl lowdly farting. Cool story though.

Good location, nothing else.... The person who receive us refused to answer our questions about places in Berlin. It was noisy because other guest were partying, the internet wasn’t working, and the room was really tiny. I wouldn’t come back.

Es sieht hässlicher aus als in Bildern. Räume sind sehr hässlich und depressiv. Sauberkeit ist nicht das beste. Kann ich nicht empfehlen, reine Geldverschwendung.
