Very good ramen prepared in front of you. On the top of that, you are sitting in a designed hipsterish restaurant with long wooden tables and benches. Waiting times for meals are ok, the longest waiting time could be for a waitress. At the time that I visited the place, there was a lot of customers to take care of. It might very well happen that there is no free table, or that you need to wait for one. The menu is in German only, so if you are not German speaking tourist, you need to rely on Google Translator in your phone, or someone from staff to talk to you about the menu. I asked the waitress for a recommendation, but the waitress wasn't able to pin point anything concrete, so I went for almost random choice. The taste of ramen is amazing! Rather than some crazy variations, the place focuses on offering some meals from multiple broths. Also the portion of my ramen was big and I wasn't able to eat everything.

For me, the best ramen in Berlin. The quality is always on point. Great noodles and fantastic broths, cannot go wrong with any of the ramen options. Side dish recommendation: Kakuni (sweet pork belly), absolutely delicious! The place gets busy in the evenings and doesn't take reservations. Be ready to wait for a spot.

Salty, salty, everything far too salty. I could not even eat the food I received. Don't order delivery from them because they will send you subpar quality food. The miso paste that came with the cucumber sticks was too salty. The cucumber itself tasted like chemicals, as if it had been prepackaged and sitting in the plastic containers overnight. Broth for Negi Shoyu disgustingly salty, with barely any spring onions / vegetables added. Food is not worth the price anymore. It's a shame because this place used to be great. Tried to receive a refund on the ramen because I could not eat it and the restaurant refused, so don't waste your time or money here!

My go-to ramen place! Great location, super delicious, friendly staff! The wait is a bit long but I don't mind. I personally recommend trying out the Shoyu ramen and the homemade lemonade if you haven't yet!

I expect the noodles to be better, but they are kind of mushy. The soup is also too thick, because they cook the noodles directly with the soup. Nonetheless the soup is quite savory and the meat is tender and tasty.

For this food there is a chance that you have to stand in a queue when you want to sit inside (what quite some people did). However, we found a spot outside as there was no queue here. The food was absolutely amazing, everything we ordered tasted delicious. I would definitely recommend this place, even if you have to wait for a while.

Nice ramen. Fried chicken was under cooked so parts were raw inside. Soup with wontons was good. Pretty slow service

The food was delicious and served quickly. Only noodles for me are quite greasy. but overall very good. Especially the space of the restaurant is extremely unique. you can sit outside and inside. Food bars allow you to see how the chef prepares your food from start to finish. very interesting.

Very nice restaurant, I get recommendations for this place and many times when I was passing near the place I saw that restaurant is full. This time i decided to have a lunch there and Ramen is just perfect. Very tasty, we get the food in less than 10 minutes, staff is really friendly, possible to pay with the card. For sure place where you should go. Recommend!

After a year of lockdown my palate for exquisite Japanese Ramen urges me to hunt some Japanese Resto and it led me here. It’s quite far from my place bat nah… it's all worth it. The ambiance, the people and the food are amazing specially the ramen and matcha ice cream. Cravings satisfied. ❤️❤️ ❤️

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The food was so good, the ramen is super tasty, the noodles are home made and the broth is on point. Starters were also super nice, home made Kim chi and also home made dumplings. Also the chefs are super friendly as well as the waiting staff and front of house etc. Highly recommend this spot

5 stars all the way! I had Gyoza as an appetizer and decided to go for my favorite Tonkotsu Ramen afterwards and it was so delicious!

As a Japanese person living in Germany for 5y I always look for ramen places that look somehow authentic and not adapted/Asian fusion, Cocolo is the Best ramen I had in Europe! Ramen: I had an delicious Tonkotsu ramen, the broth was good and with many flavours, the egg is with creamy yolk, the kelp and ginger mixed with green onions bring it to another level in flavor and texture and the pork belly and chashu were super delicious, with a subtle roasted flavour and super juicy, tender and soft. Dessert: I had a creamy cheese cake with dried orange peel that was delicious and smooth. Service: Super! They are fast, friendly, helpful and I loved how the host did his best to find a table for my family and I (with a 2y toddler), they have a high chair adapted for their seats. So it's kid friendly too. ❤️

This joint has 2 locations but only Kreuzberg is open during the day. Pros: The noodles and broth are decent. Would recommend the tan tan men. Environment is also nice. It’s good for dates and or group setting. Cons: Pricing. It’s ramen after all think it’s on the higher side compared to other spots. Would recommend this ramen brand when in Berlin.

We went there for lunch to try our the Ramen. First, the Ramen, we tried the Tonkotsu, were good and tasted authentic, but for a real Tonkotsu, it lacked the deep flavour. Nevertheless, one of the best Ramen we had so far in Germany. What I an say I'd that the pork meat was excellent and you would get this quality and flavour similarly in Japan. Also, we tried the Chicken Karage, which was a bit different from the one in Japan as the breadcrumb coating tasted a bit more spicy and was very thin but really good.

The place was highly recommended to me and I was excited to try it but sadly I was a little dissapointed. We tried the Vegan Miso Ramen and the Tonkotsu Ramen, both were decent but definitely not on the higher end of ramen spectrum we've had, even in Berlin. The Tonkotsu had good poached pork and really flavourful pork belly but the ramen itself was very one dimensional and not that flavourful. Maybe worth another try but I wasn't really happy with the dish for the price :(

After many years in Berlin we managed to visit this famous place. I was a bit scared by its hype but actually it deserves its reputation. The service was very friendly, already from the guy at the door. Once inside, the service was excellent, especially the guy behind the bar, who served us the sake, was super nice! We got a starter which was nice but the ramen was very tasty and we really enjoyed it! All in all a very nice place to go back to.

The ramen was super tasty! We had to wait around 5 minutes to get a table. This place has a lower waiting time compared to the one on Gipsstrasse 3.

Richtig leckeres Essen.

Absolute Empfehlung!

The best Ramen restaurant I can find in Berlin, after returning from a vacation to Japan. The Ramen, Gyoza and Kaarage were really tasty!

The food was amazing and the atmosphere too. The service was not very kind, and pretty much ignored us since the moment we were seated, but it was worth it. We will probably be back. Karaage was blow-minding and of course the Tonkotsu ramen (the one in the pic)

I tried Cocolo Ramen for dinner and the food was very tasty! Their service makes you feel welcomed in the restaurant and the people are very interactive and helpful. The food is served quick and is delicious. Do try their mochi (lemon yuzu) while you’re there!

I got the negi shoyu ramen which tasted legit japanese ramen, maybe just a little too salty that you can taste the pure base soy sauce. but i would go back to this place if i wanted ramen again 🙂 also really enjoyed the mugi cha (even though I expected it to be hot) good service and in a good spot in the neighborhood.

Absolutely worth the visit. The space is cozy and warm, the food delicious - special mention to the prawn’s gyozas and the lemon and honey tea. I would recommend this place to anyone fancying a warm ramen and cute spot.

If you like raw chicken this is your place. I told the waiter it was clearly raw, supposedly the chicken got fried again and came back raw as you can see on the photo. Even though we paid for it, at least having some excuse for what happened would have been well accepted rather than listening from the waiter 'this is the way that we cook'.

Nice restaurant, the ramen was very tasty, not too salty as in other ramen shop. Currently my favourite ramen shop in Berlin!
