I’m changing my review from 5 stars to 1! We used to enjoy this place a lot, the kids love the burgers here but something was changed in this restaurant, the service is simply horrible. The waiter brought half order and not drinks arrived. The problem we kept trying to ask about this and the waiter was too busy to look at our direction and the other waiter didn’t help as the one in charge of our table should help!!! When finally the original waiter came to our table (literally took her over 20 minutes) we were done and she was almost aggressive in her attitude! Even the sauce arrived so late as we were done eating. It’s pity as we are not returning to this branch… Hopefully the Friedrichstraße branch still cool…

Die Burger sind lecker, aber das ganze Besteck war schmutzig mit schmutzigen Händen, oder nass, überall auf den Löffeln und Gabeln, Messer hatten Abdrücke, die ich denke, Sie können eine Person zu erkennen! Ich hatte einfach keine Lust, von solchen Geräten zu essen! Gastronomiebetriebe MÜSSEN sanitäre Bedingungen haben!!!! Und dann ist es nicht verwunderlich, dass wegen der Nichteinhaltung der Hygienestandards Menschen krank werden.

The quality of burger was horrible. The burger was cold when delivered and the cheese looked like it had been left out over the night and the whole burger smelled liked my old socks after a heavy workout. So we decided to send them back after which they promised to make new ones but they brought back the same burgers! It was exactly the same, cheese was not melted and it was lukewarm. The waiter also did not seem to care about the quality of the burgers. At that point we gave up, ate some of the burger because we were tired and hungry and left. Pass this one if you are in Berlin. I do not recommend this place for anyone! Really dissapointed!

nice experience with juicy and excellent burgers - all varieties, types, sizes, style and everything you can dream about ! we have tried vegetarian option, double meat option, beers and are able to confirm it’s worth it ! quite cold in the winter so recommended is to sit far from main doors ! quick, fast, delicious - is there anything that you need ?

Ein Burgergrill, in dem man auch bei schlechtem Wetter gemütlich „draußen“ essen kann, weil man im Innenhof des Einkaufszentrums sitzt. Im Sommer kann man auch draußen sitzen. Das Essen ist gewohnt lecker und abwechslungsreich. Jede Komponente kann gewählt werden und es gibt unterschiedliche vergünstigte Angebote (Mittagsmenü …).

We ended up here after we were tired and looking for literally any place to eat. Service was fast, and friendly. Fries with the truffle sauce were quite good.

Es war sehr lecker, aber auch sehr teuer. Wir saßen ziemlich eng aufeinander, bekamen alle Tischgespräche vom Nachbarn mit. Ein entspanntes Essen war nicht gegeben durch diese Lautstärke. Trotzdem war das Essen sehr gut und reichhaltig. Wir kommen wieder wenn auch in einem anderen Standort! Bedienung war sehr nett und zügig.

Ich bin nach langer Zeit mit meinen Freunden endlich mal wieder ausgegangen und für ein besseres Lokal hätten wir uns nicht entscheiden können!! Die liebe Laura hat uns bedient, war wirklich sehr nett und hat sich regelmäßig nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundet 🥰🥰. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können es nur allen empfehlen! 😄😄

I think the quality doesn’t match the price and the fame of Peter pane. Tasted like some fast food burgers, specially the beef. Two stars is for the good location. BTW, the waitress is officially nice, but the waiter of the bar was not so friendly.

Great food! I had my doubts about a restaurant located inside of a mall at first but my expectations where blown out of the water! My partner and me aren't particularly fluent in German but the staff was patient and polite and spoke English. The menu was also available in English but you needed to have a smartphone that could scan a QRcode. The decor made.me feel like I was in an amusement park because we where looking at a huge (fake?) Building and behind us was a plastic tree. The prices where mostly fair although I do think 5 bucks for a soft drink is a bit steep. Then again, I don't know what other restaurants around here charge so I can't really blame this one. All in all I had a GREAT meal and the staff treated us nice so it was a lovely experience.

Good burgers, really high quality and different choice so that you can pick your favourite. Simar for drinks, but drinks are bit overpriced.

Service was ok. Nicely decorated but made the mistake of sitting in a high booth. Really not comfortable. Bacon cheese burger was ok. Cheese was really nice flavor but the bacon seemed to hardly exist and tomato was so thin it really wasn’t needed. Also, choosing whether I wanted a half pound or full pound of fries is a weird option.

This is the place to be if you are craving delicious, juicy and wholesome burgers. The food was really tasty and filling. The drinks were also very refreshing. If you are looking for an English menu card then you will have to scan a code and get access to it since no printed copies are available, this is not a problem but maybe a hassle to few with phone or network issues. The service personal was very nice and the overall ambiance was also very pleasant. Since it is situated inside a shopping mall , it may be hard to locate from outside but nevertheless it is a must try and I would highly recommend

Essen toll und reichlich, super Cocktails auch alkoholfrei, spezieller Gastraum, sehr gemütlich und immer etwas zu entdecken. Der Service ist flott und immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn man Fragen oder Sonderwünsche hat. Wir gehen immer wieder gern hin!!

Man soll warten bis man platziert wird. Erst wurden wir (4 Personen) 10 Minuten ignoriert (2 Kellner haben uns direkt angesehen), obwohl mehr als genug freie Tische zu sehen waren. Irgendwann kam ein Kellner, um uns mitzuteilen, das gleich jemand kommen würde. Nach weiteren 10 Minuten hatte sich bereits eine Schlange von 10 Personen gebildet und wir haben uns entschieden woanders zu Essen.

Very nice place, food is very good, very close to the perfection! The staff is unbelievably nice, kind and helpfully! 1000/10 👏👏👏 The food arrived in less than 10min, which surprised me a lot. Very good job guys! Cheers

Had worst burger and fritten we had today , the waiter was rude and even asked for tips. The sweet potato fries was soo oily and the guacamole dip was served was too bit. The burger was worst. Will never visit again to this burger shop.

Super liebe & freundliche Kellner:innen, wunderbarer Service, leckeres und preiswertes Essen. Der Laden ist mit Übergang ins Einkaufszentrum, was es sehr angenehm macht, ihn zu erreichen. Bedienung geht super schnell, genauso wie die Zubereitung des Essens/ der Getränke. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen!!

Once a good restaurant, always been kinda expensive but this chain has gone downhill. Even compared to the past, prices have become astronomical and in exchange everthing else has become worse. Burgers are dry, service is inadequate and the experience in general is just bad. At this point it's just REALLY expensive McDonalds. Sad story

Food always good. Service staff nice, but people in the restaurant are kept waiting as online orders are prioritized. Done with going there.

Very nice location and indeed good quality of burgers but extremely expensive (47 euros for two beers 0.5 plus two hamburgers without any fish n chips or side wishes )

Nice location, pretty design, very tasty food, acceptable prices (a little too expensive for my liking) but a rather unfriendly service. If Google allowed it, I would be more precise with my rating and go down to 3,8 or so. Overall it was still a good experience.

We visited Peter Pane am “Schloss Steglitz”. It’s a lovely, creatively designed restaurant with seating in the courtyard of the well-known shopping centre. The design of this restaurant chain is similar in all its shops and is particularly eye-catching because of the cosy atmosphere. There is also a surprise for young and old in the bathroom, where the story of Peter Pan is told through the speaker. Unfortunately, this store was not very clean. Even though there were only a few guests, the tables were not cleaned and there was rubbish on the floor. On closer inspection, the decoration was completely covered with dust. Especially the ceiling decoration had not been cleaned for ages. The food was tasty, but nothing special. We ordered a lunch menu (€7.90) with the “Lagerfeuer Burger” (€12.90) and chose the Black Angus Beef (+€2.90). The price, especially the surcharge for the Angus beef, is not justified. The lunch menu included a portion of fries, a 0.5 drink and a cappuccino, the burger had to be paid extra. Even if the selection is large, the burger is no better tasting than in other shops. it’s even quite expensive for that quality. We also had a “Der Held” burger, this vegan burger was good and a homemade drink, which we liked best. The service was very polite and customer oriented, but that may have been because there were not many people in the restaurant. We had the feeling that the high prices were only used for nice decoration instead of better food quality. We will visit other restaurants of this chain and hope for better performance.

The burgers usually taste great (they also have a large selection of vegan burgers). The place is very expensive though - you have to buy the menu to not completely overpay for sides and drinks, so you end up spending upwards of 15 € for a burger and some fries . The service is hit or miss for me.

I went there (Rathaus Steglitz branch) last Monday, I do not recommend at all. There were short on staff, the hamburger meat looked and tasted like frozen ones. No seats had backrests, extremely uncomfortable. Additionally the price disproportionate to the quality (a cheeseburger menu at 20 euros)!

After 1 hour we still didn't get the burger we ordered. I was there hungry with my two daughters. The waiting time is extremely long for a burger. Never been in that situation before.

I think its overpriced. I have not received a 12.90 Burger . Salad and cola - 6.90.

Very friendly and helpful staff speaking both English and German. Food was delicious and reasonably priced.

I learned that their Angus meat is the real deal, as I honestly don't like the regular one.

I only found out about this place because they offer a free meal to fully vaccinated persons 🥰 however am happy I did the meal was amazing and the staff very friendly, I will definitely be returning in the future🥰🔮 #sidenote if you are getting the offered free meal then leave your waiter or waitress a bit more tip than you would normally do when you payed for your meal 🎯

Great food and good service. We had 2 burgers (Peter and nacho) with some chili cheese fries and everything was great. The prices are higher than the typical burger places in Berlin but the quality of the buns and the meat was exceptional.

We ordered a gluten free burger, they said it will be bunless, but we were surprised to eat what it looks and tastes like a vegetarian burger, it was okay but it was definitely not the food we wanted!

The food was very tasty and the service was great. The buns of the burger was very airy and fluffy. The food came pretty quick and the location is also good. Not to expensive too.

Never again. Took over 90 minutes on a normal Wednesday evening to get our dinner, which was cold on arrival. The price does not match the quality, and the size of the portions was disappointing.
