Great concert hall, came over from UK too see Kiss. Staff were friendly. Wish it was nearer to home.

I went to a handball game and the atmosphere was great! Try to get there early in oder to catch the warm up. Great views from all seats and lots of food and drink opportunities.

Been there a few times. The only problem I've spotted was, when you are sitting at higher levels of sitting areas, you are far away from toilets (downstairs). There is so much space available up there that a bit of it can be turned to toilets!

Short-cut access to the facilities we're blocked. We took the longer route. Incredible experience. I was seated on the tribune. The girls seated next to me probably paid the same and couldn't see much due to the positioning of the sound speakers.

Very easy entrance, well organised and punctual. Very simple seating arrangement so easy to find your seat. Plenty of refreshment booths with alcohol free options, the food on offer was more varied than many other venues I've visited and even had a vegan option, not too expensive either, and payable with contactless which made everything very fast and convenient. Toilets were easy to reach from the arena area and well maintained. Plenty of coat check opportunities as well. The arena itself was well organised and felt intimate despite its size. Sound was good. All in all a very good venue.

Great location, comfortable seats and really nice court. An amazing arena for many kind of events.

I visited this venue for a concert and I gotta say it's perfect for it, it's not so big so you see the show perfectly from wherever you're standing or seating. Beer and snake were offered before and during the concert. There's also wardrobe service at three or four locations.

Excellent venue for handball although no parking available

Standing in line to hang a bag for half an hour with a lot of other people. Would be great if you communicated your requirements up front.

Eine schöne Halle, nur wenn die vollbesetzt ist, sind zu wenig Toiletten vorhanden, gestern am Nachmittag waren lange Schlangen zu beobachten. Die Getränke Versorgung war gut aber auch nicht preiswert, Becherpfand war ok., nur die Rückgabe war sehr zeitaufwendig, trotzdem gerne wieder, Charly B.

Entrance is very congested. You should get there more than two hours in advance if you wanna be close to the stage. Place Hase great food and beverage options and overall very clean. Acoustics are average.

The National, 30.09., eins der besten Konzerte der Gruppe bisher! Leider war der Ton zumindest zu Anfang, oberer linker Rang, würde sagen, die ersten 20 Minuten nicht optimal und etwas übersteuert… Das Klima/Luftqualität war trotz ausverkauftem Konzert ziemlich gut und die Halle an sich ist wirklich toll! Die Preise für, vor allem Getränke, sind allerdings Wucher!

Tolle Halle, super Atmosphäre beim Handball-Spiel Füchse Berlin gegen Recken Hannover-Burgdorf. 09.2023 Kulinarisch blieben keine Wünsche übrig. Große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Breite Reihen, also gute Beinfreiheit. Jedoch fand ich die Sitze sehr schmal, gut dass noch Plätze nebenan frei waren.

Really good indoor concert venue. It has enough toilets, they are all quite clean and there is warm water.

Nick Cave, Beyoncé und David Hasselhoff waren nur drei Konzerte die ich dort gesehen habe. Es ist eine wunderbare Konzert Location, gut über die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu erreichen.

This business needs to build a parking place for their concerts and guest because they are affecting the whole neighborhood, if you live near by and there's a concert you will never find a parking spot. Cars parking double line, completely block traffic, the neighbors just can't arrive to their homes. In my opinion the burden of a business shouldn't be at the expenses of regular people who lives around many years ago.

Super Halle! Gut organisiert und ausgeschildert. Bei Konzerten sieht und hört man sehr gut. Es ist gut belüftet und es gibt viele Toiletten. Nur beim Rausgehen kommt es schnell zu Gedränge und Überfüllung, da sich Garderobe, Bar und Ausgang den selben Weg und Platz teilen. Bier 6€ für 0.5l

Tolles Bauwerk! Als Konzertbesucher war ich von der Halle total begeistert. Sehr gut organisiert. Von Verpflegung bis Toiletten alles gut. Konzert war vom Sound und Licht super. Einziger Minuspunkt, PARKPLÄTZE????

Great place for a concert. There is enough bathrooms and also places to get beer. Highly recomend it for watching a show!

Great acoustics, well organised at both entrance and wardrobes, awesome seating with good views to the stage from almost all places. Fully recommended for concerts!

Went to Berlin recycling volleys match. The stadium is very clean and modern. The only downside is that you cannot bring a big backpack inside for security reasons. Instead you have to leave it at a garderobe for 2 euros. Its not a lot, but it's definitely not the most ideal way of spending your 2 euros. You can't avoid the thought of the arena management trying to squeeze few more coins out of the customers. Otherwise its a superb venue all around.

I was at a show of Classic Rock on the night of Halloween, amazing experience. The bands, Jefferson Starship from California, opening and the British band Deep Purple as headliners. The sound of the bands was powerful, good acoustics and also very good use of the space and Lights Equipment. The visuals were also a big part of the show! Very well organised, I would go again to MAX-SCHMELLING-HALLE to see other band or show, I strongly recommend it.

Pretty good area for concerts, tho the entrance to standing second is kinda awkward but that's okay. Also sound could've been better.

I was here for the CrossFit Semifinals. Beautiful location, great organization and toilets always clean!

Loved the atmosphere and the game, the food court around the seats is great, however like at most sport events very expensive.

Great building for great concerts. The hall has a great platform so that the artists are able to perform near the fans. The sound is nice too and doesn't resound. The hall is located near a park so you won't disturb local residents when you leave the event and are a bit louder than reasonable . A big plus is that you only have to walk about 10 minutes to get to the tram or other public transportations

Huge hall and great organized catering staff - not much waiting for drinks at any time. Lots of toiletts, so you don't have to wait in line. You have to store larger bags at baggage depot.

Sound was good and venue felt like it was ran like a well oiled machine. Wish I could pay for wardrobe with something other than cash but that's the only negative.

Great Arena, really enjoyed my visit.
