The store is unique because you know and use Nivea but have never come across its store. This is a flagship store. Unfortunately, everything is 3 times the price you usually get outside. So its only good to visit and browse but not purchase anything.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin, die uns hervorragend beraten hat! Wir (aus Bayern) waren während unseres 4-tägigen Berlin Aufenthalts an einem Abend insgesamt drei Mal im Nivea Haus. Mit der kostenlosen Lieferung nach Hause hatten wir keine Probleme, die Einkäufe in unseren Rucksäcken zu verstauen.

Hier gibt es die gesamte Auswahl von Nivea, auch Artikel die man in normalen Drogeriegeschäften nicht bekommt. Man kann sich Artikel auch personalisieren wie die blaue Creme Dose. Hier kann jedes Bild vom Handy aufgedruckt werden. Eine sehr schöne Geschenkidee. Es gibt auch andere Marken von Beiersdorf wie z.b. Labello oder Hansaplast. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Besides very wide range of Nivea items, the loveliest option is to take a picture to make an original Nivea can! We really enjoyed it and are happy to have our own Nivea with a special memorial pic in Berlin. Not only for Nivea fans but also for whom you want this special item!

Good products but worst service ever (especially from the cashier lady). Couldn’t hear what she was mumbling to us, when she had to repeat herself she ended every sentence with ‘we’re closed’. Ironically telling us they were closed but still allowed more customers to come in to shop. Do better with your hiring process Nivea.

Visited to get photo on the cream box, but even if i ask to make it, they didn't even set up the camera/pc, just ignored and kept serving local customers who speak German. Super disappointed. So terrible, don't recommend

This is where you can make your best memory quickly for a few dollars. You can have your family photo reflected on the face of Nivea’s common cream. You may not think it’s worth the trouble to stop by Nivea on your trip to Berlin, but I will hope you will be fooled and go there.

You might consider not having the rudest employee being to face your customers when they need to print their pictures on your nivea cream. I came twice to your shop and she was behaving horribly both times so can’t say she had a bad day but rather a bad life… and then venting to her colleague that she hates English speaking customers. That can sound ironic when your shop is located in one of the most touristic avenues of Berlin. Other detail your massage/facial treatments booking section is offline since 4 days.

Echoing some other reviews here. The store is nice and has some really cute stuff. Most of the floor staff was very cordial and helpful but the cashier lady made some outright racial comments multiple times and ensured that we left the store feeling extremely uncomfortable. Nivea you gotta hire better staff!!!! What a way to ruin an otherwise such a nice nostalgic experience!!!

I went into the store, because they were advertising the Nivea perfume at the front door and it reminded me of my childhood. Berlin experience that I hadn’t known I needed. Helpful staff and good products.

For the first time I visited a Nivea physical store :) I found it very beautiful and pleasant, well located, a huge variety of products and with a good price, and we even have the chance to buy some products that we don't find in other countries. I loved!

I have chosen a small sunscreen on the shelf. At the cash desk there was a same one in a promo pack with hand creme - great idea guys, I have replaced my choice with a promo one:) that what was the goal, right? Then a stange thing happened.. Probably a lady at the cash desk was super unhappy that I left my first choice on the desk (was I supposed to run back to the shop end corner to return it?). So, we were already talking in English she started to say how much I should pay with a really good English accent (!) and then switched to German saying same numbers. When I asked her in English why she did that (and she again understood my question), she replied in German that in Germany we should speak German and she doesn't know any English. Very rude and not expected from a front line branded shop in the city center!

The staff was so helpful and the prices, especially for the bundles, were very inexpensive. Unique small souvenirs to bring home too. Glad I came across it.

Fun place! You can put your photo on a tin of nivea cream and it will cost about 5€. You can also get lots of package deals, like a basket of women’s, men’s, or household products. Some even come with things like slippers, candles, a basket, or a heart shaped Nivea tin!

It is an amazing outlet run by Nivea itself. Central location, few yards away from Brandenburg gate. Staff is so helpful and friendly I shall not forget. A wider product variety for all kind of customer segments. Prices are reasonably good blended with top class service. Strongly recommended.
