Myself and some friends were staying at The Hilton right next door and decided to go to this club. We were dressed appropriately, were sober and did not all go as a group to get in but went as pairs, when this club opened for the evening. My two friends said they were on the guest list but got looked up & down by a bouncer and was ignored. The bouncer came back but yet ignored them completely. Me and another friend decided to see if we could get in and advise them that we are on the guest list. We were greeted with a bouncer which asked if we had tickets. We did not, as we did our research and do not need a ticket as it is before 12am, as long as we are on the guest list. The bouncer said without a ticket your not getting in without a ticket (between sipping his coffee giving us the side eye whilst talking to us). I noticed the more questions we asked in regards to when we would be able to come back, he became more irritated and said "After 12am". We decided to go away and come back an hour later to ask a few people that were in the queue if they had tickets. They advised they did not and everyone was let into the club..please note that all that was let in from what we saw was WHITES ONLY. TLDR; Short story is that if you're of any colour or a foreigner, you are very unlikely to be let in. Spend your money elsewhere. Please bear in mind that this was not the first time we were given hassle while trying to get entry into other bars and clubs whilst our stay in Berlin. Overall, the city is beautiful, however coloured people and foreigners are generally not welcomed. Don't find out the hard way by trying to get into this club..you and your money is not welcomed..don't spend your money on a place that is not welcoming to others.

Google held our PE summit/night party in brick and it was amazing. It accomodated all of us with i almost 300 participants and they have a open kitchen and served delicious food or us. Really great place to party.

Don't let the recent 5 star reviews fool you. The bouncers refused to let myself & one of my friends in..this because we were both black and not of german descent as he mentioned. We did not give them any reason to deny us at the door. However, they carried on letting other people in that are not of colour. If you plan on going to Berlin, do NOT spend your money at this club or waste your time going there. Read all of the previous 1 star reviews and you'll understand.. Also, just because they have a few pictures which include people of colour in their night club, doesn't make all the accusations left by people on their reviews a coincidence.

I'm not against proper ID checks, but his behavior raised suspicions and did not align with what I believe should be the standard procedure. In the meantime, I intend to report this incident of racial discrimination to the appropriate authorities, as I fear that my personal information and that of my friends may have been compromised.

Me and my mom waited in a queue for 40 minutes, then they told us the club was for “young people”. The entry fee was 20 euros, although they told me it was 15 on whatsapp. Whatever, not coming back.

We were looking for a hip hop club and BRICKS seemed like a good option. Although there were a lot of negative reviews we decided to give it a chance. We were 2 guys, sober, dressed appropriately. We arrived at the entrance and were greeted by the bouncers and face control guy. Immediately upon seeing us he rejected us and we were curious why. He replied by saying"because you are white" then he said "just kidding". That seemed quite racist and ruined our night, I wouldn't recommend going there if you are not a person of color.

We are even in the guest list security denied our entry and the counter girl also denied entry even though our names are there we had to call the guy who is head there to enter and he came and asked them why we can’t enter and then they are okay to enter us still there minds and faces looks like denied entry face 😂..Thanks to the guy who initiated to get us in!

Sehr mittelmäßig. War an einem Freitag Abend da und die ersten 2 Stunden war es komplett leer. Um 1 rum hat es sich langsam ein Bisschen gefüllt aber es waren die ganze Zeit über unangenehm wenig Leute da. Musik sollte trap und hip hop sein, war 95% nur Afrobeats und ab und zu mal ein Alibi rap Song. Leute haben sich alle sehr cool gefühlt. Preise waren für Club Verhältnisse teuer (5 Euro für einen Shot). Personal war allerdings sehr freundlich und professionell. Kann man machen, muss man aber nicht und grade in Berlin gibt es bessere Alternativen.

Wasn’t let in because we only spoke English (from US) and didn’t understand what bouncer first said as we were greeted (in German) and when I tried to say sorry I don’t understand we were shown out of line. Wish I would’ve read the other reviews about this place before trying to get in as a tourist.
