This is the worst place ever, my friend doesn't speak German so I went with her for translating and they don't let me in (it's a rule I know) so she went to the doctor and the doctor called me on the phone to translate. The next appointment the doctor wrote in the document that my friend should bring a person for translating and we show it to the lady at information desk, she refused to have a look at it and said only 1person. Whats an ignorant, unfriendly behaviour. The doctor seems to be nice though.

Largest and best clinic in Europe. I've often had the best experiences here! There will be no surgery at all costs! There is understanding and you listen to the patient. Everything is digitalized!

I worked here for 6 years as a PhD student, and I hadva bad experience. You can feel racisim and mobbing in your day to day life. I do not recommend it.

I am seriously considering giving up my unicorn of an apartment - AFFORDABLE in Mitte? How did I get so lucky?? - only so I can avoid this hospital. I have been admonished by other emergency departments for taking ÖPNV to them instead of calling for the ambulance who would take me to Charité. I'm frustrated how hard it is to avoid Charité but with as literally harmful as they have been, the frustration is the price for my life.

Ohh boy, what a bad time. Whatever terrible accident you've been in, please do yourself a favour and go to another ER. This place is a garbage fire of inefficiency.

I've been a patient there for years because of spinal problems! I can only say good things! Despite adversities such as Corona or a lack of staff, postponements, etc. the result of the treatments speaks for itself! I really admire the doctors and nursing staff! Despite all the stress, always friendly and giving your best! An institution that is based on a high standard and constantly distinguishes itself through the latest procedures and techniques! Highly Recommended! Right in the heart of Berlin, a short walk from Friedrichsstrasse train station, close to the government district. The old buildings of the clinic are history in themselves and worth seeing! The renovated ward block is even more modern and newly designed! Thanks to all the staff at the clinic, especially the neurosurgery department!

I even regret spending my time to rate the hospital. Very rude and racist staff, 6 hours of waiting in the ER and we went home on our own responsibility with the patient. Germans were treaded as soon as there was a doctor available whilst all the people waiting in the ER with us were non Germans. Dear AFD, didn't know you also owned a hospital.

Incredible!!! Waited 10 hours to get admitted to the emergency room. I couldn't even stand anymore! The doctor had no idea and was apparently in training.

Ley me express my gratitude to all doctors, nurses, midwives and everyone else in obstetrics. I gave birth here in the end on June 2021. It was a great experience and I feel that I was very lucky to give birth here. Each and every person was very professional, polite and helpful and staying there was very comfortable. And of course great thanks to Babylotsen service. It was a very difficult time for me and they helped so much. Thank you all!

(Translated by Google) Despite making an appointment and presenting the Ü certificate and the presence of all documents, no appointment was found when registering. Now I can go home and look for other doctors, thank you. Psychotherapy and psychosomatics are organized in a horribly bad way. I heard in the media that the Charité is one of the best hospitals in the world. That being said, I would like to clarify one thing. I don't know who nominated this hospital in the top 10. After the scraping, the follow-up examination was supposed to take place, but that never happened because this appointment was postponed 4 times. After 3 months, you get the message that the pathalogical findings and the file had disappeared and that a doctor accidentally found the file found it and wanted to take another look. Of course I didn't have myself examined there, who knows how the operation would have gone, because anyone who handles files and findings so sloppily is not allowed to operate on me. By the way, the diagnosis was cancer. Thanks to you, I am now in chemotherapy and being treated.

(Translated by Google) *My first hospital experience* Not only an experience from start to finish but also a clear recommendation. Very friendly, personable and explained everything in detail. Even questions were answered in great detail. The whole thing took six hours in total, but hats off for such a performance. Finally, there were other patients with more serious injuries. I am really very satisfied and now I hope that my tendon will grow back together again. I would like to thank the boys from the fire brigade for the transport 🚒 many thanks to the nurse and orthopedist who took really good care of me. Also the gentleman at the X-ray. Of course, many thanks to Dr. Cherry tree for patching and advice. In the end, the experience was a lot more pleasant than expected. If I had the choice, I would always choose this great campus. Danke ♥️🙏

Was in the Charité for major knee surgery. Never again! Instruction Wednesday, surgery Friday. After the procedure, no further consultation with the doctor about the course of the operation, further therapy, etc. Visits from doctors from other wards who were not familiar with the problem. Painkillers only given after hours of begging and then in the wrong dosage. No ice packs. Nursing staff demotivated and unfriendly. Hardly any German-speaking employees, therefore constant difficulties in communication. Praise to the service staff!!!! Highly motivated and very hard working. As a PRIVATE PATIENT, I will look for another hospital in the future. The research at the Charité may be world class, but unfortunately the care of its patients is not.

The eye clinic is an organizational disaster!!!! No matter when you have an appointment you sit for at least 5 hours. That just can't be the case. Why don't you hire someone who can look into it and change something? One star is still too many...but you can't post without it

After 14 operations still not operating as expected, I have a fistula in my neck and they couldn't find it. You are not taken seriously as a patient and they only want to experiment on you. I've gotten to know a few patients here over the years and have had surgeries more times than they should. People, avoid the Charité and run to doctors who take you seriously as a patient. You are better off in a smaller hospital. It's embarrassing that 20 doctors from the ENT department can't even make a diagnosis. My mother had given them the tip that I might have a fistula in my throat. All I hear is that I have a difficult and special case and that it's not that easy for me. Shame on you!!!

I had to give birth at the Charité Mitte because my desired clinic no longer had capacity, but I am really satisfied with the staff and also with the maternity clinic, the midwives and nurses were great. Of course there is always something to complain about, hence one star less, such as the visitor regulations. But in itself tip top.

(Translated by Google) I do not at all share the assessment on which Nadin's review is based. We had the best childbirth experience I can imagine. I'm so glad that everything worked out and that we didn't have the child in another hospital. The optimal and friendly care of midwives and doctors was always given with us, everything worked great (from my father's perspective) - with a great view over the city.

A very bad place to connect with by phone, I was trying to find a specific doctor in that hospital and called them on their hot line. After a German man took phone he refused talking to me in English. After my request for an English speaking colleague I’ve heard a single word ‘nine’ and than he just interrupted the call. I think that is in a highest degree unprofessional, ignorant and irresponsible for a hospital employee to reject help in such an important place due to a lack of knowledge and absolute unwillingness to help those who need help. I hope that employee will get a penalty for disrespectful attitude to his job and human life.

I came to the Charite Campus Mitte after a stay at another hospital which as it turned out misdiagnosed my lumbar ailment. Prof.Dr. Peter Vajkoczy, Charite's medical director of neurosurgery, studied my previous MRT intently before recommending a series of tests. They were to establish if and exactly where a nerve was being pinched which was causing me such excruciating pain. I was brought to my room by a friendly nurse - all the nurses and supporting personnel seemed remarkably cheerful despite their heavy workload. The battery of tests included a new MRT, CT and electrical nerve impulse recorder. An electrocardiogram and echocardiogram were ordered by a anaesthetist who detected a suspicious heart murmur in her stethoscope. The operation itself passed uneventfully and, presto, the outcome was that for the first time in seven weeks I was no longer in pain. It's been an amazing week here in the Charite, one which has given me renewed faith in hospitals, surgeons and this Berlin institution in particular.

On Saturday evening I was treated in the emergency room at the Charité by Ms. Sch., a young, nice and very competent nurse. Her sensitive yet careful approach meant that the small procedure was completed quickly and, for me, in a surprisingly reassuring manner. I usually react rather tensely to medical procedures because previous experiences have been very stressful for me. That's why I found it a great relief after so many years to have someone like Ms. Sch. Not only to receive excellent care, but also to receive excellent care as a somewhat difficult patient. I also felt like I was in the best hands with her when it came to informing me about the further course of treatment. I give it 5 out of 5 stars, no, even 10 out of 5!! A role model that others should follow! Kind regards, K. Hasan

Yesterday I had mt first medical examination at Charitè Campus Mitte - endocrinology. I was amazed at the kindness of medical stuff. My doctor was dr. Fuchs and I haven't felt this good at doctor's office in a long time. After long time I had a feeling that doctor is really interested for the patient. I know that medical stuff is overall burdened and they are under a lot of pressure. Dr. Fuchs, nurse Ines and one very young nurse from the same office had made me feel very accepted. After long time I felt humanity in a medical facility.

Almost impossible to maintain contact with relatives. Apparently, visits are always possible. However, visits are hardly possible when traveling by public transport. Despite calling beforehand and being informed that no examination is scheduled, you then sit in front of the door for over an hour and then another hour because then the handover is... According to the information, no visit is possible the day before because treatment is planned, but then only took place in the deepest hours of the evening... a catastrophe for relatives
