Ich wollte für meine Partnerin die Tv Streaming Box 8000 von Nokia kaufen, fragte einen Verkäufer, ob sie diese da haben. Sein erster Fehler: Was hat die Besonderes? Hm, wir hatten uns aus bestimmten Gründen für diese Box entschieden, die ich nicht mit ihm diskutieren wollte, warum auch? 2. Fehler: Die haben wir vielleicht ein Stockwerk tiefer. Wie heißt die Box? Ich: Irgendetwas mit Nokia 8000. Er: Das ist jetzt blöd, so eine ungenaue Angabe. Ich: Danke, ich schau selber danach. Gibt man Nokia 8000 ein, oder Nokia Box 8000, dann erscheint genau diese Box und NUR diese Box. Auf solche Verkäufer kann ich echt verzichten.

The best Saturn store in Berlin. It is huge and has a lot of offers than most electronics stores in the city. One can have sim contracts or device contracts too. Also wifi connection providers are here which makes it an overall destination of electronic goods, telecommunication and other services. Overall a good place for all latest demands.

A Saturn employee (a blonde guy with ear gauges and blue eyes) was talking to some random guy and laughing while I was waiting to ask for his service. When they were finally done after 10 minutes, the employee took out his phone and started talking (not work-related talk at all). I was standing just in front of him, and he was trying to escape me. After I finally talked to him while he was chatting and asked to give me a phone so I could buy it, he told me that it was already too late and they were closed (it was 20:57). This employee didn't want to do his work and was the reason I didn't buy the phone and went out dissatisfied. I won't buy the phone in this place and from now on will try to avoid the store.

Wir waren auf der Suche nach einem neuen Drucker und haben uns deshalb von einem Mitarbeiter im 3. OG beraten lassen. Der Mitarbeiter konnte uns grundlegende Funktionen von verschiedenen Druckern erklären und war immer in der Nähe, falls Fragen aufkommen sollten. Er konnte sogar noch beim Preis heruntergehen und hat uns eine Packung Druckerpapier kostenlos mitgegeben. Top - besser kann es nicht laufen.

I spent more than 6000 euros on Saturn, and I collect points on my Satin card. But suddenly my card not working, and I lost all my data. It's been more than 6 Months, I'm contacting Saturn customer service. I sent almost 10 emails and still, they did not fix my problem. I don't know why this company has a customer service and what they are doing there. I don't recommend Saturn.

I personally had a very bad experience with one of the staff members. I was looking for new set of speakers and he approached me starting to ask questions and trying to point out i couldn't afford (in his opinion) quality speakers.. embarrassing person!

Of all the good things I bought from this place am giving 1 star because I went to buy the charger for Google pixel pro6 and the staff redirected me to a counter near the escalator where a guy in white color shirt (just to pick some fun at a brown girl) decided to redirect me to another aisle. After searching and asking Saturn staff I reached again at the same counter and he said the charger costs 129 euros. ( I honestly don't understand the kind of joy he experience when saying that to people he assume wouldn't buy it- I don't know whether he felt some sort of pleasure in seeing a terror or Surprise on my face hearing the amount). When I picked the box to pay he said it's 29 euros. This guy had a Vodafone tag and must be an employee from there. Let me say few things straight. As brown women, If we decide we don't want to pay extra for something it's because it's our choice. We come from a highly competitive country and we made it here and every penny is worth that hard work. You don't get to ill-treat us or play pranks on us when we ask something. Shame on you. Had it been a man or a white woman I am sure he would have thought twice before pulling a prank or redirecting and making me lose time.This happened on 12/07/22 around 1.15-2pm

Totally dislike the stuff of this shop. Surely the shop is huge and it is hard to find needed items, that’s why I asked for help. A worker, who looked like I’m bothering too much with my question to guide me through the shop, showed me the adapter I needed. He claimed it’s the only one that is fitting me, but I surely have an ability to read and understood that just near it were few same items from various brands and the one he suggested me was the most expensive one. I understand that it is a job to sell the most, but not this far.

In my opinion, Saturn is one of the best electronic shops in Berlin. You can find almost anything there. There are dozens of good sellers who guide and help you and speak very good English as well as other languages. I bought a cellphone with an O2 contract during Black Friday there which had an extremely good deal. Definitely check it out if you are looking for an electric device. The first floor is mobile phones plus audio and other stuff. The second floor is home appliances, and the third floor is laptops and related.

I bought Xbox series X from here and KALK has been a really good help. 👍👍 He is so calm and ready to address any query I was throwing at him, it means a lot and shows the kind of culture they have to offer. Loved it..

DO NOT BUY FROM SATURN! I bought an expensive vacuum that had a manufacturing defect, which made it unusable, and returned the product the next day. Instead of replacing it immediately, or offering me refund, Saturn can only send it to the manufacturer which takes 1 month waiting!! DISCRIMINATORY against non-German clients, neither in-store staff, nor online service makes even a tiny effort to help you in English. You are treated like a fool!! Stay away!

What a store! It’s like a mega Bestbuy, if you’re from the states. They have a wide selection of electronics and memorabilia. They have a really good selection of records and CDs, Blu-ray and DVDs. They also have Legos at a pretty good discount. Their video game selection is quite large and they have discounts on many of them. They also have a video game lounge upstairs where you can play video games on any system that you want.

You can get anything and everything here. Electronics, appliances, white goods etc. Only 3 stars because staff is usually super busy, so you need to wait a little to talk to them. Also, some stuff is affiliated with a specific company/product, so they might try to sell you that one. But most are genuine and impartial. Recommend not going on the weekend, way too full.

I would like to rate 0. I bought a Mac book there a couple of years ago and pay for the warranty on top. I have now an issue with the battery, brought my laptop to Saturn on the 10th of November, they forgot to send it to Apple, got back my laptop only today after two months without it (it's my working tool) and NOTHING has been done, the battery drops and the fan goes like crazy. DON'T BUY TO THEM. Go to Apple directly.

I bought a keyboard and mouse over the holidays. There was a problem with it, so I brought it back to exchange it for a new one. The cashier indicated that they could only return it and I could re-purchase it, but it had since increased in price by approximately 25%. Disappointingly, I decided to just return it. The staff however was helpful and friendly, which I really appreciated, but the overall experience was disappointing as I didn’t get to keep the item I wanted and purchased, and they lost the revenue from a sale.

Very short of staff. People have to wait a long time to ask for help just for buying a phone. I don’t know how Saturn loss some many chance of making revenue because they just do have enough people. Very bad.

Worst customer service I have ever received. When I finally got assistance, one man just rudely started talking to his coworker behind me and left me there. I asked several people for help and they just kept saying no and pointing at other people. I asked direct questions and was given false information. They attempted to sell me a something at 3× the amount it was worth. Avoid this place at all costs.

Hi, BE CAREFUL FROM SATURN to order anything online to your apartment, there is no possibility to CANCEL THE ORDER immediately. Order number: 165046893 After 2 weeks of calls and emails, they told me that they cancel the order. ‘But when I call their call center, they said the order is not yet cancelled and they dont know where the order go!!! After 2 weeks , i cant get my money back more than 1,700 EUR !! They dont have the option to cancel the order, OLD FASHION process. (Not surprise ). Shame!

Absolutely horrible and incompetent customer service! Just like in any other Saturn stores I have visited. We went to check out the dryer and left the store way more confused about our options than when we walked in. It seems like staff here not only has zero interest in selling anything, but rather treats you as if you are requesting to get something for free. BIG NO!

I am not one of those guys who gives below 3 rating but my customer experience was horrible in Alexanderplatz franchise. This is my first time that i went there to buy sony xm4 , first of all the box of equipment was empty. The cashier asked my to collect another box and re-enter the queue. This wasted my 30 mins. When i re-entered the queue , i asked for the bill to have my name and billing address on it . They took another 45 minutes. They hand me the bill but for some reason they didnt give me the kassebon (tax receipt). The next day i went there to ask for tax receipt , they simply told me their system is down . Comeback at 1 pm . I am a computer guy and i know system dont magically turn on at 1pm given what he said. I dont know if it's classic racism or staff being incompetent or simply they want to cheat the tax system . i do not know but for first time going there they wasted 2-3 hours of mine. They didnt apologize once. I will simply use amazon.de next time which has more competitive price and far better customer experience

Ich war vor ein paar Wochen dort und wollte mir einen neuen Fernseher kaufen. Sollte ein OLED sein, der aber preislich noch Vertretbar ist. Bin dann also zu dem Saturn und war mehr als positiv überrascht. Eine riesige TV-Abteilung mit wirklich allem (von LCD für 400€ bis hinzu 8k für mehrere tausend €). Hatte dann einen Fernseher für 1100€ gesehen der mich sehr angesprochen hat. Kurz darauf, ohne was sagen zu müssen, kam auch direkt ein Verkäufer auf mich zu, hat mich sehr gut beraten und mir auch den Fernseher genauer erklärt (welche Anschlüsse gibt es, wie funktioniert das Betriebssystem usw). Wollte den Fernseher dann auch nehmen und er meinte dann von sich aus, dass der Fernseher sogar nur 900€ kostet. Hab dann im Gespräch erfahren dass das das Preisversprechen von Saturn ist, weil der Fernseher woanders günstiger war. Der Verkäufer hat also von sich aus mir den günstigeren Preis angeboten Also top Beratung und dann noch mit einem sehr fairen Preis. Gerne wieder

Never seen a bigger Electronic Store. They have 3 Floors, and every single one of them had so many things. I bought a M.2 and a Microphone, although the cashier line is a bit weird they were really quick with my items and very polite.

Both Saturn and Mediamarkt are exactly the same. Big place for electronics. You can find and test a wide variety of products including smartphones, laptops, TVs, monitors, ACs, kitchen electronics, cameras, gaming consoles, PCs, speakers, and many more. For some sections, I wish I could find more. For example, some smartphones were not there, and also the speakers section is not that rich in products.

Very big, with everything you want to find related with technology, music, games, photography, films, HiFi, mobiles, and so on. Also it's very helpful because you can try, touch, feel the things in there, so for example you can use the headphones to hear music, touch and grab the mobile phones to see how they feel, etc.

I went to Alexanderplatz Saturn to buy an LG OLED TV. But the representative was really bad he made me wait for almost 50 mins. It took him 40 mins to complete one deal and he said he will be back in a minute and never returned back. Luckily other representative came and he made it quick and completed the buying the tv in 10 mins. It was really a bad experience.

I habe been very often to Saturn to solve some problem with Mobile phone Contract but fortunately once i got help fom Herr TÜRELI, it has always been solved and i have noticed that he is always trying his best to help for all Customers sincerly and he is very kind person . Everytime I have been to this place I have been presumed to be a shoplifter and had all of my bags rummaged through when leaving. Even after spending hundreds of euros here. This doesn’t happen to me anywhere else and every time it has happened it seems I am being singled out as I do not see other patrons being accosted in this patronizing manner. 🙅🙅

Poor customer service. I pre-purchased two S22 ultras 2 months ago and have not received one yet! I went to the store a total of four times to get one of the two cell phones, each time they had either called me before to get the phone or promised a specific date! Worse, they did not even blame themselves

I was lucky to have a positive experience. Two staff members helped & checked on me. One went to get me a vacuum in the storage room because it was not on display, only on the website.

Decent Saturn. As always, the personnel makes this place run, and they are usually friendly and helpful. I personally dislike the fact that you have to traverse a whole floor in order to ascend one floor due to the escalators structure, but that's a rather minor gripe.
