I can't explain where the positive comments come from here. Most of the equipment is as old as the studio itself and is poorly maintained. The carpet is dirty to rancid! The stain on the floor has been there for months! From the back office they try to screw you over and rip you off when you have problems.

The studio offers everything you need in terms of equipment. Unfortunately, in some cases the quality leaves something to be desired as many devices are older. Nevertheless, everything works as it should! The sauna area also makes a reasonable impression. In the summer, however, the large window fronts make it harder to train. Overall, however, pretty decent.

Old, dark, no technology and expensive. No monthly payments without contract. Hidden fees.

3 years ago I registered just for two months and i told them at that time that i just want to use 2 months without membership and they accepted, but after 1 year i came back to berlin , i saw a lot of letters from them to pay 6 months , without using gym and any contract

I registered for just one month, and now, after 2 years, 1 year payment receipt has arrived.

I don't have experience in other gym in Berlin but personally I am happy with T9 they have all equipment that one gym should have plus good sauna and relaxing room to lay after sauna. I never used their course so I can't say anything about their quality but they have so many course almost every day. The price was very reasonable 15 per month when we signed our contract 4 years ago but I am not sure about the price right now. The center also has free parking area for 3 hours which is fine and convenient for everyone. And gym itself is open from 7 to 24. The only downside is that the nber of T9 gym is very limited in Berlin don't know about other cities so if you move you can't use it anymore.

The thing is full of dirt! I don't understand why the Corona time wasn't used for basic cleaning. Money was always diligently deducted. What do you have your staff for? They sit at the counter and that's it in the lower area you never see anyone for any help. The disinfectant is constantly empty, but it probably doesn't make any difference given the dirt. I'd rather not even talk about the drinks machine. If you have a stuffy nose and don't value hygiene, you should probably throw your money out the window. I quit.

Read the fine print on the contract, don't expect them to be upfront on how they will ream you out. The contract is basically a life time membership because it's impossible to end it. Your great grandchildren will still be paying membership fees.

The gym is generally ok. But most of the comments speak for themselves. I've been registered at this gym for 5 years and I have to say that there are really better studios out there. Unfortunately, there are a lot of criticisms such as: the broken equipment, the dirty carpets and now also the reduction in the size of the stomach area. You can train there but in most cases you just get annoyed and of course that's not fun :(

I used to be a member here but unfortunately I moved. The staff was always very nice. Some machines could be better up kept but all together a nice studio.

The people who work there are very rude.

Absolutely unfriendly staff today, charging €15 to train for the first time, no instructions, just a vague description behind the counter where which training areas are. Great selection of equipment but absolutely exorbitant price for 1.5 hours of training 15€ day ticket... Other studios charge that much for the whole month... unfortunately not recommended, friendlier demeanor and less trash in the counter area and reasonable prices for a day ticket again.

Cheap and cheerful. Not a fancy place, but who cares? Not me. It has good equipment and some decent courses you can take part in. Staff are friendly, and so are the clients. Some of the equipment is a bit on the old side, but it functions perfectly.

Construction site is there!

They were not willing to make refund due to Covid. And I could take it only after complaining to EU Consumer Rights.

Per: You never have to wait long until a device is available. It's never crowded. The atmosphere is very pleasant. Very family-like. The employees I have encountered so far are all very friendly. If you raise a problem, they will fix it or quickly try to find a solution. Cons: The floors are showing their age (could be replaced) Showers aren't that good either. There could be more equipment for special exercises. But everything is the responsibility of the boss and not the employees (which is why I don't understand why everyone complains about the staff)

I feel very comfortable here. Recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy family studio. Nice audience and good equipment. The trainee Sarah always ensures a good atmosphere :)

This is the most disgusting gym and I didn't work out because I'm not from Germany. I come from svergie unpleasant staff hope that no one wants to train here

Due to a misunderstanding I left a bad review here. However, the employees were extremely helpful in clarifying things. Apparently the studio even refunded the contributions during the lockdown without being asked. Customers are treated very fairly here. Please excuse the inconvenience caused by my mistake. I've been a member here for 7 months and am absolutely satisfied. I get a new training plan from trainer Daniel every two months and I always go to the sauna after training. The price is ok for the offer. Definitely recommendable.
