Lovely experience ever- ever and forever!!! .WonderWaffel is situated in the lovely walks of Berlin.It offers amazing range of waffles, shakes, coffee and soft drinks.Its my first experience and it was very great.It offers varied range of waffles like Black & White waffle, Peanut butter Snickers special waffle, Protein wonder waffle, 90s waffle, Vanilla sky waffle, Tropical waffle and a lot more.The staff is very polite and service is very quick.

Very kind staffs, they pay attention to the customer wishes. But The taste pf Waffel and the quality of fruits was not satisfying for me. Although it looks perfect but not so tasty, tried it twice and compare it to others

Las Waffel muy buenas de sabor y la presentación muy bonita el precio a partir de 6€, la atención regular el personal no fue nada agradable y a los clientes que pidieron después de nosotros eren unos menores los atendió con arrogancia y menos precio, hay que cuidar al cliente por muy poca edad que tenga hay que ir al trabajo con ganas de servir al cliente por eso este sector se llama servicio.

Really good waffle and a decent price. The toppings selections are quite extensive but be prepared for sugar overload. Try splitting the waffle between two people rather then going all in yourself. Remember it is cash only though.

Food is good and delicious but waiting time is horrible. There are 4 people “working” while only one is actually preparing waflles and the other 3 are just staying, talking and doing nothing.

The waffles are OK but putting 4 useless people behind a tiny bar isn't. Unprofessional service, looks like they really don't know what they are doing.

Leider nicht mehr das was es mal war. Früher wurde sich noch Zeit genommen, um die Waffel schön zu servieren. Heute bekommt man diese 7€ Klassik-Waffel nur noch in einer to-go Verpackung. Mein Bruder wollte unbedingt die Jindaoui Bowl probieren, er war enttäuscht. Der Hype ist’s nicht wert, schon gar nicht für den Preis. Schokolöffel, der nicht aus Schokolade ist, kostet 1€ extra. Ein Mitarbeiter war dort und hat die Leute bedient, demnach dauerte es ziemlich lang.

Ich war in Mall of Berlin und habe mir eine leckere Waffel bestellt. Der Service war sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Waffel hat leider etwas länger gedauert, dafür wurde ich mit einer Kugel Eis entschädigt. Einen Stern habe ich abgezogen, da leider keine Kartenzahlung möglich war. Wer etwas Zeit hat und gerne eine leckere Kalorienbombe zu sich nehmen möchte, würde ich Wonderwaffels empfehlen.

When we arrived the line was long. Should have turned around. A group in front of us were waiting for shakes and it took forever. Three people "serving" customers. Two at a time disappeared in the back and came back with nothing. The third started cleaning while the line grew. Our juice was forgotten and we had to remind the staff. It tasted bad. STAY AWAY.

The waffels are delicious but the worst workers ever , i have to wait 1 hour for 2 waffels because they keep working inside, trying to take less order to stay onphone . I advice the manager to take a hand on this.

We had extremly unpleasant experience today. We asked lady to "wait for a second" so we can decide which waffle to choose and instead of trying to help us (since we were here for the first time), the lady just disappeared without saying anything which was very rude. After waiting for couple of minutes for lady to show up we decided to leave the store and visit another. I strongly suggest the owner to think about changing the person who works there and therefore avoid other people to be disappointed like we were today.

We are visiting Wonder Waffle monthly ND so far so good.

Ich habe vieles über Wonder Waffel in den Sozialen Medien gesehen und dachte mir ich besuche mal den Store im Mall of Berlin. Ich wurde herzlich vom Filialleiter empfangen und mir wurde das Konzept verständlich erklärt. Ich war super zufrieden. Die Waffel selbst war unglaublich lecker und schön anzusehen. Das Auge ist bekannterweise mit! Auch nach dem essen wurde ich nochmal gefragt, ob es mir geschmeckt hat. Auch der Kaffee war sehr lecker und sogar mit einem schönem Herzen. Also meiner Meinung ein MUSS für jede Naschkatze. Geeignet für Freunde, Familie und Pärchen. Mein erstes mal wird nicht das letzte mal! Einfach super!

Sehr gutes und professionelles Personal. Der Laden und die Theke sind sehr sauber und schön dekoriert. Die Waffel selbst war sehr lecker und warm. War das erste mal dort und meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Der Manager war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Habe mich wie ein Gast gefühlt und so wurde ich bedient. Komme auf jeden fall wieder !
