Ich hätte nie gedacht das ikea so schlecht im service sein könnte!!! Ich habe ein Kleiderschrank gekauft und habe auch die lieferung dafür gezahlt! Wie sie auf dem foto sehen ein ofizieller parkplatz und der weisse sprinter von Ikea RHENUS ! ich habe meine ware nicht erhalten begründung vom Spediteur KEIN PARKPLATZ:) auch mehrere andere möglichkeiten wie ausfahrte und elektroauto parkplätze wurden nicht angenommen !!! Stadtdessen stand der sprinter auf der 2ten spur und diskutierte lieber rum!!!! Ich habe ein neuen termin per telefon bekommen was am ende 3 mal hin und her verschoben wurde was wieder so komisch und unseriös rüber kam und Nach dem ich noch die googlebewertungen von Rhenus hoppegarten gelesen habe wollte ich lieber die sache vor ort klären . Ich wollte die bestellung stornieren und ein privates möbeltaxi vor ikea beauftragen!!! Ikea spandau weigerte sich die lieferkosten in höhe von 145 euro zurück zu erstatten !! könne man wohl nicht stornieren da es nicht von den sondern zentrallager geliefert wird… Ich habe die ware von ikea spandau gekauft und vor ort BAR bezahlt ! Und ich habe wie abgemacht meine ware nicht erhalten und auch mein geld die ich gezahlt habe nicht erhalten …ikea spandau wollte mir nur ein teil meiner zahlung zurückerstatten und das nur per bank überweisung worauf ich noch paar tage warten soll…obwohl mein bezahl methode bar vor ort war!!!hierzu steht direkt im online dieses: Die Rückerstattung erfolgt in der Bezahlform, die zum Kauf des Produkts verwendet wurde. Auch das wird nicht eingehalten!!! (Siehe foto) Ich habe jetzt ein neuen liefertermin bekommen und kann mir nicht vorstellen das die problemlos liefern werden!!! Sollte es erneut nicht zu lieferung kommen habe ich ein schaden von : lieferkosten :145 euro Monteur :250 euro Ergebniss keine ware und entstandene kosten! Zusätzlich soviel stress hin und her rennerei und telefonat !! Vor ort in spandau gabs auch nur ein kundenservice schalter wo die dame sehr im druck war und eilig hatte …ich kam nicht zu erzählen was vorgefallen war es intressierte die dame auch nicht …sie wollte einfach nur schnell und eilig die ordernummer haben und direkt auf ergebnisse kommen… Ich bin extra zu ikea hingefahren und wollte einfach nur das problem klären! Ich wurde vor ort von der dame am schalter klein gemacht …mit argumenten wie achh schön das sie mein job übernehmen wollen …wollen sie mein stuhl übernehmen usw .. ich dachte mir einfach nur häääääää was ist jetzt los????? trotz allem blieb ich höfflich und nett weil ich einfach nur mein problem lösen wollte!!! Ich hoffe jetzt nur das ich meine ware diesesmal wie abgemacht und bezahlt Kriege…und hoffe auch auf vollständige und schadenfreie lieferung !!! ALSO IKEA LIEFERUNG NIE WIEDER!!! Vor der tür die privaten möbeltaxis wollen für 600 kg kleiderschrank nur 70 euro !!!! Nächstesmal buche ich lieber die und die kriegen noch ordentlich trinkgeld dazu !!!!

Eine Kasse für Barzahler ,und eine riesige Schlange mußte 25 Minuten anstehen für ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Die Kassiererin nicht gerade freundlich , kann ich verstehen bei dem Andrang. 3 SB Kassen offen aber kaum genutzt, geht garnicht auf keinen Fall nochmal zahle ich lieber woanders ein bißchen mehr. Parkhaus war ziemlich leer möchte nicht wissen was an den Kassen los ist bei mehr Kundschaft. Einfach Leuten SB Kassen hinzustellen ist wohl nicht der richtige Weg auf nimmerwiedersehen.

Great service, nothing to complain about. Good place for your house/apartment renovation. You can go everywhere freely, no one will judge you. Everything has a high quality, looks reaally cute and lovely. You can meet many new families and people looking for anything for their kitchen, bathroom and/or bedroom. I would see myself coming back to this place again in the future.

At IKEA, you will find all whatever you want to make your home more beautiful, I was able to plan the interior design of my kitchen and now I am happy to share that I have my dream kitchen. I was also able to buy furniture for my dinning room, living room, balcony, and for my bedroom, bought electronics like light bulbs, flat iron, TV, sockets, cooking stove, untencils for my kitchen like plates, glasses, cups, dishes and many more. Update from autumn 2023: A lot of „Shop and go“ terminals were closed. Thats caused a huge lines. Not clear what was the reason to provide self cashes but keep most of them closed. Good store for home staff. It is clean and has a lot of light, well organized. There is everything you need to visit store with kids. They wont be bored there. Also there is a spacious bistro at second floor.

It really has an attractive and delicious taste at a great price! How can you not go to IKEA and have a hot dog?!😋

Not ideal if you know exactly what you want as you have to go round most of store and there are very few short cuts. However if you are looking for ideas for individual rooms or whole flats IKEA has great ideas. The restaurant is reasonably priced and has a corner for the kids.

Pricing looks relatively cheap , but the portions are not filling as well. Best deals are the hotdogs with coke downstairs.

Always go to shop for all the person who are newly moved to city, home or etc. I am always wondered and surprised about the cost of all the products here, the price is always reasonable and affordable. I would say that more than 70% of my apartment is furnished from IKEA. 🍾🎉

Great service. We went to check out sofa bed. The model we were looking for was not there. We finally selected another one. They charged 40-50 for delivery and we booked task rabbit to assemble the furniture. The delivery was prompt and they brought it to our apartment. ( We don't have elevator) . Overall great experience. The service personnel helped us sort out the right material for the headrest that was matching with the sofa as well.

Gegen 11:30 Uhr war nur noch eine Kasse geöffnet. Wir standen lange in der Schlange. Die IKEA-Manager hier sollten es besser machen und mehr Kontrolle und Kontrolle durchführen. In diesem Laden stimmt etwas nicht.

Sehr schönes Restaurant mit einigen veganen Optionen, sogar Nachspeisen und Kuchen! Die Nachfüllstationen für Getränke und Kaffee sind natürlich super. Im Dessert war ein Rest von der Verpackung, was aber sofort problemlos ersetzt wurde. Einkaufen und schauen macht Freude und das Personal ist immer hilfsbereit. Ein Besuch lohnt sich immer!

Typical IKEA store. Overall good experience, in terms of the furniture, though I felt there was not enough variety when it came to the beds, very little to none of them had drawers, which is a model I am used to seeing in my home country. Additionally the food menu was not very interesting, specially the pasta. Some red sauced pasta variety would be more preferrable. Overall not a bad experience

Ruhiger und dementsprechend entspannter als in Tempelhof. Leider sind die Kassen eine Katastrophe. Kaum noch normale Kassen und ständig viel zu wenige geöffnet. Restaurant war auch schon mal besser.

Wir waren zur Planung unserer Küche vor Ort. Von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute haben wir uns bei Herrn Spitzbart (der Name ist Programm) bestens betreut gefühlt. Mehr solcher kompetenten Mitarbeiter wünscht man sich in allen Abteilungen. Danke dafür Hier werden Kundenwünsche erfüllt, gerne weiter so. 👍

This place is huge and has literally everything on could ask for! With their in-app feature it’s easy to locate a particular item in the store. The staff there is well trained and will definitely assist you with your queries and most of them do speak English along with German!

Great collection of furniture and house accessories. Friendly staff. Bus stop is exactly outside the area 2 minutes walk. For heavy and bulky items you have to pay first and then wait in the lobby, they will collect those items for you and you get everything at once in the trolley. Cafeteria is on 2nd floor, well maintained and good quality food. Another food counter is on the ground floor, next to billing counters. Veg hot dog is surprisingly tasty and only for 1 EUR!

I like this place because it is near my house. It's nice to enjoy the outdoor playground and rest area. It's easy to shop because it's not crowded. There was American food in IKEA based Korea, but it is not here. It was good to taste Swedish food. But IKEA’s bedding is disappointing. It is convenient to have an unmanned checkout system. I want to come again when I have time.

Leider Licht und Schatten. Die Mitarbeiter am Infostand im Ikea Markt waren super nett, hilfsbereit und haben mit beim Zusammenstellen meiner Liste an Möbeln geholfen. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Kasse dagegen war sagen sichtlich überfordert und unfreundlich. Ich wollte 3 Gutscheine einlösen, dazu hatte ich Sie gebeten, die Gutscheinnummer bitte einzugeben. Diese ist natürlich ziemlich lang aber trotzdem kann ich doch erwarten, dass das einer Kassiererin nicht zu viel ist, nur weil einige Kunden dadurch warten könnten. Ich solle die Gutscheine lieber nächstes Mal einlösen. Mal sehen ob es das nächste Mal funktioniert...

Extremely irresponsible staff in the kitchen planning. We bought our kitchen, it was damaged in the installation (IKEA partner), we called to confirm that we would get a new part and that it would be fixed, IKEA staff confirmed that we would get a new part in up to 6 weeks, ok, we waited 6 weeks and nothing happened! Nothing, no email, call, nothing, we called again and found out that the parts weren't ordered! They didn't order the new parts, simply ignored our issue, lied to us. Result now, we do have an order number but we will need to wait more 6 weeks to have it fixed, 3 months waiting for something that was already paid, that we did wait a long time to have it installed, that was damage by an IKEA partner that was contracted when we bought the kitchen. It's easy to say to the customer to wait when everything was already paid, that we can't do anything about it. My wife will have our babies almost before the kitchen is finished, let's not talk about the wall paint that IKEA won't pay because they couldn't finish the splash panel because of the damage but, believe it or not WE HAVE TO USE THE KITCHEN everyday.

Don't like the logistics part: either you order stuff and have to pick it up in a very tight slot (1 hour) or you just go there and hope your items are not sold out. Also it's quite difficult to do your shopping for one specific item fast,because there aren't too many short cuts.

Difficult to park, difficult to get out. Areas are small and crammed, feels claustrophobic especially with a lot of people in. Prices have gone up, it is not so cheap anymore and quality has gone down. They also lie in the labels: wanted to buy a new mattress as the previous ones are old (also from IKEA). Those have been discontinued so had to go in and try some new mattresses. I couldn't find any suitable ones, since all the "fest" ones were too soft. We got one for the husband that was supposed to be the exact same size as the old one. At home, we rolled it out, waited for 30ish hours before we placed it on the IKEA bedframe, next to the old IKEA mattress. However, the new one was significantly smaller, only the length was as expected, but we had a huge gap between the mattresses and the old one was significantly taller than the new one. Again, on paper they were supposed to be the same. Also, the new one looked really cheap compared to the old one. Less fabric at the handles, much lighter, as well (it cost 250€+ so wasn't a super cheap one). Husband took it back immediately. Waited for 40 minutes at customer service (no, it was not busy, simply there was no one there). First, they didn't want to take it back at all. Then, when they measured it, they acknowledged that indeed the sizing was false and wanted to offer a voucher. Husband had to really firmly tell them that we are not buying anything from IKEA ever again, there is nothing we want from here, so we don't want the voucher. They gave the money back. When we looked online afterwards, we saw in the reviews that sizing was a constant issue and yet they acted with complete ignorance. So read the reviews! Eating area is horrible, dirty. Food is nothing like it was before. Hotdog bun was very dry, really unenjoyable. Any staff we interacted with was clearly bothered. Previously, we had a similar bad experience with the one at Tempelhof and then the phone customer service being super rude on a number of occasions. Never experienced anything like this in other countries before, so it makes me think it's IKEA Germany only. Thankfully, there are good alternatives to IKEA nowadays (cheaper yet quality stuff and more imaginative), so never coming back here or any IKEA stores ever again.

This is an interesting Ikea, you'll probably get what you're looking for and you can have a nice meal on the way but what makes it interesting is that it was built many years ago before the current model of Ikea standardization. Thus it's a little different in layout from most other Ikeas but that doesn't lead to much confusion, everything's well labeled and all. Standard Ikea apart from the layout.

I love this IKEA. It is really full on Saturdays and fridays but it's still fun and you see a lot!! If you're lucky they even cook in one of the kitchens and serve free food. Definitely recommend even if you're just there to look at all the rooms they are showing.
