DISRESPECTFUL
I
was
in
the
emergency
room
at
12:30
today
with
a
fever,
throat
and
earache.
After
I
was
asked
in
at
the
registration,
a
very
corpulent
and
impolite
employee
asked
me
in
an
outrageous
tone
"and
what
do
you
have?"
After
I
described
my
complaints,
I
was
immediately
referred
to
another
hospital
because
there
was
no
ENT
department
and
they
didn't
have
the
necessary
means
to
look
into
my
mouth
and
ears.
Because
of
my
comment
it
could
also
be
Corona,
I
received
the
answer
"oh
yes,
of
course
now
everyone
has
Corona
at
once"
A
doctor
standing
next
to
him
then
found
nice
words
like
"you
may
have
a
bit
of
a
sore
throat
and
ear
and
a
fever,
but
otherwise
you
are
fine"
I
was
so
horrified
and
stunned
that
two
other
employees
on
duty
got
involved
and
all
downright
scolded
me
for
leaving
the
hospital.
After
I
said
that
in
an
emergency
room
it
borders
on
failure
to
provide
assistance,
the
corpulent
employee
turned
around
and
said
"Oh,
you
can't
do
anything
to
me"
Those
were
just
some
of
the
most
disrespectful
answers
I
have
ever
heard,
and
they
were
in
an
emergency
room
that
I
would
not
have
visited
if
family
doctors
had
still
been
open
today
on
New
Year's
Eve.
I
work
for
a
general
practitioner
myself
and
to
say
to
myself
in
a
"general
hospital"
that
they
didn't
have
the
means
to
look
into
my
throat
and
ears
leaves
me
with
great
doubts
about
the
emergency
room
of
this
hospital.
I
have
now
gone
home
sick.

RESPEKTLOS
Ich
war
heute
um
12:30
Uhr
in
der
Notaufnahme
wegen
Fieber,
Hals-und
Ohrenschmerzen.
Nachdem
ich
an
der
Anmeldung
reingebeten
wurde,
fragte
mich
eine
sehr
korpulente
und
unhöfliche
Mitarbeiterin
in
unverschämten
Ton
„und
was
haben
sie?“
Nachdem
ich
meine
Beschwerden
schilderte
wurde
ich
sofort
auf
ein
anderes
Krankenhaus
verwiesen,
weil
es
hier
keine
HNO
Abteilung
gebe
und
man
nicht
die
Nötigen
Mittel
hätte
mir
in
Mund
und
Ohren
zu
schauen.
Durch
meine
Anmerkung
es
könne
sich
ja
auch
um
Corona
handeln
erhielt
ich
die
Antwort
„oh
ja
na
klar
jetzt
hat
ja
jeder
auf
einmal
Corona“
Ein
neben
Stehender
Arzt
fand
dann
noch
nette
Worte
wie
„
sie
haben
vielleicht
ein
bisschen
Hals-
und
Ohrenschmerzen
und
Fieber
aber
ansonsten
geht
es
Ihnen
ja
gut“
Ich
war
so
entsetzt
und
fassungslos
da
mischten
sich
noch
zwei
weitere
Diensthabende
Mitarbeiterinnen
ein
und
schimpften
alle
regelrecht
auf
mich
ein
ich
solle
das
Krankenhaus
verlassen.
Nachdem
ich
meinte
das
das
in
einer
Notaufnahme
ja
schon
an
unterlassene
Hilfeleistung
grenzt,
drehte
sich
die
korpulente
Mitarbeiterin
dann
um
und
meine
„
ach
sie
können
mir
ganichts“
Das
waren
nur
einige
der
für
mich
respektlosesten
Antworten
die
ich
je
gehört
habe
und
das
in
einer
Notaufnahme,
die
ich
ja
nicht
besucht
hätte,
wenn
heute
an
Silvester
noch
Hausärzte
offen
gehabt
hätten.
Ich
arbeite
selber
bei
einem
Allgemeinmediziner
und
mir
in
einem
„Allgemein
Krankenhaus“
zu
sagen
man
hätte
nicht
die
Mittel
mir
in
Hals
und
Ohren
zu
gucken
lassen
mich
an
der
Notaufnahme
dieses
Krankenhauses
doch
sehr
Zweifel.
Bin
nun
krank
wieder
nachhause
gegangen.
