Dann habe ich es bei der Hausärztin versucht und nochmal eine Chance gegeben. Ein paar Mal war ich da. Das letzte Mal ging es mir so schlecht, dass ich den Termin 18 Stunden vorher absagen musste. Der Termin wurde übrigens wieder neu vergeben, ich habe das überprüft. Die nächste Terminbuchung wurde dann storniert und ich bekam eine Nachricht, dass ich 2 Wochen gesperrt bin, weil ich den Termin zu kurzfristig abgesagt hätte, obwoh der Termin neu vergeben wurde. "Zu kurzfristig" bedeutet bei denen innerhalb von 48 Stunden. Absolut lächerlich! Ich hatte den Grund auch bei der Absage angegeben. Die Patienten scheinen hier wirklich völlig egal zu sein. Ich werde hier definitiv nie wieder hingehen. Da geht es mir schon extrem schlecht und dann wird man auch noch so behandelt!

Ich habe hier die „schlechtesten MRT Bilder Berlins bekommen“ laut meiner Hausärztin. Das selbe sagten mir die zwei Orthopäden bei denen ich im Anschluss war. Danke dafür! Jetzt weiß ich warum es hier so schnell Termine gibt, der laden ist unter Ärzten bekannt dafür das die Bilder sehr schlecht sind. Die Abstände zwischen den Bildern sind zu groß, was eine beurteilung schwer macht. PS: Falls das das Ärzte Team oder ein zuständiger liest, gerne rege ich mich nochmals Telefonisch drüber auf, ach ja die Krankenkasse werde ich noch informieren. Due to the high call volume, it did take a while to reach them but once the call was connected, the lady was super helpful and patiently helped out with an appointment for me as well as my wife. When we were there for the appointment, they had clearly marked the registration desk, the waiting areas and a special second appointment desk. This made the whole process a breeze with no long waiting times. Highly recommended place!

So I had to at least get my anger off my chest! I will definitely never book an appointment here again!

Unfortunately, some of the MRI machines are so old that the results cannot be read by other doctors. I was also given an incorrect diagnosis. It's quick to make an appointment, but next time I'd rather wait longer to get high-quality images and a correct diagnosis.

I had an appointment today, and Herr Folts was really not paying attention to me at all and at the end he just made me do some 3D xrays for a minor complaint that I had and said I need to pay for that since my insurance doesn't cover it. I made an appointment with Herr Folts through Doctolib app however I was mostly checked by his Assistant(or nurse) which was paying more attention to me than him. She asked me all the questions while Herr Folts was in the other room actually checking another patient at the same time as me. At the end he came in and asked me to talk again about my complaints and I started talking he did a minor check and said that I need to do some x rays of my hips one of which I need to pay extra for. This experience made me feel like I am just a object which brings money to this clinic directly. I had to take my time from work to this appointment, and yet I was being ignored by the doctor regarding my neck-pain. Additionally my visit was obviously pajd by my insurance so I am paying the doctor to examine and listen to me. This was simply easy money for him. Later that day I called the clinic and cancelled my appointment for the x rays, because I am not giving a single cent more to this clinic. I honestly wish I had checked the reviews here before as I see that overall this clinic has bad reviews.

I absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews!!! I went there for an MRI and have to say that I was very impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the nurses. Big compliments to you...keep it up. I was on time for the scheduled appointment, but there are certainly emergencies that take priority and that should be taken into account. Radiology can be easily reached by elevator or stairs and is easy to find. In this sense, I can only recommend MEDICOLEO.

How can you schedule appointments so closely that patients have to wait for over an hour or even longer despite showing up on time for the appointment? There can't be so many emergencies that the waiting time is pushed back so much, it's not a hospital after all 😂 And I was far from the only one who had to wait that long, because there were people waiting with me who had already were there before me. They're probably still sitting there waiting...the main thing is that the money flows...Just embarrassing for such a big practice

Waited an hour despite an appointment. The MRI was stopped after 5 minutes. I would have moved. If it had been true (it wasn't, I had repeated successful MRIs), a repeat would have been fair. Instead it was said that a woman would be waiting "naked". How can that be if an examination lasts 15 minutes and you stop after 5 minutes? After 3 weeks of waiting for an appointment and an hour waiting time on site? With shoulder pain... Sorry, but that was just dishonest and disrespectful. And what was the real reason for the demolition...? Never again!

I was supposed to discuss the lab results with the doctor on Friday and had an appointment at 8. I got there and was told there was no appointment. I asked if the results weren't there and the receptionist just brushed me off and didn't want to help me at all. After a discussion, I was allowed to come back at 11:20 only to find out that the results really weren't there. The woman at reception could have simply told me in the morning! However, the doctor is nice, so 2 stars

Want to pay 125 EUR fine? I would not recommend this place as obviously people is the last thing Medicoleo is thinking about. apparently the only income of this company is from people who missed their appointment. I had to pay 125 EUR because I once missed mine (only once) due to a 3 month baby at home (unfortunately such things happen). At my previous appointment I was on time, as I usually am. Oh, and yes, they cancel appointments that were booked months before, 2 days before the date without any particular reason. Because they can.

I came for an MRI of the meniscus in my knee. I quickly got an appointment and didn't have to wait for long. Unfortunately, the pictures of my knee were too blurry to be used by my orthopedic...it baffled me that something like this can even happen. You had one job!

43 Minuten in der Warteschleife gewesen, davon 15 Minuten auf Platz eins, also niemand mehr vor mir. Dann wurde einfach aufgelegt?!?!?! Musste dann für eine Kleinigkeit in die Praxis fahren. Auf Anfrage warum aufgelegt wurde, wurde nur gesagt "weiß ich nicht" und "ist schlecht uns anzurufen, wir sind schlecht zu erreichen". Ja glaub ich sofort, dass die Praxis schwer zu erreichen ist, wenn man einfach Patienten wegdrückt.

Enttäuschende Erfahrung am 11.09.2024 - nicht empfehlenswert Ich war am 11.09.2024 sehr enttäuscht von meinem Besuch in dieser Praxis. Trotz meiner Krankheit erwartete ich eine freundliche und empathische Behandlung. Besonders die Mitarbeiterin, die um 18:45 Uhr anwesend war, war extrem unhöflich und wirkte sehr gereizt. Solch ein Verhalten gegenüber Patienten, die bereits in einer schwierigen Lage sind, ist inakzeptabel. Aufgrund dieser schlechten Erfahrung kann ich diese Praxis leider nicht weiterempfehlen

Unhöfliches und respektloses Verhalten der Mitarbeiter Leider habe ich in dieser Praxis sehr negative Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren mir gegenüber äußerst unhöflich und respektlos. Ich fühlte mich nicht nur schlecht behandelt, sondern hatte auch den Eindruck, dass einige Äußerungen und Verhaltensweisen rassistisch motiviert waren. Als Patient erwarte ich einen respektvollen Umgang, der hier definitiv gefehlt hat. Ich würde diese Praxis aufgrund des schlechten Kundenservice und der unangemessenen Behandlung nicht weiterempfehlen.

My MRI was on time, staff pleasant enough. Quick in and out. No unpleasant surprises. Practice looks clean and modern. Very conveniently located (just opposite the station). Would recommend it.

Ich muss manchen Rezensionen hier wieder sprechen, ich hatte eine Lendenwirbelsäule MRT, und kämpfe mit Platzangst. Ich hatte das Glück auf Frau Romo zu treffen, die mich schon mit einem Lächeln Empfang und mir Mut zu redete. So hab ich mich gleich wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Ich wünsche jedem so eine Nette Mitarbeiterin . Von mir aufjeden Fall 5 Sterne.

Ich kann leider nichts Gutes über den Besuch sagen. Ich war 5 Minuten bei der Ärztin, die ohne einen Blick auf meine Bewegung zu werfen nur sagte, „da könne man nichts machen“. Auch auf Rückfragen winkte sie nur ab und gab mir nicht annähernd das Gefühl meine seit drei Tagen andauernden Schmerzen ernst zu nehmen. Leider eine absolute Zeitverschwendung und große Respektlosigkeit. Ich werde definitiv nicht wieder kommen.

Naja wa soll man neben den anderen Bewertungen auch noch sagen. Ich bin wegen Schmerzen in der leiste hin und mit einem MRT der lws wieder raus ob man dort sehen kann was in meiner leiste los ist wage ich zu bezweifeln oder gar mit meinem oberschenkelmuskel. Mein Fazit ich gehe zum auswerte Termin schnappe meine Parteienakte und gehe zu einem anderen Arzt. Ich würde nicht einmal abgetastet bzw. Würde auch kein Ultraschall gemacht. Ob I h jetzt einen Leistenbruch, muskelfaserriss oder gar eine Zyste am Eierstöcke habe steht in den Sternen.

Unfassbar inkompetente Ärztin (Frau Zarkovic). Ich frage mich, wie sie überhaupt das Medizinstudium geschafft hat. Auch die Rezeption ist unkoordiniert, unhöflich und unwissend. Die ganze Praxis ist nicht zu empfehlen!! 1 Stern, da man keine 0 Sterne geben kann...

Ich habe eigentlich bei der 1 Bewertung 5 Sterne gegeben, das muss ich leider korrigieren. Schneller Service ist halt nicht alles. Es hat sich jetzt herausgestellt das die Fotos vom MRT am Knie leider unscharf sind.
