Pleasant shopping and very friendly staff. I get everything I need for my dog ​​here, especially special food - all at fair prices. Well-stocked product range and the store is clean. My four-legged friend also likes to come with me... That's good!

Unfortunately it's not as nice anymore and I'm sure that there were still fish last year, but the one employee insisted that there weren't any all last year and to this day there are no animals, not even birds or hamsters. I will change my rating as soon as things get better

I had a really bad experience with the staff here because they didn't want to let me in at 7:55 p.m. because I was already late. But they would probably like to make an exception if I hurry. I got to the checkout before 7:57 p.m. and my colleague didn't want to let me pay with EC anymore because everything had already been put away. Strangely enough, everything was still working for her colleague... Well, it even said on the receipt that I had to 19:56 would have paid so that's service...

Great let supply store with friendly staff. It had a larger selection than the location inside of Karstadt in Müllerstraße. They have a large selection of Royal Canin, which is the brand we use. They also have a large assortment of leashes, LED collars, jackets, beds, etc.

My go-to place to buy stuff for my pets. It was like that when I still had my dog an it's the same now for my pet rats and fish. Big range, well sorted, sensible prices. Absolutely recommended.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. They know their products and I take advantage of the scale in store to keep up with the dog's weight. Will be back in a couple of weeks!
