Very rude door men. Speaking rudely to clients. Sack the door guy with dreadlocks. Learn how to respect and value the clients you have. Disappointed with the door men. The manager should be aware of how those guys don’t do their work well

We are brown skin and were stopped at the entry saying it's a private party club and we should go to a bar instead. We were denied entry. Racism at its best. Worst experience in Berlin.

Great music! Most of the time genres like dance hall and afro beat and similar. Relaxed atmosphere. Many times free entrance for ladies. No demands on dresscode (unless specially written for the events). Highly recommend it, for everyone!

Giving surprise night club a two star rating based on efforts put in place to develop such an elaborate business. All things being equal it also has a good mix of music and people inside. However, it has got some of the worst service you would ever see in this Germany. They treat customers especially if you are not a regular with complete disregard. Maybe it is because of the lack of competition. They Have no sense of protocol especially their security and in some sense unapologetic about their attitudes towards this issues. It’s a shame such a business still even attracts people. Would I recommend it to a friend ? To a like minded observer « Hell no » good music might not make up for the bad service.

Best place to go any weekend-- songs are all the bangers, good lights and sound, and welcoming crowd. Free for ladies on Fridays Dress nicely but they don't usually turn anyone away.

Very nice place to be. Was here in 2020, it is a very good place; good service, nice people and interesting dance areas. Nice music, R&B, Afro-beats.

We spent more time waiting in line for the warderobe than actually clubbing, the music was uninspiring and there was condensation dripping from everywhere.

Absolutely horrendous!!!! Terrible vibe, terrible music terrible people and staff!! I had an unused £10 coupon for drinks but when I tried to get a drink I was waiting for 25 minutes with only ONE bar tender serving!! Appalled at the waiting time I went back up to the top to get a refund, after refusing a refund I am begged to stay… clearly they have some funding or number of guest issues… I can still smell the desperation! Do not go you will waste your time !

Good drinks.I had fun with good Djs and felt safe at the same time. Would highly recommend.

I will like to visit Surprise Club & Disco Berlin again. I enjoyed Afrobeat, hip hop, dancehall here last weekend. It’s free on Friday.

Wow I love this Surprise Club & Disco Berlin, its so much fun . The DJ is wonderful, I just can't wait to be there again with my friends.

It was great party, Happy people and music 80 -90th. It was a bit of a challenge to squeeze to the bar.

Ratchet a** place! I been to many clubs in Berlin (Afro events) but this one had the real getto vibe. If you looking for the real hood experience then this one is for you. The quality of people inside the club, music, and the whole atmosphere, it’s just trash! Men, Women, everyone looking for trouble, they don’t go there to have fun. Club itself looks nice, pity tho for it and the employees too cause whatever they pay them, it’s not worth it. 1 star for the 10€ coupon which gives free drink at the bar. Cheers!

We are residents in the adjoining Lützowstr. Every Saturday and Sunday morning we are woken from 2 AM until 8 AM by guests of yours creating an unbelievable disturbance in our street. Could you not ask your doorman to please ask the guests to respect the residents when they leave the club (and when they visit again). Many thanks.

The worst club to go to so far…….. too many pic pocketers I lost my bag within 5 minutes of entering. I had travelled 3 hours just to come have fun but disappointed and regretted 10 minutes later. I tried to check with the cashier , bouncers and even service staff no one wanted to help. I lost my keys my documents the money I had on me.

Nice club, good music and good service. I will always like to come here. I will always like to be here.
