I wish there is zero rating. I had bad 👎 experience with them, because i dont speak German some of the staffs don't want to attend to me to know my complaint, I bought furnitures over 1k and some of the screws were missing from what they delivered, when I complained to them they said it will take 3weeks for them to deliver the missing screws. If you don't speak German then go with a translator because the staffs will not listen to you as almost all of them dont understand English. I just regreted going to them for my home furnitures.

Me and my wife wanted to buy a bed and a sofa, we asked for help and the salesperson said that she didn’t speak English. She just ignore us and didn’t try to help, later on she was speaking with two other employees and none helped us. We left the store feeling really uncomfortable specially because we already had selected what we wanted to buy.

Bad experience. I went to buy a wardrobe and there was 1 salesperson to attend to several people waiting, and on top of that, a very rude salesperson. They lost a customer. 🤷‍♂️

A truly impressive assortment of furniture and, miscellaneous household items & appliances. The one major flaw is the dearth of employees in close proximity (given the sheer size of the store that is). Which made it incredibly challenging to ask and answer any questions about the merchandise (-1.4 ⭐).

It a good place to buy different household items under one roof from Furniture to decorations and from door mats to fancy living room carpets. Moreover, the staff is very friendly and they attend you in a good manner.

I offen visit this place,, its near to U-Bahn station. Friendly staff. And it’s near to my house.

It is a very huge store with lots of stuff, actually all stuff needed in the household. They have multiple building of poco, for example, one for 5 things, one for the supermarket, and one for giving the ordered stuff. They also used to have discounts. Staff is really nice and friendly. Poco has 5 all kinds of collections from cheap to expensive one.

It's good for someone who is planning to build a home but not for people who are only about to purchase only some specific things or furnitures.

I went to enquire about a new Kitchen, The staff helped me out in English. The staff was available so i asked if she had time to show me a kitchen layout. She took the information from me and created a very good kitchen design. Even a better design than how Ikea had done for me. the kitchens in Poco are all on display and the staff are aware of where each feature is. that was helpful. I recommend this place and the kitchen planning for sure.

If you return something you dont get your money back, you get a value card limited to poco. Not cool at all

Enough range of house hold stuff for people shifting new

Very unfriendly staff at poco-wedding , specially when you call them , they cancel the phone calls most of the time . Some times i called them to ask for status of my pick up order , they say its not my job to give you status, sometimes they say you order online go ask online , sometimes they say you dont have to call daily to ask the status for your order. Not helpful at all. From this experience , i would prefer to do my business somewhere els.e

A good place to buy some stuff, if you need tools or even parts, you can find them here. If you cannot communicate in German, then you have some problems. Overall if you know other places' prices then it is worth taking a look at this shop.

Just arrived home with a broken glass bowl since the cashier didn’t bother to wrap it in plastic 😡 nor did she pack the rest of the fragile items I bought!! The 3 stars go for the great prices and nice things you can buy here.. And a suggestion : bring in more bohemian and Scandinavian style decoration, pillows , rattan chairs mirrors , wood detail, Skulptures and more
