Not commended! Super *unfriendly* stuff! Canceled my appointment because it was "wrong" and of course could not schedule a new one for me!

I went there on a Tuesday to take an appointment and they were super quick and gave me one for the same week on Thursday. Everything went smoothly. Unfortunately the 3 stars are because the staff is impolite and unfriendly. I don’t speak a good German and I’m aware of that, but I didn’t speak English in any moment. Nevertheless they were bothered by that, even though I spend there maybe 10 minutes in total? And it was clearly because of that, as they were addressing everyone else politely and nicely. If I may say one thing: it makes no difference on the outcome of the appointment wether you try to be a bit nicer. It doesn’t take longer, it doesn’t hurt you. You made me feel stupid and unwelcome and I don’t think that I’d use your services again.

Everything was as good as it could possibly be. I had to wait maybe about 5-10 minutes total (for MRI and X-ray). Very friendly english-speaking staff.

The guy who working at reception were really kind. Sadly, the test(MRI) I had to get wasn't possible. If you using TK termin service, please refer this. Some test is not possible, should check it again.

I called for an appointment and I asked if the person in German would speak English and said no. Then if they have some who can speak English and the person on the phone starts to scream at me because it's Germany you know. Definitely not recommend it.

I arrived on time, waited for 15 minutes in a q and I was told I was late, so I couldn’t do my scan. This is not only unfair but inaccurate. The lady was polite but still send me away without my very important scan. Moral of the story arrive extra early if you don’t want to be send away. If I speak German I would have argued my corner better. Very frustrating.

My experience here was highly stressful. First, the person at the registration desk yelled at me for supposedly standing in the wrong waiting place. They continued to raise their voice and even claimed they were not in business hours, despite explaining that I had an appointment at 7:30 am booked through Doctolib. When they finally checked their booking system, they saw my appointment and realized their mistake. However, they neither apologized nor acted appropriately afterwards. If you want to start your day with undue stress and rude behavior, this is the place to visit.

Very fast and easy process but some of the rudest staff I’ve ever experienced.

Dr. Ulrike Wildnitz is very professional doctor and very nice person! You feel in good hands with her. Great place and great people, highly recommend!

Had an appointment at 9, arrived 9:05, person at the front told me I was 30 min late and that my appointment was at 8:45. That is false, my appointment was at 9. Could they have made me wait and probably find me a spot later? Maybe. Also, I guess not speaking good German doesn’t help with front desk.

Today i came here for the MRT that i had planned weeks in advance. I waited for 30 mins in the line for reception and when i got to the receptionist she told me thst I am late. That the time in apointment that THEY sent me was wrong and the line at THEIR praxis eas too long and as the result they cannot make the MRT. They did not make any effort or cared for the fact thst i have pain, i missed work and ttsvelled across the city. Highly not recommended!

Came here to get an appointment for MRT. The reception lady could be more gentle. She abruptly said that they are not doing this kind of service. I asked her help to find the right place - “Nein!” was the stone cold answer. Thankfully there was also young man receptionist, who helped me to find the right place! I feel like with time customer service in Germany will only improve! #newgeneration
