The gym facility is great, however my review is on management behind emails. It is not flexible toward customer, I signed up for PLUS EINS Express (until end of Nov) in late Sept, then had ankle injury on 18th October which made me an unable to walk properly and perform sports for several months. So ofcourse as an average person recovering from injury and paying medical bills you forget about renewal process of a gym. Hence, I get billed for two months (Dec, January) in am email I recieve in January where I remembered to go online to cancel membership else it would continue. I understand their is a contract, but its sad to see no waiver even after sharing my doctors diagnosis through emails. I haven't been able to step foot into the gym since Oct 18. I know its a business but customer experience either gains you a loyalty of customer or loss forever. I recommend you: 1. to listen to your customer for case to case. 2. improve your online system by sending email reminder of renewal instead of only bills you like to collect. It helps avoid such posts especially when someone is going through physical and mental pain. Thank you for listening.

Price performance and location are suitable but unfortunately there are not enough showers.

Nice gym Location for your daily fitness. The studio is within an older and refurbished industry hall, now its part of a great shopping mall. They have all machines you need for give pain to your muscles. Other very nice thing is the huge restaurant at the same floor, just opposite to the gym. You can have your after-workout-beer overthere and eat fat and delicious. Behind the restaurant you can find a big cinema, sometimes for watching more fitness movies! Enjoy it!

I've been going there regularly for training for a few months now. I feel comfortable and well looked after. The employees are always friendly and helpful. The training has already been successful. I think it's great that there are different contract models and that you can therefore go to training without any sports equipment. It is a type of training where you can achieve a lot with little time if you want.

I have been a member of this gym for the past three years, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. Throughout this time, I have not encountered a single issue. The staff at the reception desk are incredibly friendly, and the overall atmosphere of the gym exudes positivity. Member for over a year. Gym has been freshly renovated in some areas. Super nice staff always happy to help. Some new equipment was added so everyone will find something for themselves. Totally worth the price

The studio is good overall… I still know it from the time of Elexia and from that point of view it has become cheaper (unfortunately) but it has also decreased. The courses are still good, just without spinning. The showers have been reduced from 6 to 4 and are now only lukewarm. One can only use cold water! Only takes 3 showers! It is not hygienic enough in the shower area. All the lamps in the men's sauna were broken, it's just dark!!! The changing room is not always hygienic either. Only 1x ⭐️ is available for the men's toilets. A smell to get rid of. The trainers are very positive and friendly. It's conveniently located for me and there is no alternative in Tegel. Price/performance is just about balanced for me. I hope that the hygienic conditions will improve.

Very clean and pleasant studio in the middle of the Borsighallen shopping center. A wide range of courses and various exercises for abdominal, back and whole body training. The studio offers offers for new members at regular intervals, just keep an eye out.

Update: Unfortunately, the women's sauna in SuperFit Tegel continues to be weak, especially compared to the mix sauna in SuperFit Mitte and the women's sauna in SuperFit Europa Center. I take a sauna every day, on the top step: in SuperFit Mitte I'm already sweating a lot after just 10 minutes. At SuperFit Tegel I only sweat for at least 15 minutes and therefore usually stay inside for 20 minutes. Not surprisingly, the sauna is often full because people sit longer. The temperature control may be the same in all studios, but the size of the sauna, number of heaters in the sauna, etc. certainly also play a role. Please make it hotter!!! - Best price-performance ratio in Berlin! Fun & really effective LesMills courses (the room lighting is great, really motivates. The trainer is also great!). The free weight area has been expanded, but remains rather small. The devices are hardly defective and the atmosphere is super clean. I'm a regular here and use the studio both for training and for taking a sauna. I wish I could give it 5 stars, but compared to other SuperFit studios in Berlin, the women's sauna is unfortunately not quite as hot. Maybe the women's sauna temperature can be increased in the future, then I can give it 5 stars? Best regards!

This gym offers a great workout atmosphere with fair membership pricing. However, the male restroom's hygiene is a letdown due to a persistent bad smell. More frequent cleaning, perhaps hourly, would significantly improve this. Otherwise, a good place to work out.

It’s a good and clean gym. The workers are also very friendly. But my problem in this gym is that all cardio devices are obsolete and it’s always super worm and humid inside the gym. There is no air conditioning or whatsoever.

How you can sign a contract for a year without try the gym ?!

It is always crowded. The Maschines are always taken. Way too many people come here.. the workers are friendly and the showers are good.. but they definitely need more hamstring maschines and not only hands and back equipment.

A clean studio, easily accessible and three hours of parking included. Some devices are only available once. Unfortunately, the audience is z. T. "special", devices remain occupied while chatting or checking the latest emails and friendliness is also rare. But the studio can't do that.

Friendly staff, very clean locker room, complete equipments (at least the ones that I need) ❤️, sauna and the cooling area are just perfect for a quick recovery and relaxation after a long workday, incredible, I love everything about this gym ❤️🍀

Actually nice studio BUT: horrible to walk in. The treadmills urgently need to be replaced. In addition, metal constantly clings to the back of your neck and you wince. Please put the bands at the top, where at least 50% of the devices are always free anyway.

Great gym, there isn't much going on at the times I always go (around 7:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.). The employees there are also very friendly and will help you with any question and give good tips. I also think the devices are modern, always work and are clean.

The Gym is absolutely great! Big with lot things to do in it. Me and my boyfried love to spend time there. But why 4 stars: Because not everyone feels comfortable to be naked in the sauna and it would be great to change that so old lady's don't attack us because not everyone wants to be naked!

Great studio, great trainers and a wide range of courses that also offer many opportunities for working people. Pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. I would also like to positively emphasize the cleanliness, especially in the changing rooms, sanitary facilities and the sauna. I give it five stars 😊.

Today at 9:00 p.m. the sauna was turned off, even though it is open until 10:00 p.m. This is extremely customer-unfriendly and disadvantages those who come after work and are therefore dependent on the evening hours.

2nd Biggest superfit in Berlin (after zoo) No seperated weight training area for women tho.

Superfit Tegel is a nice and clean studio with a nice sauna. The price/performance ratio is great. Small drawback: the women's sauna lacks a bench for comfortable storage. Biggest drawback: the noise from the courses. Hearing damage is included in the course itself, even in the sauna there is still a roar.

Superfit's headquarters/bureaucracy is extremely disgusting and completely against customer satisfaction. No compensation whatsoever for your employee's incorrect actions when selecting a contract on the iPad. I don't blame the employee in any way, it can happen! However, Superfit is 0 accommodating with regards to the €1 New Year's promotion (which was deducted from me for one day instead of a month) and the three-month contract I had actually booked (which I immediately canceled following advice from the employee so that it would not be extended), is absurd! Especially since I had been a loyal customer for more than 10 years and canceled it solely because of my travel activities. THERE IS NO SERVICE! You can also forget to call straight away. The employees in the studio can't do anything and put you off. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE UNTHING and you should have enough sales by now to be able to deal with your customers more satisfactorily. Ps: since I unfortunately can't respond directly to Superfit's comment below, please do so here. I have been communicating with Superfit via email for almost 3 weeks, as after every email I send out I have to wait 5-7 days until I receive a response. At first they said it was my bad luck! Now I should withdraw the contract termination and then something can be done. However, I have not received any details about what kind of goodwill I receive and I have been waiting for a response again for 5 days. Unfortunately, that's really not good customer service.
