Hallo, I recently purchased a motorcycle from Ducati Berlin and was dealt by Mr. Udo Werner. He was very professional, courteous and showed a high expert skills. He was highly customer oriented helpful and i'm highly impressed by him and the company he represents. Buying a motorcycle can be a very confusing experience. but having a consultant like Udo who understands you and can deal with all of the complexitivity aspects of an individual buying his first Ducati was absolutely amazing !! I will certainly recommand Ducati Berlin and specially Mr. Werner.

As a shop they have on display all the current Ducati models and some apparel merchandise. Test drives can be arranged during summer on some of the latest models, they will even put extra effort on trying to communicate in English for the people, like myself, that have not learned German yet (that is not a common trait around here, and it is greatly appreciated) Although I have not used it myself (yet!) the salesman gave me a tour on the garage where they do bodywork modifications. The results look quite impressive.

Unfriendly staff and intransparent terms. The bikes are good, however the terms & conditions for renting them is above market price and there are hidden costs. Therefore be aware, before you rent.

I have not had the chance to review their service as they refuse to correspond to emails. This is after they've instructed me to do so. I've tried in April, May, and then again in June 2019.

Bit disappointed in the bike range they had showing. OK range of ducati apparel. Call first if you're after something specific incase they don't have it

Was on a road trip through Europe when a wheel bearing broke, these guys saved me and my bike and really gave the best service ever!

After a crash with my bike, I need invoice of a jacket I bought few years ago by Ebay at Ducati store Berlin. After discussions by internet, in the same day, I receive the invoice of my jacket for the expertise of my equipements. What a reactivity ! Best regards to these store and her team !! 🙏👌
