    Terrible Customer Service Experience at Höffner I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the customer service, and I must say it was nothing short of appalling. From start to finish, my interactions with the staff left me frustrated and disappointed. Here are the reasons why I would not recommend this furniture shop based on their terrible customer service: Unresponsive and Inattentive Staff: It felt like pulling teeth to get any attention from the staff members. They were either engrossed in their personal conversations or busy with tasks unrelated to customer service. Even when I managed to grab someone's attention, they seemed disinterested and unwilling to assist me properly. Poor Communication: The staff demonstrated a severe lack of communication skills. They failed to keep me informed about the status of my order and any delays that occurred. I had to constantly reach out to them to obtain even the most basic updates, and even then, they were unable to provide a clear timeline. In conclusion, my experience with the customer service was an absolute nightmare. Their lack of knowledge, unresponsiveness, poor communication, negligence, and unprofessional attitude left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I strongly advise against dealing with this furniture shop if you expect even a minimum level of quality customer service. There are undoubtedly better options available in the market that will value and appreciate your business.

    You would be crazy to order anything from this company. I ordered a simple couch from them in April and it is June and they are "still making the couch". From all their advertising, you can never guess that when you order something, you have to pay upfront and then wait for them to make it and deliver it to you over the course of months. This is not like Amazon or Ikea where you can just buy something like a normal person and have it delivered within the week. Update: after checking with them about the June delivery, it was moved to September and I had to cancel

    I bought Sofa and it got delivered with faded colours. I reported immediately and customer service is sucked. They gave me 21 days later date to come and view if I am telling truth. I regret to buy from here. I asked for refund then they started misbehaving. NEVER CHOSE THIS COMPANY. Find attached pics as reference.

    Try to avoid! 20th century rules in EU 2022! For in store purchases returns, they won’t reimburse your money but only offer you a gift card which can be only used in store. The rule makes no sense whatsoever for the customer but only for their turnover. If a customer decides to return and shop at the store he should by his own will, not forced. My reason for returning my purchase was strictly economical. I found the same item at half the price at Home24. Pay attention to their prices as well!

    Probably the purchase I regret the most in my life. - it's just a carpet, what can go wrong, so here you go: Not only were we sold a defective carpet, withheld delivery and asked to pay twice (at a higher price) as part of the exchange service. In Addition I had to go to the store in person a total of 4 times and was still confronted with a payment request for a broken carpet accompanied by senseless discussions with service employees leading to nothing but more drama. Not a single adjustment or even the remotest attempt to clarify the situation in the interests of the customer has been made. I suggest to the Höffner team to carefully analyse their competitors in terms of transparent pricing, product quality & service, there is a long or even the longest way to go for you guys. As i shared this story in my network i received feedback on similar experiences & if you look closely at the other reviews provided online the conclusion is clear:--> Any potential buyer should not even consider to buy anything here. You get better service, prices & quality everywhere but not at Höffner.

    I loved this company so much until I experienced the customer service, and ordering service here. It's really bad.. When you need to ask about your order, you have to wait a long time for an email from Hoeffner staff. As for the order, I ordered a sofa from Hoeffner, I decided to buy it, because the staff advised that the order will arrive in 4 weeks. But after 4 weeks I received an email saying the order will be delayed, and will be delivered in the 14th week 😂😂😂 I was very angry about this, because I had a small birthday party for my son, and the guests didn't have a place to sit when they arrived. on the 14th week still no notification from Hoeffner that the order will be delivered, I contacted, and asked about canceling the order, and I received the answer that if I want to cancel, it will cost 55€, or give them 3 more weeks, if they don't receive the item in 3 weeks they will cancel my order at no cost 😂😂😂 but they won't compensate me because of the delay 😂 this will be The last time I shopped at this company, it was really bad for a shopping experience here!

    I am mad at their worst service. They delivered worst sofa twice and then asked me to charge 25% if need to exchange. It's my worst decision ever to choose this worst so-called brand and service. Please do not comment here to contact you to hide your ugly face and service.

    We ordered several items including furniture for our house from here. These guys are liars. The most horrible and untrustworthy customer service. They will say anything at the time of signing contract for buying furniture. For us they said 2 weeks (available in the warehouse) for a dining table and 5 weeks for a bed. Its been months now. When we called their customer service they say they have no idea where the goods are. No proactive updates or notifications about the orders. On the contrary we had to call them several times to get updates about our orders. Misbehaving and rude customer service staff. No respect for our money and time that we spent their. Definitely not visiting them again or recommend to buy furniture.

    I ordered a kitchen an year back, till date it is not delivered completely. There is no response or compensation from the staff either. They do not value customers at all. Please do not spend your money and cry later. We have paid entire amount already and stuck now.

    Delivery team can just steal/lose your 600 EUR piece and the staff provides no help! We have bought a box spring bed and received in general a very good consulting and short delivery time. By the delivery we have noticed that there is no topper and the delivery guys told us it should definitely be inside. Based on this we have signed the delivery papers. On the assembly it turned out that there was no topper and we directly contacted the customer service (after 2 hours after the delivery) Now it is 2 todays since they “lost” an item worth more than 500 EUR and they can not even confirm it was not delivered. They are just “checking” In general you can order, but be ready to no assistance and frauds of such kind.

    I used 0 finance option to buy all my furniture from Hoffner ( Living room, bedroom, working room, closet and hall). The banked approved my credit request. 1 week before the delivery Hoffner (2 months passed after initial approval of the financing) called and said the bank is now rejecting your financing request. Once we called the bank, we learned that Hoffner identified me as a German citizen (i am not and declared that when I was applying for credit) and Bank declined the request. Hoffner did not accept their fault. Because of this i my schufa scorr is damaged and i don’t have furnature. I have my signed credit contract with the bank and Hoffner!

    This is quite possibly the largest furniture store I have ever been in. It is cool that it has in store restaurants, but they seem to close at 4pm. The child parking / play area is still closed for COVID. They have an underground parking garage.

    Avoid at all costs. I ordered a kitchen with them 9 months ago and it's still not finished. Half the work has been done. I haven't had a working sink for 3 months. Lack of communication from them. No apology as they make it seem like it's my fault for their incompetence.

    What an amazing store. Well set out and presented. It has 3 floors but due to time pressure we only saw the ground floor. Unfortunately we were looking for garden furniture and they didn't have what we wanted but I will return one day.

    pros: parking and huge set of options to choose from. seems a bit higher quality than most of IKEA. cons: strange way to buy things in general. unclear what is for sale directly and what you need to buy from a salesperson. prices are unclear and strange thing about a customer card being required. most staff seems either stressed, rude or just without a clue. hopefully the chair we've ordered arrives on time and in decent condition.

    I really like the physical store. The selection is nice, but the prices are high and a lot of the quality is not much better than Ikea. Most of the staff was helpful, but to buy two items it took me 2 hours and I had to speak with eight staff over 11 interactions. Only buying a car is more complicated. I like that idea of Hoffner and want them to do well, but I have no idea how they actually stay in business. If you find something there that you really like, you're careful about quality, and plan for a multi-hour payment process, you may enjoy your experience. I wish I enjoyed mine.

    Their sofas and couches are really good. Took advantage of black friday and ordered sofa from them found the biggest schalfcouch till now. Everywhere they had the standard size of 140x 200. This was the only place where I found sofa of size 160 x 200 and also it was comfortable. So pretty happy. 1 star less as the delivery takes very long like approximately 4 to 6 weeks.

    Cool place. We went there to browse for a kitchen and book an appointment if we found something nice. We ended up being greeted by a sales employee and doing the appointment on the spot and buying the kitchen. Really awesome experience.

    Wide variety of furniture, with decent quality. A bit more expensive than the likes of Ikea, but overall not that expensive. Assembly men are fast and efficient. I takes time for certain pieces to be delivered, so if you in a hurry, go for Express section, those take around two weeks.

    Very poor availability of items, many items from the web cannot be viewed or picked up in store. Employees very unfriendly once they don’t have the item in store you want, they just turned around and walked away other than offering any help with comparable items. Can‘t see the reason for going to the store if one gets nothing more than on the internet, will just buy online elsewhere

    Super large shopping mall for all home needs, from kitchen to outdoor furniture and dishes, appliances etc. Slightly pricey and a general selection dye to the "we gave it sll" approach vs specialization. Lots of shopping in a generous open space. Worth a look and you may find what you are looking for, no lack of inspiration here
