Certain plugs don't work, the WiFi wasn't working even after connecting on multiple devices and the front door is concerningly sticky- it takes a lot of physical effort to force the lock open from outside and someone is absolutely going to snap that key doing so one day. The lady who gave us the keys was quite rude. Didn't really communicate with us and seemed to be pissed off about being there, set a great tone for the stay. Room door did not lock properly. Location was a reasonable walk to the U Bahn or S Bahn, so not realy that well located either. No shops or anywhere to get dinner or breakast close by.
