One of the largest Uniqlo stores I’ve ever been too. Super friendly staff and you can find a lot of things between the main floor all the way to the third-floor. Massive selection and often have amazing sales. The store is worth checking out. It’s very beautiful, clean, tidy, and well organized. There’s always someone that can help you out.

Design of stairs is causing me a major headache - blinking lights (what a terrible idea). On quality of clothes, I would say they have average design with lower end quality of materials. Not impressed. Much prefer other stores without eye hurting red stairs lights.

Good concept low profile clothing but with poor return policy. Careful: once you detach the label, even just cut the plastic wire, you can no longer return it, only exchange. The staff from this store simply dismissed me by pointing to some fine print on the receipt, and wagging fingers... They are playing Gotcha with the customers. Not worth it. At the end of the day, rather save money for Patagonia or buy equally cheap but better designed from Decathlon.

I love Uniqlo stores, but here are workers, which don’t understand English well, don’t want to help customer and are rude. In addition, they have broken Fitting room on -1 floor and you must go to another floor to try some clothes, it’s very uncomfortable.

Spent an hour picking clothes and when I got to the dresser they told me it was closed, half hour before closure! Also something tiring about the layout of the store. Better shop online

A great selection of clothing with almost all sizes. Staff is mostly friendly and willing to help if you ask. Quality is better than in H&M or Zara with a similar price on some items, and there’re sometimes discounts. Overall, it’s a pretty good store.

It’s impossible to find what you are looking for. Very untidy. You have to wait in a line for a long time and the quality of the clothes has become a lot worse but a lot more expensive! Disappointed

Love UNIQLO, hate the staff/service. They didn‘t give me an option to replace a jacket I bought on sale for a different size one - Had to buy it for the full price again. Overall rude, overworked staff. One staff member looked like he was on drugs. On another occasion I wanted to print a shirt there, with a drawing I made, and AFTER already buying the shirt the employee told me he wasn‘t able to print it since he couldn‘t confirm that I really drew that. It was a shame. I love UNIQLO clothes - unfortunately returning clothes online costs 3€ - otherwise I wouldn‘t even go to these stores. But everytime I do, I wish I didn‘t, which is really sad. Also I want to add to what others said on here: Yes, the stairs are terrible.

Open front glass doors. Your air condition cools the street. Please save energy and close the doors and perhaps rise the indoor temperature a little bit.

Had 2 pairs of pants altered here today, was a wonderful experience thanks to an employee named Susie or Suzy who helped fulfill my order even tho it wasn't her job and even though someone who may have been her boss was harassing her. Great job Suzy, bad job annoying boss.

I want to put 5 stars because they deserve them but, could you please remove those horrible aggressive lights from the stairs?! The one that announced cities in red. They're so aggressive they literally caused me headaches. Apart from that, their heat tech technology is actually better and cheaper than buying merino or angora wool clothes. I've gotten thin sweaters that are far warmer than my thick 70-100% wool sweaters, and it gives me a much classier look.

This time was the first time shopping from this brand, the quality is good with affordable pricing. The place is nice and the staff are nive too.

Go get your winter wear, they have an affordable and quite a good assortment with the best seasonal color options

A personal favourite brand for quality, everyday wear. One of the largest Uniqlo stores with a great selection. Also stocking special ranges and items not always found in the other Uniqlo stores. You can also design and print your own t-shirts and bags downstairs and take them home straight away! Staff have always been friendly and helpful to me.

I keep returning as you can easily find welcome additions to your wardrobe for a very good price . I like the staff : correct & no-nonsense attitude , multi-cultural … exactly how retail should be .

I'm starting to use more uniqlo stuff, Im very safisfied with their sling bags, and I will get the thermal sets next. Only downsize is the size range, but you shouldnt have a problem if you normally wear XS - L. Have to order above XL online, and their XL is basically L. The store itself is very big and even has a customization station on the second floor. If you like uniqlo, I suggest visiting this store. We had a blast with my colleagues.

Ideally located near train stations and also the best placeto shop foe everything. Love the sizes available even down to xtra small :)

Huge Uniqlo store in Charlottenburg. Can be crowded during weekends though. Staff are helpful but are undermanned during peak times. Offers free alternations for pants above 39eur but could take until the following day to be ready.

Their products are always good. The store however was hot and sweating all the time. Most things were out of stock.

You have no parkas L size in flagship store. Good luck

Uniqlo always has great clothing at an affordable price. In this flagship stkre there is a bigger selection, better presentation and overall nicer shopping experience. If you want to go to uniqlo in Berlin, you should try to visit this store...

Amazing store, nice quality clothing. I was amazed by the self service cashiers, you just place your clothing inside the “scale” and the computer knows what you’re buying.

A nice and spacey uniqlo store with two floors. Pretty much the perfect spot for somewhat affordable functional clothing. I also like the tshirt section with current cooperations with some anime brands or some kpop cooperations, so one can always get some weeby clothes that are quite settle with the references. Overall all clothes are rather simplistic and look clean.

The wide selection and calm atmosphere made the shopping experience wonderful. We came on Black Friday and when we stepped in the store, it was much quieter and calmer than other stores. The staff were all helpful. They helped us look for clothes and offered advices. And I love Uniqlo for its excellent heattech products. They really keep me warm in the freezing weather. Anyway, recommend!

Love UNIQLO! Great quality, low prices and most of all Japanese simplicity in the design. Looks great and lasts for years. All clothes that I’ve bought from here has lasted at least 6-7 years. Compared to other low price brands where the quality is really bad and last only for a couple of weeks to maximum a year.

Great store with 3 floors and a lot of space. The clothes have a good quality and the only remark would be to open the dressing rooms in all floor. During this time, forcing lines and crowds in highly unnecessary and not recommended.

I have never seen worse service! the salespeople are angry and aggressive and can't even talk to customers. worse and worse every year. especially in the fitting room was very rude!
