    What started out great, turned out to not be so great at all; mostly due to 1) Medneo's overzealous appointment slots, which cause massive delays (which patients are not informed about when arriving at the facility or better yet, called to be notified of in advance of an appointment) and 2) for a particular employee's lack of professionalism and inability to show understanding a patient's circumstances. Making an appointment was smooth & friendly and appointments were available without a massive wait time. I arrived a bit early to fill out paperwork, was greeted by an incredibly kind and funny receptionist (unfortunately I didn't catch her name) who helped me understand some of the vocabulary that was new for me on the forms. After that it was on to the incredibly clean and modern waiting room where the wait was longer than expected -- in part, because I arrived early (for this I don't hold Medneo responsible) but more so because they were very behind schedule (overzealous appointment making!). For a place that calls ahead to confirm appointments, it would be great to have this also be the case on your appointment day in case long waits pile up or at a minimum to be told at check in. Where things went bad though, was when the waiting room wait turned in to the changing room wait, where I was brought and left for 15-20 mins before being informed that the person's scan before mine was going to take longer. This again would have been no problem if I had been told upon check in or as soon as it was known, but definitely before getting in to the changing room. My options were to either get dressed and wait again in the waiting room, or wait lying down in the position for my scan. The confidence in the amount of time I'd wait didn't seem to be there and given I'd an appointment 2 hours after my appointed time for my 20 min scan here (this SHOULD be enough of an extra window IMO), I decided I was going to need to reschedule, which was incredibly disappointing, especially given the amount of wait time I had endured, now for nothing, at this facility. This is where things got worse. As I was going to the desk to hopefully make a new appointment, I was greeted (unfortunately not by the same friendly and funny receptionist as at check in) with my Überweisungsschein. While the woman in white behind the counter clearly could have been understanding of my circumstances and offered me a new appointment she instead decided to ensure that this place never get business from me in the future (which I will obviously share with my recommending doctor). She decided to make me feel incredibly uncomfortable and in the wrong by telling me I'm next up AND not even offering to make me a new appointment. Which in the end was fine, because that ensured that I will be taking my private business elsewhere. While I think the first receptionist was either a natural or had years of experience and potentially training as well in customer service, it unfortunately doesn't seem to be something Medneo is investing in for all of its employees behind the desk. No matter how state of the art or convenient a facility is, when I am made to feel uncomfortable and out of line for a decision I needed to make, that is all quickly forgotten as I will never give such a company my business.

    Absolutely rude staff. Appointment at 12:00 and left waiting 40+ minutes in a waiting room. Of course I came 15 mins earlier to fill out forms etc. But the tone of the staff when I asked why after 40 mins wait, completely rude!!! Paying patient is a paying customer, will change place in future and advise my doctor who recommended here. Stay away

    I had to wait an hour and a half to do my MRT. My appointment was at 16:45 and I end up leaving almost at 19:00. They're really nice people and they do all they can't but waiting was a nightmare. I saw three patients leaving because they didn't want to wait anymore. One of then lost the train though... So come with lots of time and something to read!

    All the staff speaks English and are very attentive. My waiting time was quite short, and the procedure was ok, even though it was my first time doing an MRI and I'm slightly claustrophobic. I can really recommend this practice.

    Absolutely unprofessional. I have been there for an MRT and I filled out the form to get the analysis sent to a doctor different from the one that initially gave me the certificate. When I arrived to the appointment with my doctor in order to check the results, I found out that they did not send nothing. I called asking to send everything via fax and they answered in an arrogant and totally unfriendly way, showing no emphaty for their patients. For what they do this job? Why they do not do something else if they have no deontology?

    Really nice centre. I was helped and kept calm by a lovely member of the team who ran through everything with me and helped me through the mrt scan even though I am extremely claustrophobic. He was brilliant. Very patient and reassuring. I was seen in time and walked out with my results within 40 minutes. On a side note the MRT machine is much larger than I am used to and made the experience bearable.

    I had two MRTs. First was great! I arrived 15' prior to my appointment, they took me on time and everything went great. The second time I arrived 10' prior to my appointment but they told me that they can't accommodate because I had to be there 30' before and that I will disrupt their process. All good, I totally understand that and they were kind enough to book me the next day early in the morning. I was on time, arriving 30' before but they only took me 25' after my scheduled appointment (55' since arrival). I would really appreciate respecting my schedule and day, the same way you want me to respect yours.

    I had an MRI, and this place was very nice for that. All the receptionist only spoke German, which is not a problem for me. But they were kind enough to offer me the first time patient questionnaire in English. The nurses also only spoke German, but it was fine. The procedure was quick, and even for me, that have a bit of claustrophobia, it was ok. Their machines are very modern, and come with music to calm you down. They also have sort of a mirror that when you’re inside the machine, you can see outside, giving you a more relaxed feeling.

    Had a scheduled appointment today at 13:45 on a Saturday. The door is locked, no way of contacting anyone. Website says open until 4pm. Thank you for wasting my time and delaying my recovery.

    Really positive experience after being specifically recommended by my doctor to have an MRI at Medneo on the basis of the facilities technology and reporting of findings. Apart from that, friendly welcoming staff who accommodated English and the place is well kept and clean. Would recommend to anyone seeking an MRI.

    A beautiful practice. Everyone that I encountered were extremely nice. The ladies at the front desk asked me if I wanted to fill the paperwork out in german or English and spoke English with me. The people in the back doing my MRT were very patient and helpful and also spoke English when my german didn't work very well haha. I would definitely come back here for future procedures even though it took me well over an hour to get here. Definitely recommend!

    I had to get an MRI, and was lucky to quickly book an appointment online. The whole visit went well. The place is close to Friedrichstraße bahn station, so it's easy to get to. The people at the front desk were nice and could speak English. The appointment didn't start on time, but it was still within a reasonable timeframe. The nurses mainly spoke German, but they spoke slowly so I could understand them. The machines they used were really modern and I felt very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone seeking an MRI.

    Excellent radiology center. The staff are so caring. I am claustrophobic and yet I do the MRIs at the center with no problems because the attitude of the doctors and staff is comforting, and they explain everything. I highly recommend this center.

    Awful. I booked an appointment in the beginning of February for the end of February and still did not get it (it is the end of April now). They moved my appointment two times because of the personal illness. I booked it third time and now they moved it again without even calling me (they have my number in the system). And the time was completely not convenient for me. But they did not care, I just received the notification in Doctorlib. Without this appointment I can not receive the further treatment. If I new that I need to wait more than 3 months for MRT, I would never choose this praxis. I cancelled this appointment and will find another praxis. It is not the way you should treat the patients.

    It took me 3 weeks to get this appointment. 3 weeks with an injured shoulder, 3 weeks out of work. It took me days and other failed appointmente to find a baby sitter, and of course with a baby being difficult I arrived to this appointment 10 minutes late. 10 MINUTES LATE and they turned me away at the door. More work lost, more money and time thrown away, more baby sitters and now 6 weeks with an injury. The woman at the tresen was of no help, unfriendly and had no care for my situation and no care of my reason for being late. They offered to make me a new appointment 3 weeks later. 10 minutes late because of a baby and no parking gave me 6 weeks of waiting. Keep your appointment medneo, I've got better things to do than be jerked around by a bunch of cold robots. What a waste of time

    They will tell you the apt time is 30 mins before the actual MRI and then have you wait another 30 minutes. (Editing to reflect owner response) - I showed up 45 minutes ahead of time, so well ahead of the 30 minutes. There was no fault on my part for showing up late. I then waited 30 extra minutes for a total of 75 minute wait.

    Horrible experience. The people that work there are unfriendly, not kind at all. I went there by Doctolib with an appointment and They said that they do not magnetic resonance for the breast. After that I went another day and I said that I will pay I will do by private and they said me that yes, that they do. They lied to me! I did that and the doctor said that everything was fine with my breast and after that I came back to my country home Spain for a second opinion and one of my implant is almost broke. I could report them because my health was in risk if I would not ask a second opinion. Don’t go there!

    Yesterday I did MRT, I arrived at 7AM , and after an hour I was already out after the test and with the results The staff was very professional and kind, they explained the whole process. Overall, very good experience, thank you very much

    Arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled time and was already questioned by the receptionist. Had to wait for over 2 hours to do my MRT. Misleading time forecasts, poor excuses and even a ‘kind’ offer to postpone after manifesting frustration. From beginning to end, a very bad experience. To complete a telephone call after this review implying it was my fault and that, although never having been communicated so, they made me a favor to still squeeze me in to do my exam, so the 2 hours wait was to be thanked for.

    Terrible patient relations. I cannot tell you how unhappy I was after every contact with this company. Stay away. I regret that my orthopaedic doctor referred me to them. Rude beyond anything I have experienced with any heath service provider. I ended up canceling my appointments and got appointments elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.

    I had an MRI appoinment for 2:30 pm. After showing up on time was asked to fill out forms. By 2:50 pm I asked the receptionist how long I would still need to wait. She replied: maximum 15 minutes. By 3:15 I asked if there was a problem with my appointment. Again, I was told I would be seeing the doctor shortly (I still do not understand why there was any need to speak to a doc before the MRI, as I had a referral from a orthopedist already. If anything this could have been done after the MRI results were there.) At 3:30 I got up and left.

    Everything went smoothly and professionally. The best thing is that I called Tuesday asking for an appointment and got one on Saturday of the same week. Awesome, others let you wait for weeks. Had also the opportunity to talk to the doctor who enlightened me about my results in detail, unexpectedly.
