Since my stay in Berlin, have been visiting this practice every year! Very nice, proffesional and empathetic doctors, very happy with everything. Being a non-german speaking resident in Berlin, might be difficult to navigate the vet and medical services, but in Veterinary Practice by the Water Tower everyone speaks English along with German. Thanks a lot and definitely recommend!

The doctors are really lovely. One thing that confused me that they called us back with blood results of our pet and said they look great but when we got a second opinion from a doc that eventually diagnosed a very serious issue, he said the (same) blood results don't look good at all. If they had given a bit more precise suggestion/observation, we could have operated our pet much sooner.

Dr Brinkmeier and her Team are true professionals and animal lovers, today late in the afternoon we showed up right at closing time, without hesitation, they jumped into action and operated on our cocker spaniel and solved the problem, thanks a million for this amazing effort it was extraordinary.

I've been going here for years. Moved across the city and still make the trip because they are excellent. Waiting times without an appointment are a little long, but that's because they have so many patients they have to stop accepting new ones sometimes - people love them that much.

Very nice vets but waiting times are ridiculous. Even with appointment. God forbid something unforeseen, you’ll easily wait 2 hours. This is unacceptable, I once had to wait 30 mins just to pick up my pups food. Sadly we’ll be looking for new vet, this is stressful for both me and my pets.

Great care, flexible in emergencies, unfortunately aren’t taking new patients at the moment.

Archaic waiting system. Not good for routine appointments, walk-ins, or after hours emergencies. Every single time had to wait 1-1.5h (for minor things). Looking for a new goto clinic—never going back. When you do break through to the other side of the waiting room they are super friendly, and did a great job with spaying our dog. For that, an extra star.

Both veterinarians and the whole team here are kind, patient, and take wonderful care of our senior cat. They are deeply knowledgeable and thoughtful about how to balance treatment needs with kitty’s well-being.

Kind, caring, competent and are happy to speak English if you find it necessary. I've had a good experience every single time I've come here (for about five years now) when it comes to both the doctors and staff. I can, however, confirm that there are aspects that seem archaic: the way they book appointments, manage the waiting room, etc. But for me it has been a very acceptable trade-off.

We cannot be happier with this vet. They speak English, are very professional, and the price is excellent! She will not overcharge you or try to sell you useless medicine or treatments. We’ve taken our dogs here for teeth cleaning and teeth removal. Everything was perfectly done. We recommend this vet very much.

I am very pleased with the vets there! They gave me a very fast appointment to neuter my chihuahua and their English is ok! Very professional and sweet with the animals. I recommend!

By far the best vet I've ever had. Dr. Brinkmeier is very caring and experienced and has really gone the extra mile to take care of my two dogs. She helped diagnose and treat issues that other vets of mine in the past were unable to. The office is also very efficient and they will see you without an appointment with little waiting time. Everyone speaks great English so communication and understand medicines, treatment, etc. is not a problem.

The doctor and all staff there is very friendly and nice, all well speaking English and able to help with any kind of questions. I am really happy with their service and my dog too.
