Berlin can be very creative but also grey. I had a terrible welcome to the city and arriving to the hotel was the best thing that could've happened to me to renew my energy and be able to enjoy the city. Let's start with the front desk: although most of them are nice, Neil, the Colombian guy is especially devoted to make you feel at ease in the place. He managed to make every detail work for me despite a lot of circumstances. The place itself is also amazing. A bit too grey for me, but minimalist and cozy at the same time. It's a great combination of art and tech. Sauna and gym are fully equipped as well as the play room. I loved the floor heater in the bathroom and huge windows in the bedroom.

Very beautiful hotel with outstandingly cozy rooms. It’s a specially designed hotel.. As far as I noticed, each room has a sleeping/ eating and seating area, nicely arranged, so you feel like home. The resta serves delicious food, also a nice go to spot if you’re not a hotel guest! I want to stress out that the staff on the front desk and in the restaurant is outstandingly friendly! Knowing that it’s hard to find good hospitality workers I‘m surprised that the KPM hotel seems to be full of people who are willing to go the extra mile for their guests, always smiling, always sweet. Thank you for the nice experience!

First day asked if i could park on underground garage, staff said yes and showed the spot. Day after i was rudely asked to leave the spot and park outside because they reserved this place for someone else. There was also few similar situations. Not a single “sorry” for these mess-ups Price/quality was also below the bar. Would not recommend to any of my friends or colleagues

We had an extraordinary stay at the KPM Hotel. The hotel staff is very professional and service-oriented. Procedures and processes work excellently (reception, housekeeping, replenishment of shower goods and minibar). The rooms are excellently equipped (comfortable bed, free non-alcoholic minibar refilled daily, showerware by Molton Brown, coffee machine with capsules) and are minimalistically but beautifully furnished. The restaurant has very high quality food, a beautifully relaxed atmosphere and décor, and very friendly restaurant staff. There is an unattended, beautifully planted (hydrangeas, mhmmm...) roof terrace with a view over Berlin. Especially impressive at night when the moon rises over the television tower and the sun sets behind you. In addition, as a hotel guest you have access to the Hotel-Taycan. Even though I don't think Berlin is the ideal terrain for a Porsche, the offer is interesting and, as far as I know, tends to be unique. Like the hotel itself. We enjoyed it very much at your hotel and would like to thank all the staff involved. See you next time!

I stayed here during the Berlin Marathon event and it was so convenient to the starting line. I also like that it's in a residential area so it's quiet. All the staff were friendly, and if I had any issues, they were quick to help out. Also, an added bonus, they have a laundry room. So thT was really nice that I was able to wash my clothes after running the marathon. Will definitely book this hotel again when I go back to Berlin.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at KPM Hotel & Residences in Berlin, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I checked in on the 17th of May 2023 until my departure on the 21st of May 2023, every aspect of my stay was simply outstanding. One of the highlights of this hotel is undoubtedly the clean and spacious rooms. Upon entering my room, I was immediately impressed by the level of cleanliness and attention to detail. The room was immaculate, and it was evident that the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work. The space in the room was also generous, allowing me to relax and unwind comfortably after a long day of exploring the city. Furthermore, I cannot emphasize enough the exceptional service provided by the staff at KPM Hotel & Residences. From the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was incredibly helpful, attentive, and friendly. The hotel itself is also conveniently located, making it an ideal base for exploring Berlin. With easy access to public transportation and a variety of attractions within walking distance, I found it incredibly convenient to navigate the city and make the most of my time there. On top of that, the rooftop area provides a great view of Berlin's cityscape. But bring your own drinks, because there’s no bar on the rooftop. Overall, my stay at KPM Hotel & Residences was nothing short of excellent. The combination of clean and spacious rooms, helpful and friendly staff, and convenient location made it an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Berlin, and I personally look forward to returning in the future.

Well functional hotel located right next to a water front and walking distance to the U Bahn. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, you will not be disappointed with the services and rooms it offers. The hotel restaurant also offers luxury Asian dining which I would highly recommend .

The staff are lovely and to our surprise, we received a free room upgrade on check- in. The rooms are minimalist and modern with very comfy beds. Very well located ! Only a 5 minute walk from Tiergaten station and a 15 minute walk, to Tiergaten park. Would highly recommend staying here when considering a trip to Berlin.

My favorite hotel experience. Friendly and helpful staff, great amenities, comfortable rooms, and a quiet location. At the price point, I don't think I've seen much better. I would definitely recommend one of their suites, especially for longer stays, as it's like a small flat and easy to live out of.

The worst service of any hotel in Europe. Almost impossible to get your room cleaned and the hotel even attempted to charge a fee for every cleaning. Never seen this in any hotel in my life. I had to spend an incredible amount of hours of my stay arguing over basic details that even a 3 star hotel would quickly and easily resolve. The owners of the hotel are trying to get this review removed through Google so I will make sure to standby to update with any details as needed as it’s very clear this hotel has such a high review rating simply due to manipulation. I have many emails from KPM clarifying details about my stay (room size, amount of cleanings etc) that were completely incorrect and instead of apologizing and realizing that they were incredibly disorganized they wasted a ton of my time and tried to max charge me for inaccurate charges. Sad to see effort going into getting this review removed rather than optimizing internal polices as to not harass guests during their stay. I don’t want to take the time to detail this more but will happily do so if the hotel wants to continue to stifle my honest review.

A brand new hotel in Berlin. It is located not far from the city center but still too fat to reach the hotspots by foot. Otherwise I had a very positive impression of KPM Hotel which name means Royal Porcelain Factory. It's well designed and offers really good breakfast. There is not that much selection in both buffet and menu, but therefore it offers high quality of the products and love to detail. The service is 👌🏻great!

Such a nice hotel, very relaxed, amazing staff , from the manager to the housekeeping, beds 5star , and the terrace on the roof , shame no bar or kind of service , you could do a sundown picnic or an afternoon chill package x

An absolutely immaculate, flawless experience! Fantastic room (executive suite) with professional, friendly and efficient staff. Rooftop access with a rad view of the city. Nice and quiet and right next to the S Bahn or a cute walk through Tiergarten for the U-Bahn to get you anywhere in Berlin! 🙂

Great hotel to stay in. So comfortable with kind staff. Playroom with the table tennis was really fun. Cool roof-garden, and free gym. All you need to enjoy a long-term stay in Berlin.

Super nice, friendly place with reasonable price, kind personal staff members and central location in Berlin. Beautiful modern style with touch from 1700's history. Rooms are much for relax and work. Restaurant is excellent Vietnamese with variations. Sauna and gym help to burn stress (gym could be bigger)...for me it's place to return in Berlin.

This was my best ever experience with a hotel accomodation. I had a room with a little lounge which I used for reading. it had a mattress, pillows, lamps, and also a mirror at the ceiling. The room was absolutely clean. Even when I asked for a service at 4pm, it was cleaned. There are many technological advancements - lockking door digitally so room service is not performed or actually calling one. The same is a number of lights, the one under bed is super cool. Bathroom is nice , the glass wall in a shower is in the room, I covered it with a blanket otherwise it was weird to me. The table was equipped with outlets, even a cable for internet (wifi was available though) and water and beverages for free in the fridge (as well as coffee and tee). All designer details were neet and nice. If I am in Berlin next time, I ll stay again. Really. This is a 5 star hotel. Corridors are also in similar design and try the top floor terrace for a view. I didn't have a breakfast but had a lunch in the restaurant which serves Asian meals. It was very good as well. Perfect for business and also a romantic stay. I stayed for 4 nights.

Hotel is operated by the high quality porcelain manufacturer KPM and you can tell the difference: high quality wherever you look, very cool design, great beds, everything is topnotch in this building. The location is actually better than I expected: reasonably central, great access to public transport, paired with the big advantage of a quiet backstreet… if you get a room on the backside of the building, it’s ultra quiet at night. Loved everything about this place. Excellent staff as well.

Great experience! I stayed at KPM Hotel during a business visit and I found the Hotel very impressive overall. Be it service, staff, ambience, comfort in the room, breakfast everything was perfect. Asian restaurant in the main lobby serves great food and not super expensive I didn't need to look for a place to have dinner outside the hotel, every evening Hotel restaurant DongA was my first choice. Room was very comfortable with a smart TV, ample lighting, heated floor bathroom, locker, enough USB charging points, pretty much everything you expect during your Hotel stay.
