**Removed 2 stars after owner’s reply, lying about my visit and again, placing blame on me instead of taking responsibility for their actions and mistake. I was DMing them on Instagram and they confirmed my appointment after booking on there. So they knew either that 1. I was the first person booked for my time slot, or 2. They had double booked my time slot and should’ve corrected it then. In response to the owner reply: I DID NOT ASK FOR A FOURTH BRACELET AND THEY ARE MAKING UP THESE STORIES. THEY LITERALLY PUT THE BLAME ON ME FOR THEIR MISTAKE AND TOLD ME UNDER NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES, THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO DO AS MANY AS I WANTED. LET’S NOT LIE AND TWIST THE NARRATIVE. I have gotten permanent bracelets in the US at multiple places and was traveling to Berlin and decided to make an appt here to get one done. Not going to lie…Not the best experience. They double booked my time slot and then made us wait over 45 mins past our appt. Then when I was asking questions during the appt, the woman literally said that normally she would be able to, but she couldn’t because they were running behind and couldn’t let the next customer wait. BUT THEY LITERALLY JUST MADE ME WAIT OVER 45 MINS FOR THEIR MISTAKE. So, it’s ok to make me wait but not ok for any other person to for their issue (not mine). Besides that, they don’t even polish off the weld area so it’s no longer black and the jump rings they use are HUGE. Definitely noticeable when looking at the piece. You can see the black and difference in quality in the photo.

Loved the atmosphere of this shop and how quick this process was. Also they really test the bracelets to make sure they won’t break, which I really appreciated. Great service and would recommend to my friends!

Great experience and a wonderful memory of our trip to Berlin. The owner was very kind and even let us in early as the time zone difference from Berlin and UK didn’t click in the booking email. Was also a quick and easy process and great value for money. She even gave me a free butterfly as mine had fallen off the back of my earring! Amazing x
