I
was
quite
disappointed
by
the
unpleasant
experience
I
had
today
(24.08.2022)
with
the
behaviour
of
their
two
male
staff
at
the
reception.
I
was
hoping
I
could
have
a
walk-in
appointment
consultation
with
the
doctor
since
I
had
an
urgent
concern.
Although
I
could
understand
that
the
doctor's
appointment
was
full
for
that
day,
they
have
not
exerted
any
effort
to
suggest
for
any
immediate
date
in
which
the
doctor
could
accommodate
me,
not
until
I
have
stressfully
requested
it.
I
was
also
asked
many
times
to
reveal
the
purpose
of
my
appointment
at
the
reception
(which
is
a
public
place)
where
other
clients
could
hear
what
I
am
going
to
say
which
are
solely
meant
to
be
PRIVATE
and
CONFIDENTIAL!!!
I
felt
humiliated!
The
manner
by
which
I
was
treated
was
very
unbecoming
of
a
customer
service
staff
-
unfriendly,
unapproachable
and
I
had
this
impression
that
they
were
trying
to
get
rid
of
me
and
I
felt
being
stripped
of
my
basic
rights
for
the
accessibility
of
healthcare.
Yes,
they
had
finally
given
me
the
date
for
an
appointment
but
---
for
me
to
access
it,
I
had
to
provide
my
personal
details
with
their
online
form
--
in
which
I
am
permanently
blocked!
I
have
just
discovered
it
that
they
have
blocked
me
when
I
was
back
home
trying
to
access
the
appointment
schedule.
They
haven't
given
me
the
actual
forms
when
I
was
there
for
me
to
physically
write
and
provide
the
details
but
they
just
gave
me
the
link
through
email
in
which
I
was
blocked.
By
the
way,
I
am
not
a
new
patient
to
this
clinic.
And
I
am
very
sure
that
I
have
logged
in
the
right
Email
Address
and
Password.
This
was
my
first
clinic
when
I
arrived
here
in
Germany
but
I
transferred
to
another
clinic
since
my
appointments
here,
after
it
was
confirmed
by
Email
were
eventually
CANCELLED
the
next
day!
And
I
tried
to
book
for
another
date,
get
confirmed
but
the
same
result
--
cancelled
the
next
day.
I
have
this
impression
that
I
am
not
their
priority
because
I
am
not
a
German
citizen
and
I
am
just
a
working-class,
brown-skinned
Asian.
Which
is
quite
disappointing
because
although
I
am
not
a
citizen
of
this
country,
I
am
employed
here
and
I
pay
the
TAXES
same
as
the
others.
This
is
the
most
unpleasant
experience
I
had
so
far
here
in
Germany
when
it
comes
to
getting
an
appointment
and
dealing
with
the
customer
service
staff,
and
I
don't
think
the
behaviour
of
those
two
male
staff
didn't
reflect
the
mission
and
vision
of
Tobias
Glaunsiger
Clinic.
