I've been a patient with Dr Glaunsinger for some years now and I am very satisfied with his work. He is very matter-of-factly and not a person for chit-chat, but he takes his work very seriously, which is, in the end, the only thing that counts. He is very thorough, keeps his patients appointments always in check, has a very friendly staff and takes his time to explain things. Also: He keeps himself up to date with current procedures and scientific papers, knowledge he is happy to extend to his patients, if a specific treatment encourages that.

Excellent service level, very friendly and supportive, really patient focused. They do a great job to make you feel comfortable, calming you down, are very understanding and take stress and fears from you.

I have been a patient of him for almost 3 years and I couldn't be happier to have found this doctor in Berlin. Also, I am very grateful for the service he provides of doing a full STD checkup which is fully covered by the insurance. Also, super modern and digitally advanced Praxis, I get my results via mail within a few days. Staff is super friendly as well! Definitely worth a recommendation!

I was quite disappointed by the unpleasant experience I had today (24.08.2022) with the behaviour of their two male staff at the reception. I was hoping I could have a walk-in appointment consultation with the doctor since I had an urgent concern. Although I could understand that the doctor's appointment was full for that day, they have not exerted any effort to suggest for any immediate date in which the doctor could accommodate me, not until I have stressfully requested it. I was also asked many times to reveal the purpose of my appointment at the reception (which is a public place) where other clients could hear what I am going to say which are solely meant to be PRIVATE and CONFIDENTIAL!!! I felt humiliated! The manner by which I was treated was very unbecoming of a customer service staff - unfriendly, unapproachable and I had this impression that they were trying to get rid of me and I felt being stripped of my basic rights for the accessibility of healthcare. Yes, they had finally given me the date for an appointment but --- for me to access it, I had to provide my personal details with their online form -- in which I am permanently blocked! I have just discovered it that they have blocked me when I was back home trying to access the appointment schedule. They haven't given me the actual forms when I was there for me to physically write and provide the details but they just gave me the link through email in which I was blocked. By the way, I am not a new patient to this clinic. And I am very sure that I have logged in the right Email Address and Password. This was my first clinic when I arrived here in Germany but I transferred to another clinic since my appointments here, after it was confirmed by Email were eventually CANCELLED the next day! And I tried to book for another date, get confirmed but the same result -- cancelled the next day. I have this impression that I am not their priority because I am not a German citizen and I am just a working-class, brown-skinned Asian. Which is quite disappointing because although I am not a citizen of this country, I am employed here and I pay the TAXES same as the others. This is the most unpleasant experience I had so far here in Germany when it comes to getting an appointment and dealing with the customer service staff, and I don't think the behaviour of those two male staff didn't reflect the mission and vision of Tobias Glaunsiger Clinic.

Doctor Straub is friendly and competent. He is one of the best doctors I've ever had. The facilities are clean, professional and welcoming. They've also had great referrals to specialists which has been super helpful.

The best doctor ever..He stands with Ukraine and supported Ukrainians in the most difficult times for free. I really appreciate his efforts and respect him as a noble pèrson and a very professional doctor. Can recommend him.

Wonderful. Both English and German friendly. They are professional, friendly, and thorough, especially in issues relevant to LGBTQ health. Highly recommended.

I am so lucky to find this Praxis. The staff are real pros. Everything is well organized, and the waiting for everything: from the line to the doctor to your test results is minimised as much as possible. Special thanks to Dr. Straub for the sense of humour and the caring attitude.

Sadly its hard to get an appointment here. But this is because they are fantastic. I come here to get my STI checked and like how nice they are and how fast they do this checks. Will defenitely come again :-)

Really friendly staff and all are English-speaking. The front desk lady always talk to me in French. Dr Glaunsinger is really competent & listens to you. On a side note, the waiting room has a selection of coffee, tea, water and regular/oat milk.

Mr. Straub is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. He takes the time to listen and really helps with any health matter, no matter how small or little. He refers me to the right specialists when needed. I can’t recommend anyone better! And of course I also appreciate that he speaks English!
