They have incompetent and lazy doctors who refuse to take any physical examination and gaslight you into believing nothing's wrong with you, even after you report unusual symptoms and preconditions. My doctor also joked about me not being from around here when he realised he needed to switch to English, and the rest of his behaviour was dismissive towards me. I had to go another clinic for a second opinion, where I learnt of some deficiencies in me, as well as age-related concerns. The doctor and the clinic have been reported to my HI Provider, to not make me feel psychologically safe with his judgemental remarks such as "it's all in your head".

Super nice staff at the reception. Doctors are also very friendly, it was in general one of the best medical experiences I have had in Berlin. Easy system to get appointments, tests. They are reachable by the app through chat, and you get a response back that day. Perfect for those who struggle with German language. Waiting times are also quite short and you can get an appointment pretty fast too.

I went there for a basic appointment in the morning of a weekday, I left without being treated after more than 20 minutes after my appointment time. Absolutely disrespectful towards working people. (The receptionists were very nice and tried to help the situation)

What a massive waste of time! To reply to your comment: this is not what I said to the person who called me out of the blue on my mobile number because I left a negative review. The first time I was there, the doctor did not want to listen to me because I only selected one reason for the visit, she said that if I had another problem, I had to book another appointment and come back. The MRT results were sent to you directly from the hospital but I had to wait two weeks and send them to you personally because none of you contacted me. Last thing, during my second visit, the doctor said I have to go and visit another doctor because he was not issuing a request for physiotherapy. I wrote a feedback on your website when you asked it the first time but I got no reply.

The absolute best doctors office in the area. Always friendly and professional. They deliver exactly the attitude you look for when in need of medical advice starting with making an appointment and through the visit - kind, and helpful, and efficient. Please keep it that way.

Finally I can feel comfortable going to the doctors. Everyone in the clinic is super nice, the doctors listen and are very empathetic! Everyone speaks English too, everyone actually wants to help, you don’t get the sense that they are doing it out of obligation but rather because they really want to. Didn't have any serious medical cases here, so hard to judge the clinic from that perspective. The personal experience though is the best I ever had in Berlin. Friendly doctors and team members, convenient app, reasonable appointment availability and almost no waiting time. The clinic is well-designed and it's actually pleasant to be there.

Very easy to book an appointment (in Germany it is very hard in general) and always close dates are available for sick notes. The doctors and the staff are smiling and being kind all the time. A minimum amount of paper work. Can only recommend.

One of the best I found. The booking process is really straight-forward and easy. All the processes handled so professionally. During the video consultation, the doctor was super friendly and had given enough time to explain the problem I had. Getting the sick-note by App is so convenient. Overall, I am so happy with their services and will for sure recommend to others to try.
