I handed them my PC with a problem description and that I expect the cause to be hardware issues since the problems persisted across multiple reinstallations of the OS. After two weeks all they managed to do was to install free benchmark software (which they didn't remove afterwards) and to reinstall my GPU drivers, which of course did not resolve the issues. They also completely ignored another problem I asked them to look into. Now I'm 80€ lighter all I found out is that I will have to look elsewhere for support. Update: I had a friend take a look later and he noticed within 5 minutes that a screw of the CPU fan was broken, leading to overheating (which I had suggested as a possible cause). He recommended a new fan and now the PC is running at peak performance. Had they listened to me or actually taken a superficial look at the hardware, they would have actually earned their money.

These people get it. They also get it right and go the extra mile. I had a dire emergency and they went out of their way to fix it and they did. Brilliant staff and a level of service that puts others to shame. If your laptop goes wrong and you need it fixed, just skip ahead and go here. There is even a cafe in the shop and mellow benches outside. I have tried a number repair places and this one stood out as people who cared about your needs as a customer. If google let me give six stars it would not be enough. Highly recommended!

Very unprofesional. I left my laptop there, they told me thay will call me on friday to let me know what was going on. I had to call myself on the following tuesday. When I complained they told me to pick up my laptop, that it didn't worth to repair it and asked me not to pay the 80 euros and to write a good remark about them. I went to another shop and they repaired it... And this is my remark.

Service is ok but be careful as everything seems overpriced. For example pay 50eu to open up your mac or 0 eu at the store on Schonhauser Alle.

In my experience, people were very nice and identified a problem with my new GPU very quickly. Basically picked up the fixed PC the same day I left it.
