This is the worst experience I’ve had. I’ve came from the other part of the city, picked 3 large pieces of equipment, waited the line, came to the cash register by the time they were closing. And they didn’t let me pay. The guy told me I had to leave and come another day because his working day is over. I better go to Amazon and buy everything online

This shop is full of disrespectful staff who ignore you when you ask them anything. I thought it was just me, but when I went through the reviews, many people had similar experiences. @mediamarket take action before it gets worse.

Worst experience I had at a store in Berlin. Went there to buy an apple (set of 4) of airtags after I checked online and made sure was available. Unfamiliar with the location/distribution of items in the store I had a hard time finding them. Two staff members completely ignored me when I approached them showing to them screenshot of what I was looking for. I waited for a third one who was busy chatting for 15 min with someone and showing each other photos on their phones. I managed to find them but I found only one tag/case in a torn apart package. I finally managed to get the attention of a staff member, showed him on my tel screen what I was looking for and told him there is only one, "where can I find more". There, he said, behind Apple. I told him there is only one. He followed me angrily (8 steps away), and said, THERE. Now I spent 50 calories because of you. (Didn't care anymore to explain that I wad looking for more cases/holders and there were not any.) So are you going to charge me now for your 50 calories? I asked. Of course, he said, full of bitterness, making all kinds of gestures and facial expression of distress, trying also to attract the attention of others around in order to ridicule me. MediaMarkt??? Never again. You just lost a good customer.

Good place for quick buy instead of online shop. Definitely you pay little more j stead to buy things online from other resellers. Organisation during covid 19 is good. The queue goes pretty fast. It dispensa of how fast the employee consult you about what are you looking for.

Filiale in a dirty shopping center. Online orders desk was closed and instead you had to line up to service desk - operated just by one person and wait in the line along with people who sometimes had more complex and time consuming problems to solve (service).

Very big new store to get your electronics and almost everything you need for your house. Just be careful when walking by the Blu-rays, sometimes there is a Cookie monster couple doing it right at the erotic aisle...

The customer service is very poor. The staffs were so rude and adamant. They make fun of us when we enquire or ask about any item.

I bought a cheep fitness tracker and didn't check the price when I paid was higher. Later when I went out of store I saw that they added a 3year extra guarantee. There was no communication about it at all. Big store does something like this... It is ridiculous.

REMOVED REVIEW. Staff is not friendly don't smile and when they have a discount the customer is the one who needs to contact staff instead of the staff doing their job or you will pay full price. Also found prices that were more expensive than other media market stores.

The worst service ever, I came buy phone, before me were some people with credit, I wanted to pay with cash. I was total ignore me…I left this place, I would never recommend this shop.

The levels of incompetence and lack of motivation shown by MediaMarkt staff at both their new Alexanderplatz store and older Charlottenburg store are quite astonishing. Is it surprising that many customers want to make their purchases online, when the in-store experience is such a poor one? Buy elsewhere if you possibly can, so that senior MM management start to get the message and raise standards in their stores.
