I would have given three stars but given how almost everyone is cribbing about the bartenders being racist and ageist, my experience has been completely different. For a below average brown guy at the edge of 30, there had been no problem with the reception at all. I think the owners read the reviews and have replaced the rude old guy with cute young lads. People of different races belonging to a wide range of ages were present today. Now why I think it is worth three stars. The most you can get at this place is some oral fun. The entry fee of 10 Euros is reasonable though for maintaining the extensive space. Be prepared to receive little (no?) attention if you don't look white, yes even from other racial groups such as Middle Eastern guys. If you are not a smoker then the frequent smoking everywhere might be bothersome. Hence I wouldn't be coming here in future because of the crowd. But if you are white, then this place is worth a try.

A friend of mine told me about this place yesterday and I was thinking about to go there today, but unfortunately after reading these bad reviews I won’t spend my precious time going there. Is unacceptable everywhere when staff being rude with clients. Unacceptable. People with bad costumer services skills shouldn’t have jobs or maybe they could be working in a farm, alone with animals, that of course animals deserve to be treated well too. I wish Good luck for the owner of this place.

Those writing positive reviews are what the doorman would consider “handsome”. I have no doubt that those being allowed in, have a good time. You can coat it in whatever thin veil you wish, it all boil down to blatant ignorance, hypocrisy and ageism for the sake of economic reward. My partner went in (he is 60 with a dad-bod) was told by the shop assistant that it’s for members only. I, on the other hand (13 years younger and of fine physique) went on a different occasion and was offered “membership” on the spot. It’s such a backward mentality to operate an entry system based on appearance. Just remember, age is a condition that happens to us all. You will be there one day. Ask yourself, as a human being, would you really want to support a business model like this? I think it is backward and vile. Like “apartheid”, and Hitler’s dream of an ideal Arian race, like many on here, we are appalled that this happens, and in Germany! Or perhaps it no surprise at all. God, it’s just vile. Is there no shame in you? All you punters, just do yourself a favour and go get off in one of the many other offerings in the city where this type of nonsense are not happening. The supposed membership is simply a method to discriminate. Support this place and you are no better than those who own and run the place. I can't understand why people say the staff here are racists, ageists and whatevercomestoyourmindists.... I'm not your typical white skinny twink. I'm in my early 40s, I have brown skin, wish I maybe had 10 kg less 🤭and I don't even speak German. Still, I had no issues getting in. I've been here on several occasions and the guy behind the counter was always sweet and friendly. When it comes to other guests, like anywhere else it's a hit & miss. I've had some action packed nights when I've gotten exactly what I was hoping for, and I have had some less successful nights mostly wandering around. Nevertheless, I will still come back next time I visit Berlin. The reason I won't give them five stars is the lack of a cinema setup with several seats (like you have in Connection Kino). It would be nice to have such a setup in addition to the private cubicles.

I had a great time here. The staff was super-friendly, and whoever said they discriminate against race must have been a troll: one of the guys wasn't even white, and I'm not either. It was pretty busy, even on a Tuesday afternoon, with a lot of hotties walking around. I wasn't bothered by the smoke. The only thing that could be improved is the lack of paper towels in the cabins. (so take some from the toilet in advance)

Nice place with super workers. Like many many places in Berlin, they have a door policy. And no, it's not about race or nationality as I've seen all kinds of publics inside...

The receptionist is actually accomodating, just go and let him do his job, dont expect hotel welcome type of receptionist. The dungeon has enough cabins and g-holes, loads of smoker patrons. If that is am issue for u, dont come here. Might go back for someother times.

Hi, great, I can't wait to come back again...and the staff are super helpful!

I have good opinion about this place. During Saturday night there was quite a lot of people but it wasn't overcrowded. Staff was helpful. I'm taking one star because it was a bit dirty so I think that someone needs to take out empty bottles more frequently, but except from this I'm satisfied and I would recommend this cruising place.

Arrogant rude people.. They only let in those aged 35 and under.. Muscular people or kids.. And they say they are closed to send you away

I had a great time there, and I was apprehensive 'cause I was staying at another neighborhood and I had a terrible experience with a rude receptionist wearing a pigtail in the beard, at the Boiler sauna (please don't go there). But everybody was very friendly here. I was concerned about my stuff in the locker, but it was okay at the end. It was something to remember, if you know what I mean ; )

I had no problems getting into this place and did not experience racism. I was hesitant to visit because of the reviews. Happened to walk by and popped in. Unfortunately was not busy.
