One of the worst McDonald's experiences in Berlin. Big Vegan TS bun was super dry and tasted yuck, mustard was missing completely and no salt for the fries. Two stars because it's close to the highway.

waited almost 20 minutes for 2 cheeseburger, 2 drinks and 1 happy meal. food was ok, like in every mcdonalds, but service was disappointing, seemed stressed and wasnt in a good mood.

This McDonald‘s is pathetic. I had the worst experience in there. The staffs cant speak english or German. Not at all. I ordered for hot chocolate and they served me mc flurry ice cream. I mean these two are poles apart. I was at the drive thru, the guy was just saying some bla bla whole ordering. When i asked the server who was giving me the order, that i needed hot chocolate not this ice cream . She simply changed it with chocolate ice cream. At the end after struggling with her for a wile, i lost my patience and gave up. It was totally pathetic. Never again.

Unfortunately the staff is extremely unfriendly and even arrogant. But the food was quickly served and delicious.

No glasses. No service in English. Not possible to pay with a card on the self-Registration. No table-servise.

What can I say? It's McDonald's: There's food, it's fast, it's standardized. They've got a drive-thru. This particular establishment was clean, staff was friendly and efficient. Prices are too high imo, but that's beyond their control. All was as expected.

Went there on a Saturday early afternoon. Not pleasant - over ten minutes wait after ordering from self service machine, queues forming on both the self service machines and at collection point, sometimes more than 10 orders in queue, and nothing seems to move; lack of staff or staff coordination. Friendly staff but overall bad service.

Very few times I have visited a McDonald's that is a slow and badly run as this one. The food took forever to arrive from a kitchen where no one looked busy. That we were 6 people in line didn't seem to speed up things. On top the bathroom were outright groze - no toilet paper and no paper to dry the hands.

Was Always a place where you could get cheap food fast but now it actually isn't that cheap anymore :(

Was there on sunday for coffee to go,i said good morning to the staff on caffee bar wich she didnt respond and wasnt polite at all she ignored me for five minutes like i am invisible ,after a while she asked me what i want ,i ordered i coffee to go and we had a interessting conversation and i mentioned thats typical mc donalds staff behavior ,never again to this branch...😡

I went there with family and we enjoyed the time there with the play zone for children. The food was not the best but ok.

One of the best McDonald's. You are well served and they are very nice 👍

Food was as expected.

This is the second time I've been disappointed, this was the end.
